I worked with Merchant Account Solutions to get my credit card processing fees down. They helped me save hundreds on my credit card processing fees.

Went to order a device, their website lets you order the hardware says nothing about having to setup a new account with them. Then I get a call saying that they will only sell it when a new account is open.

This is what is posted on the website

New Merchant Account required.* Merchant must qualify for free or discounted hardware. Not all accessories apply.

*Limit of one (1) Discounted Clover Mini, or one (1) other Clover POS system. New Customers only. Buyer must open a Merchant Account through us for use with the Clover POS System. Ask your Sales Representative for complete details."

I'm not buying a clover and there is no * anywhere else on the order.

I have nothing but great things to say about Merchant Account Solutions! They have been extremely professional and really take the extra time to educate their merchants and find a solution that best fits their needs. I would recommend them to any business owner who is looking to save money on their credit card processing and be provided with top-notch customer service and support!

I called in because I was so tired of Square holding my funds. Luckily when I called in I was able to speak with Ryan in the sales department. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know. I decided to go with the Clover POS system which I am extremely happy with AND I am saving money on my credit card processing! I definitely recommend this company. Thank you!

I was having a really hard time trying to get in contact with my current merchant service(At the time). After calling multiple company's and not getting any help I got in contact with this company. They were still the wrong company but actually tired to help solve the issue and offered WAY better rates then what I had at the time. While speaking with the sales manger I was able to get a better deal on equipment and rates. I never thought that I would see such AMAZING rates. I am so happy that I was able to find a company that fits my business needs. Thank you so much for all the help that you have provided!

I am just starting a business and I could not be happier with the service that was provided. Bill V is nothing but a kind man, patient and extremely knowledgeable! I later proceeded to get help from other departments. I would like to give a huge shout out from Che in technical support(I know I was not the easiest person to work with) never once did he make me feel like I was an inconvenience(I am extremely impatient). All I have to say is this company has shown me nothing but great customer service. I'm looking forward to many years! THANK YOU EVERYONE!

If I could go negative starts I would. I don t think they should even have the color of these stars. I ve been trying to get a hold of Pat Pascua for months and I m constantly told he s either: out of the office, just stepped out, on the other line or more lies. I leave messages and I email trying to get a hold of him. It s been months and no response. Using clover mine broke within the first two months and they tried charging me for a new one and told me just to keep my old broken one. Their payroll is through a third party and is also a pain to use. I strongly suggest doing more research on getting a POS system and NEVER use this company.
