This hospital taught me a valuable lesson: Pray you never get sick or hurt. The cost of care was astronomically high for a relatively (thank god) simple visit. Did I mention, I have insurance.

I'm very lucky that I have money to comfortably pay my bill but I can easily see how the healthcare industry is the #1 cause of bankruptcy in this country. We have something very , very wrong in this country. Especially when the quality of care has no relation to the costs. I'll give only one example: This place charged me $437 for a standard EKG heart test.

I honestly just feel sad. Sad for my country and what happens everyday to good people who just need help.

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the care I received today in the ER. I came in because of a knee injury and I was unable to walk. The staff quickly got me into a wheel chair, checked in and back to a room. The Nurses and Doctor were very caring and professional. The facility was also great, despite not being in your facility for good reasons I had a wonderful experience with your team. Thank you very much!!

Dr. McCrann and ALL the staff at Northern Light were outstanding and made what could have been an uncomfortable experience very soothing and pleasant. The nursing staff was attentive, helpful, and kind. They answered all of my questions and were present and available for anything I needed. Dr. McCrann and the anesthesiologist were also fantastic before and during the procedure and I appreciate all they did for me.

There was blood (not mine) on the floor when I was placed in a room. They lie to their patients. They treat patients with unethical care and violate rights.
When confronted about it they hung up on me. Worst hospital ever - never setting foot back there.

We have been going to Coastal Kids since my daughter was born almost 3 years now and I would give Coastal Kids 10 stars if I could. I can't say enough about the professionalism and kindness we have received from Dr. Abelowitz and his team. We have been to every office and been with different Drs. and Nurses, and we have received the best attention from all of them. The staff has been really kind and helpful with us. My daughter has some delays and also she need

Went there for a pre scheduled covid test without having insurance. Before entering the facility, I asked the attendee if the test was free for uninsured patients. She said "yes" so I complete the test. 3 weeks later I receive a bill in the mail for $30.00. After calling customer care I'm told that the test itself was free but the use of the hospital was not. I would have just gone to a different place had I been told. It's like asking if the chocolate chip cookie is free but you have to pay for the chocolate chips...

Went for state-wide covid testing and had an appointment. There was no information on their website or in any of the email confirmations I received detailing where in the facility to go and how I should be prepared. I don t have a car and walked there only to find a huge lack of signage. I called multiple numbers at the hospital including the one listed on their covid-testing website (that one just blatantly didn t exist when called) I was finally connected to someone in the main hospital who didn t really know what the set up was like and couldn t forward me to someone who did. The staff on the phone also warned me that it was a drive-through site and that I really shouldn t be on foot. After trudging around in the snow (barely any sidewalks were plowed) I went inside a building to ask for directions. I was rudely treated and the given poor advice on walking along their active construction site. Finally I arrived at the remote testing area which was just past the employee parking lot they could have just said that on their website by this time I was soaking wet and shivering. The testing staff were kind but when I told them I had trouble finding how to get here they were unsympathetic. You would think they would want to include detailed locations and procedures in order to avoid messy confused people who are possibly infected milling about their facilities. They offered no options on what to do if you don t have car. I went home frustrated and exhausted.
