This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I recommend using Shelby as a sales person. Shelby was so helpful, patient and went above and beyond by carefully explaining the features, how to use them, and also went over the pricing and paperwork patiently ensuring that I understood everything and had no questions. Sie also was a huge help diligently going over what was covered on my car and how to extend the life of my already amazing warranty. I recommend this dealership to everyone and I will be returning as a customer. I would like to add this deal was done during stay at home orders (covid-19)and they still made it happen effortlessly. No pressure sales.

Excellent service, very transparent process. Bought my CPO via internet without seeing it - spoken to Shelby as well as Geoff. The reason why you should buy a car like that from reputable dealers is clear - no surprises when you arrive. Transaction was easy - wired money, got confirmation from Geoff, sent documents. When I arrived everything was ready, they were detailing the car. The only improvement I would see is the detailing - but could be because I am a perfectionist. Took me 2 hours and I had the car interior detailed to my expectations. They gave me a fair price for my trade-in and I even forgot my garage opener in it. Shelby was so kind to send my garage opener to me. Team did overall a great job.
