I was there for a seminar, very welcome but not spent a night so I do not know the rooms, however, well located in the city with lots of possibilities around not very far from the port of Marseille pleasant moment

We didn't say a night here because bloody AGODA stuffed up our booking. But the staff at the reception were so helpful! The 2 ladies and a male reception staff made about 30 phone calls until they found us another hotel. This was late on a Saturday night too. It was nice to see them go above and beyond for someone who ended up not even staying there. Hotel itself was in a great and easy to find location.

Our stay was one night only but was very nice, the proposed at the reception on arrival as we left were very nice with us and the hotel is impeccable, the room was very clean and well furnished, the bed comfortable We really enjoyed our stay at home and would gladly spend more time during a longer stay if the opportunity arises in the future.
The hotel is good, near the old port, the breakfasts are normal, the bed is excellent. The view from the room is beautiful. Of the minuses is the work of maids. The bathrobe was the same, and the one was taken from us the next morning))) as well as an unprinted pair of slippers. Savings should be economical! Turn on the hair dryer in the outlet in the bathroom is impossible. Therefore, I dried my hair sitting on the floor in the hallway. And yes, do not count on the hair dryer, it instantly overheats and shuts off. It is impossible to put the hair long before the shoulders
Huge disappointment !!! I found hair and hair in the bathroom, the toilet and even in my bed when it seemed to have been done. The housekeeping, see the hygiene is therefore poor ... But in addition the equipment is old and poorly maintained. (Yellowed bathtubs, mold, broken toilet top). In short, only the bed was comfortable.
It is connected to the shopping mall and can go without getting wet.

Incredible staff! When we first arrived, they said our room was ready but as soon as we walked in, it was obvious it wasn't cleaned. We let the receptionist know about it and she immediately changed our room with no issue. The staff were knowledgeable about areas of the city and things to do. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Will recommend.
Super well placed, it is 2 steps from everything, private parking in the parking lot of the stock exchange center, tariff not excessive, breakfast very correct, clean

I visited this hotel as part of a special day. The Mercure hotel received Maison SEP in these premises and I was there for this occasion.
But I could appreciate the various services offered by the hotel.

Superb hotel, this is the third time we go there my husband and I, it proves that everything is perfect The staff is super friendly and extremely kind, at all levels cad maintenance staff, welcome, staff breakfast room and the kitchen .... excuse me if I forget, in summary everyone is extraordinary always present to help. I take the opportunity to say hello to Mr. Christhophe who manages the breakfast room, It is a very competent person and so friendly, thank you Mr Christhophe. The breakfasts are gigantic, a delight! Hotel very well located next to a huge shopping center, 5 minutes from the old port. EVERYTHING IS PERFECT THIS IS WHY I RECOMMEND MERCURE HOTEL.

Friendly reception, city center, but terribly dirty room.
To be honest its been pretty bad so far everything is dirty and smells weird. The staff is fine though and for the small price of 120 euros per night I'll give it 3 stars.

The rooms are nice but nothing more. Beware of breakfast that is overpriced: more than 18 euros. A dining area that can not be called a restaurant can help with a very very limited map. The burger is pretty good, the salad Caesar was very salty. The staff, rather nice.

Beautiful modern style room, good location near the old port and friendly staff. Only in: those who filled the mini bar left the fridge open and the drinks were hot and in the recouche they forgot to put the carpet in the bathroom .. and there are mice out in the street .. but I also saw a cat, so he'll take care of it !!

Nothing to do with some hotels on the port at the same price and very poor quality
The view is beautiful and the bed, comfortable and the size of the room is good. However, the shower is weak and the enclosure does not have protection that covers the entire length, which leaves you cold during the shower and soaks the entire bathroom. The amenities are of poor quality and have not been replenished properly, having missed shampoo during the shower the second night. The worst was the fridge that did not freeze: although we had requested, it was not repaired throughout our stay. The staff is definitely not an example of sympathy either. Disappointing.
Modern rooms with a very central location in the city near the old harbor. Breakfast is rich with plenty of typical French options (croissant, crepes, omelette, fruit, yoghurt). The bathroom is a bit of a downside really. The smell of cleaning detergent was quite bad. Also there is an overhead rain shower but the water just drips because of insufficient pressure. There is no blow-dryer even though the booking said there was..
Lastly, I'm quite allergic to hotels claiming they think so much about the environment with their towels and cleaning , but at the same time bring you fresh slippers every single day wrapped in a bag of disposable plastic. Seriously, why in all that plastic...?
Ideal to visit Marseille: just 5 minutes from the Old Port and 15 minutes from Mucem. Spacious and comfortable rooms, except for the extra sofa bed in one of the rooms. The restaurant-bar of the hotel allows you to have a drink or nibble in the evening. Professional and helpful staff, patient with families ;-)
Hotel well placed (between the station and the old port), the reception is smiling and effective. The hotel is overall well maintained although a small refreshment would not be superfluous, the room (on the 10th floor) is clean, bright, large and well equipped. The breakfast (express formula) is more or less well served, according to the whoever does it .... average price / quality ratio.
