Hey guys, My car was hit in this parking lot on Friday . The accident was very bad. The front side of my car was broken. We tried to call head office and security so many time to ask for security checking but no one picked up the phone call. We tried to look for security for hours and not even one person was there. Customer service open from Monday to Friday. My car was hit on Friday so I have to wait a least 2 more days to access to camera security. That's so bad service. Impark is a large company but they don't even have 1 security in the parking lot. So disappointed.

got a bogus email saying it's from this company. I thinking they should know spam is going out using their company name decide to give them a call even tho it is long distance 2 min 12 sec into the the auto answered call I am still listening to a recording giving options. For heavens sake Impark give the 1 - 7 options and leave it at that but the press 1 for option or call this separate phone # appears to be designed to make people hang-up especially if long distance. Even when selection of one of the press # for options you get yet another recording. Time is money be it ld charges or clock time. You need to be more client friendly.

The oncologist treating my terminally ill wife usually takes 1-1.5 hours. We paid for 2.5 hours to be safe but the oncologist was late and we returned to the car 20 minutes after the parking expired. The ticket was 85.00 and we already paid 13.75. I could have left my wife alone but it's important to have a second person/advocate at these appointments, so I stayed. Some companies will profit from the vulnerable people and I get that, but going after dying people seems extreme.

This company is looting innocent people on name of policies , which are only made to take out the money from peoples pockets with help collection department and give warning that your vehicle will be towed if u will come again because the mafia all around. And we guys try to call the put phone on busy mode purposely and they only pick when people are sleeping like very 7 am. after you never ever get a chance talk , then they say your out of time now need to pay more fine, on other side machines are taking money for reserve parking spots too , instead of showing reserve on machine, then these guys with wonderful polices with own machines and staff gives tickets on it. so i tried to call day before yesterday some lady picked and agreed to pay 65$ and i asked for one more day to pay she said OK, and today i called them and want to talk with supervisor he said you have to 85$ like seriously employees from the same company has not same words or same rules they say what they want working with no work ethics , this company has only policy to take the money from people pockets what about honesty or humanity , all are lairs, if higher department is reading this then please stop harassing civil people ,as we live in the same world so please genuine stay honest with your soul , dont lie for fews buckssss it was verryy baaaaaaaaad experience no justice anywhere for us with this company in Canada

Lot #143 - 450 W. Cordova
Attendant with the initial RR was rude and condescending, would not take my payment. Parking lot location #143 has an agreement with SFU allowing all students with valid ID to pay a student rate. I entered this parking lot around 2:30 PM and had even asked the attendant on duty then the procedure for parking. He said as long as valid SFU ID is given after 6 PM a student rate of $6 will be charged. When I attempted to leave the parking lot at 8:31 PM, attendant RR refused to take my payment of $6. She said she does not believe my friend and I were at school and instead will charge me $15 if I want to leave the parking lot. In addition, she also added that SFU does not pay her, therefore she does not need to abide by SFU policies, and that if we were at school we need to show her our textbooks. First of all, SFU parking policies state that as long as valid ID is provided, the student rate shall be given. Secondly, she has no right to be judgmental and condescending of our whereabouts. Lastly, it is finals week, no student will have a textbook with them. I offered to show her my backpack instead and she absolutely refused, wrote me up a ticket, and called security on me.

Absolutely brutal. They are sloppy, disorganized, execute terrible business practices and IMPARK treats its customers like garbage; throwing "terms and conditions" at them at every turn. They are borderline malfeasant.

I received A notice in the mail called to see whats up they said I had 2 more notices coming my way! why did I not get a notice on my windshield? and they believe their staff ate TRAINED - Trained my a**. the worst conversation I had with 2 different staff in a week period. was promised a supervisor call- NEVER happened. It's very unfortunate that us as human beings have to encounter or deal with these types of companies and corporate!

Absolutely abhorrent business practices and policies. They don't respond to emails, even their own forms, and calling them always leads to a canned message that they're experiencing higher than normal call volumes and are not taking any calls at this time. They shouldn't be allowed to get contracts for parking lots. Just the worst.

They REFUSE to cancel unjust tickets for PAID parking. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS! If you are a business you will LOSE customers by using Impark to run your lots! Even diamond parking will cancel a false ticket. Avoid Impark at all costs!

This company has terrible business practises and treats its customers unfairly. The unfortunately thing they have a monopoly on the parking business in B.C. Their ticketing violations would not hold up in a court room and you have no recourse except through them. I was ticketed for parking 2 inches over the line in a hotel parking lot the other space was not accessible to park in as their own gate blocked its access and they ticketed me any way its all about the money grab.

Received a ticket back in May to a location we had never been at (8 plus hours away), gave these people a call at the time and they said the ticket was made in error as the PLATE NUMBER DID NOT MATCH along with the VEHICLE BEING COMPLETELY DIFFERENT MAKE AND MODEL. We were told to disregard the ticket and throw it out so we did. NOW months later the ticket has went to a Collection Agency and NEITHER IMPERIAL PARKING CORPORATION or ICBC wants to rectify the problem they created, What kind of system are they running because this the second time for our household to experience this. (PS I wouldn't even rate it a a single star but you can not post with out a star)

The phillipino gentlemen that works at front desk is rude, condescending, and generally seems uninterested in his job or helping customers. I went there to purchase a monthly pass and got attitude from him. There are plenty of hard working people in this city that could do a much better job. Please fire him and hire someone that will treat your customers well.

This business does not deserve any stars. My experiences with them have been brutal. I have received two tickets downtown Kelowna, and Kelowna is already bad enough for parking as it is. The first ticket I received from them was a lot behind where I used to work where I would park. Other staff of the surrounding area, and my work, would park there all day and not receive a ticket, but ONE day there was a block party downtown so they decided to go around ticketing everyone who was parked in their lots, including me. The amount on the ticket was less than the one I received last week. So, last week I parked in their free, 2 hour lot for Safeway, shopped at Safeway, bought something, came out to put it in my car and head just a little ways down the street to tell my friend (who worked at one of the shops) of a great deal I had just seen at Safeway. I come back to a ticket saying "walked off picture taken" charging me $40 if paid within 7 days, or $69 after. I was furious and insulted that they would abuse me this way when I had just patronized the store upon where their lot was situated. The same day I went to their website and sent them my note through "contact us" explaining my predicament and asking for the ticket to be cancelled. NO reply at all came. Today is day #6, so I figured I better not leave it till past the 7 days, so I call the number. The first time was at 11 a.m. and was just the automated answering machine telling me they are open from 12-3 p.m.. I called back at 12 and explained to the lady who answered. She said no one is allowed to leave the lot at all, not even to see a friend and that the only thing she could do is reduce the ticket to $34, and that reduction is only valid for 2 days. She also told me the signs there tell you of not walking off. OOH, $6 off, how special... Anyhow, she would not refund or cancel the ticket at all, and she was also very hard to understand with her strong accent as I could not make out what she told me at first about the reduction. They are inconsistent and just want money; they are not in it for the customers, just for their huge, corporate business, and I wonder if the staff can sleep at night with charging poor students sky high prices for something they did not do on purpose. I would encourage anyone else who has complaints about this company to please be vocal about it so we can get rid of these money hungry monsters.

This company is perpetrating a fraud against several Washingtonians throughout the Greater King County metropolitan area. Several people who I know, myself included, have registered our parking stalls correctly and still received tickets. We have tried to call the ticket dispute line only to be told that the call volume is too high and that they are not taking calls at this time. This company is essentially a criminal organization. Anyone and everyone who has been issued a fraudulent ticket after successfully registering their parking stall needs to file a complaint with the state of Washington Consumer Protection Department. These criminals need to be stopped! This company makes millions of dollars off of people who are more willing to simply pay the parking ticket rather than going through the trouble of fighting with this unresponsive company. They refuse to take your phone call, refuse to return any messages, and only want to take your money after issuing fraudulent tickets. I have camera footage from the QFC at Harvard Market in Seattle Washington showing where I registered my stall. I have a receipt showing that I was shopping at said QFC, I was in the store for 10 minutes and still received a $76 parking ticket from this criminal organization. I am not the only one, please file complaint with the state of Washington Consumer Protection Department and stop these criminals.

The worst customer service. They waited two and a half months to send our only and first warning as a last attempt, cause we never got a ticket on our windshield or any other letter cause we were in our car charging for 20 mins. Asked to speak to Superviser twice now call back. I wish I could steal money like that and call it legal.

They have illegal access to license plate information and will harass you to pay their fake ticket. DO NOT PAY. IT IS A FAKE TICKET. I will be lobbying my local officials that a private company should not have access to license records so they can harass people to pay their FAKE TICKETS. STOP IMPARK FROM BULLYING PEOPLE TO PAY THEIR FAKE TICKETS!!!!!!!!!

My husband and I paid for monthly parking in Lot 91 in Bremerton, Wa. My car was damaged in a hit and run and we were told the surveillance cameras at that lot were "non functioning," meaning the driver of the hit and run was unable to be found and held liable for the damages sustained to my car. I paid for those damages out of pocket. I had intended to cancel my monthly parking the next month anyway, and when I called to do so, was offered 1/2 off my last month's fee due to the hassle of the hit and run. I was charged for the full month anyway, and that charge has still not been taken care of by Impark. It has been 10 months now since that charge was made to my Impark account. I have been told by Mindy Elkinton, office manager in Seattle, that the charge would be removed three times now in the past 10 months; once in September; once again in December, when we received yet another bill for the charge; and lastly, a few weeks ago when we received a letter from a collections agency. The issue is still not resolved, and I have to call and email Mindy over and over to get any response. Her latest response is that she is waiting to hear from her corporate office. Not only is this a huge waste of my time, but it is now also damaging my credit score. As of today I have filed a report with the Better Business Bureau.

This company issues fake tickets. Do not ever pay their tickets. I parked at the ambulatory stall for drop off and pick up patient at the hospital and ran in to get my mom. It was literally 2 minutes in and out and this guy gave me a ticket. Impark is not government owned so you do not have to pay their tickets. They will send you letters to threaten you that it will impact your credit bureau but they do not have any access to that. This trash company is a money grab.

It is a terrible ! terrible ! terrible! company ,the officers tone sound like they are the Kings. I paid the parking by phone on Aug 29 as the meter displays, the phone showed it paid , but i got a ticket $65 later. At Aug 30, i paid by phone again , it showed I did not pay successfully, then I found the phone was charged. It is unfair to let the consumers buy the faults of their company system! I called for the customer support and she said i did not pay on Aug 30 either. Oh my Jesus ! I paid by phone and my credit, Is the company blind??

Allow me to add to chorus of other dissatisfied and irrate customers who have had the immense displeasure of having to come into contact with this company.

While I cannot comment on Impark's public parking lots, I can share a story that illustrates their bad faith towards people in apartment buildings where Impark controls underground parking.

With almost no notice, Impark sent a letter saying they would permanently close the apartment's only parking lot for monthly tenant parking passes (in downtown Hamilton) and demanded we hand back parking devices within 7 days of termination.

Little did we know, the landlord had actually switched parking companies and Impark had just sent tenants a passive-aggressive letter to rile people up. Very unprofessional and borderline juvenile behaviour. This was a bad-faith and unwaranted move by this company.

This company is terrible. I hope people who work for them can go home and sleep at night after treating people unfairly. I paid for a ticket in a parking lot at a machine closest to my parking spot, later to find out the machine corresponds to the parking lot that is next to it with no divider. Of course, both parking lots are owned my impark. There were no obvious signs on the machine saying that it corresponds to certain spots either. After trying to dispute the ticket, they tell me there is nothing they could do. I PAID THEM. AND NOW I HAVE TO PAY THEM AGAIN. I obviously paid, showing proof with my receipt. TERRIBLE. If you want to argue that I'm still in the wrong for not paying for the right spot, then give me a refund for the money that I did pay for a spot and service I did not receive or use. But NO, ignoring all requests of such. money grabbing idiots.

IT IS TIME TO LOBBY IMPARK. My parking fee used to be $16.00 for 8 hours now I have to have $36.00 for 4 hours in West broadway. That is insane!!!
