Excellent service .. exceptional personality
Just bought my new 2021 Mercedes A-220 from Jennifer at Mercedes of West Chester. I thoroughly shopped around and they were the most accommodating dealership in the area. She took the time to work with me to find the perfect car that had all of the options I wanted at the best possible price. Eleven years ago I purchased my C-300 from them because again they offered the best deal. I love their cars and I love this dealership.

My sales rep was great (Jen). When I went to pick up the car I was told that they had not looked at it before I saw it. As a result, the bumper front and back needed to be repainted. I was told they had not looked at the car once it was sent to them from another dealership. I received a loaner when they did the bumper work. The loaner car was a 2021. It was dirty. The sticky from the sticker looked like dirt marks on the white loaner going down driver side door and that same door had dents. The window car sticker was ripped off with a piece of it still in the window. After 10 days I picked up my purchase again and I love my car!!

Lynne from MB West Chester was amazing to work with. The ordering process was flawless, she provided multiple updates throughout the way, the document process was all electronic and the physical pick up service was outstanding. Very detailed in the over view of the car which was sparkling and ready to drive home. Great job by Lynne and the team
