Wonderful service! Our service advisor Nicole took great care & kept us updated during the service time.
When I picked the car up she showed me an area & pictures the technician found where a small animal had
gotten under the hood of the car! Fortunately no damage to the wiring & the technician did a great job of
cleaning up the mess! A great Mercedes service experience today!

5 star service. Wonderful and friendly service advisors and sales team. Jared for service and Charles for sales. The valet manager is also top notch! In and out without issue and all questions answered. Highly recommend.

I bought a used car that honda CR-V 2011 from them...

I bought a used car that honda CR-V 2011 from them last week, (2016 Nov, 2th week). as i realized, it didn't have accident record with carfax history. but this car had accident that has been down front side bumper ( there is gap and dented at border between bonnet and bumper (if possible to upload here, i can show the photos ).
Mercedes Georgetown didn't say anything about this problem when was selling (its serious record that had accident), they just said later after signed document and i found it, "you saw and checked the car by yourself" , right, that's my fault, i was silly to believed them. but they had known about it before i bought, they should have told me about it, they should have said "sorry" to me even after i realized. whatever its fraud or not, they didn't honest and intended that i couldn't find this issue when buying. Is it more worth than keep the honest and trust ?

I worked with Jacob to buy a pre-owned Prius. Very nice guy and very knowledgeable. I appreciated the low pressure sales approach. I accidentally left some paperwork in my trade-in and Jacob tracked it down for me. Great experience, and he's a Rangers fan on top of it all!

So, after reading about which Mereces dealership in the Austin area provides better service, the Georgetown location had better reviews. Upon arrival everyone was helpful and quick to assist. I appreciated the loaner vehicle. Thad was great with listening to my concerns and taking care of my vehicle. The only 2 negatives are that they were Runnning behind schedule and it took 4 hours to get my car back. I was also very underwhelmed with the service dept. waiting area. It was not fancy at all and a bit dated and grimy looking. I expected a better, higher class environment being a Mercedes Benz dealership. I have been to some pretty snazzy Lexus dealerships that have nail salons, a Starbucks in house and offer massages while you wait. Overall, it was a basic service appt with higher end vehicles all around. I was pleased though.

We came in today for an unexpected car repair. We didn't have an appointment, but Daniel in the Service Dept. got us in, and our repairs were taken care of. Service was great and everyone was friendly, nice and extremely helpful. Thanks again Daniel! John& Lynda Reed.

You want customer service, proactive service, awesome treatment regardless of who you are or what you drive? Well, this is the dealership above all others.
I am Active Duty Military and therefore on a budget, I have had several Mercedes and now own a Smart. Jarod Dozier and his crew took care of me like I was royalty. My vehicle has been serviced and repaired and the loaner car was no issue. Great service, great dealership. I hope my next Mercedes will be from here!!!

Always fast and courteous with my CLS service. They provide a dedicated service tech who keeps you updated with the progress and never pushy to sell more service than I need or want. I always get my maintenance done with MB of Georgetown.

Rachel was my sales rep and she did a great job of answering my questions, helping me narrow down what I was looking for, crunching numbers and never pressuring me into the sale. I left the dealership after my first visit with her and had a lot to think about. She was timely on her follow up and when I was ready I came in and purchased my dream car!

If you ever need your Mercedes serviced, Id highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Georgetown. Janet in the in the service department always makes my visit worth the drive to their location. She is prompt, informative, & is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I am completely satisfied. As soon as I arrive ..I am greeted, immediately checked in, & a loaner has always been readily available. In addition, the facility is clean & inviting (with a self serve cafe ). I usually don t write reviews, but Janet s work ethic is something truly spectacular.

James at Georgetown Mercedes was AWESOME. I explained my concern with the wheel alignment, spin balance, and rotation not being part of our yearly maintenance. He explained along with the servicing tech showed me the reason to keep up with it to obtain best wear out of the tires. I appreciate James taking the time to answer my concern than telling me it is what Mercedes requires. This is the type of service and customer relations Georgetown Mercedes needs. People who care to educate us who want to learn about their vehicles than just passing money out. I really appreciate it James. BZ

OUTSTANDING IN EVERY WAY!

It started with the complementary tow, at 2am stranded..that was a huge plus!
From the the initial call from my customer service rep Nickole S. It was nothing nothing but skilled customer service. I was followed up with numerous of phone calls in regards to parts and labor which made me feel at ease. My car had quite the damage and I was located hours away from dealer. MB put me in loaner throughout the entire process which made things even better. Anything I asked of it was taken care of. My car feels better than it was before the incident.

The best Dealership Service Department, bar none. From the ease in calling for an initial appointment to the successful resolution of all of my concerns, this Dealership is the best. All employees demonstrated a very friendly and professional attitude, with particular kudos to Chris Barshear (my Service Representative) who kept me "in the loop," daily, as to the status of my service requests. Although the process took a few days longer than initially anticipated (required parts from Germany), Chris made sure I was informed along the way and personally inspected the service prior to my arrival on the scheduled completion date, insuring all work was done to my specifications. Chris is a true professional when it comes to customer service and someone Georgetown Mercedes should be proud to have on their staff. I highly recommend Georgetown Mercedes to anyone requiring service on their Mercedes.

We received excellent customer service and attention during our recent vehicle service inspection. From our initial arrival at the dealership, all personnel and procedures were in place and focused upon the delivery of detailed and deliberate actions for us to appreciate our decision to use this location. From the greeters, to the conciege, support personnel, and our service advisor, all personnel encountered were well trained in the performance of their duties. We are truly very satisfied customers because of this dealership' s attention to detail and exceeding our vehicle repair expectations.

All was great, except the service took 3.5 hours to complete. I'm ok with waiting, but when you're told 2-2.5 hrs and it takes 3.5 it kinda messes with your schedule. I missed my massage appointment because of this :/

Update: I chose this dealer to maintain my Mercedes because they seemed better organized and put together than the other guys . I have to say, I am a little disappointed with the lack of attention to detail these guys put into my car today. I went in to have the license plates and registration sticker installed because I thought they would make sure it would go on straight. Turns out, I could have done a better job. Now, I have an eye sore every time I get into my car and see a crooked registration sticker. Also, the call center completely disregarded my time and concern that the front license plate bracket might not be in stock. Turns out, I was right. I got all the way there just to be told I had to order it and come back. I know it is the holidays and all guys, but come on! You gotta get it together!

I have dealt with the service department on several occasions regarding our Sprinter vans. I appreciate their honesty in repairing only what is necessary and not attempting to do service that isn't warranted at the time or the cause of any issues/repairs needed. Jeff and his staff in the Sprinter dept are great to work with.

i took my car to the dealership and i didn't have an appointment, the advisor was very professional and they were even able to provide me with a loaner even-tho i didn't have an appointment with them. Also the dealership is very clean and all the personal are wearing masks. So if you need your Mercedes to get service this is the best dealership to go to. Also Many thanks to Dan the service Director.

This was our 1st interaction with Mercedes-Benz of Georgetown and I must say that the experience was very refreshing. Our Service Representative, Nickole Sarles, wasted no time in providing the best service options for our vehicle and ensured we had a loaner vehicle in minutes. In addition to the normal perks of a luxury dealership, I received some additional incentives for being a military service member. As the dealership prepares to open its new facility, I am excited to continue receiving services from here, and potentially purchase another vehicle in the very near future. Normally, I do not write reviews, however, this one is well deserved. On a side note: after conducting a little research through USAA, many of the 2019 models are surprisingly affordable with tons of incentives. I look forward to maintaining this relationship and will spread the good word to all of my Fort Hood area friends.

We've had a great experience with MB Gtown, purchasing our first 2 MB vehicles this year (both from Linda, who is a delight to work with). Michael (Lindberg), the GM, runs a great shop. Frank (Burgin), the sales mgr, is no nonsense. Great people. We've really appreciated working with them all. We have had a few new car issues and all were handled very well by the service department. There's now a new ownership, but the staff remains the same. I'm sure it will continue to be a first class operation. I noted some of the bad reviews and it's not hard to read between the lines. Mercedes isn't for everyone....

My wife and I recently purchased our dream car at MB of Georgetown. Troy Williams was our Sales Consultant and assisted us with our purchase. Troy made us feel at home and answered every single question we asked without hesitation. He knew every single aspect of the car and was just as excited about our new C63 AMG as we are/were. What really stood out about Troy is his actions after we completed all the formalities of buying a car (signing paperwork). He took the time to sit with us in the car and synch our phones, go over every unique feature, and has followed up with us twice since our purchase. I hope someone reading this and looking for a MB goes to Georgetown and seeks out Troy for assistance. I also want his leadership team to know that Troy is an asset to your company and really should be pushed toward positions with increased responsibility because we clearly see his ability to do more. We sincerely thank Troy for his help with our purchase and am even more thankful that we have made a new friend!

Had a very bad experience with these guys. The B0 service was due on my car and I got 3 different prices from three different people. Moreover, their prices are more than the other dealership in town for brake flush.

The best thing happened when I went to pick up the car. My car has a special color which requires only hand wash. The guys at the dealership ask me how to wash the car??!! These guys are the dealership and aren't they the ones to know everything about these cars. It's ridiculous that they call themselves a dealership. They need to do their homework and invest sometime in customer service.

The folks at Mercedes Benz of Georgetown are A+ in service. They stay in contact with you through any process of getting your car worked on. I live in Austin and go here. They are able to take appts quickly and resolve issues without waiting for long periods of time on diagnosing something. I trust my AMG in these guys hands. Thank you for great customer service

This dealership doesn't seem to have much interes...

This dealership doesn't seem to have much interest in customer services.. small things make so much difference but doesn't seem like people trained that way.

I felt our 2014 C250 was starting bit slow and was concerned as my son uses the vehicle at school where no dealership.. I sent my son to have it checked at 5 pm yesterday.. service coordinator turned him back saying no time to check and asked him to come in next morning.. they close at 6 pm and had 1 full hour if interested..

This morning I went there, same service coordinator checked for a minute starting three times and assured me all is good.. I am happy for that but what makes me a unsatisfied customer is, why couldn't the same thing wasn't done previous day.. that could have saved me a trip. a minute out of one hour.

Ofcourse, this is not the first time.. This is our second car and had similar experience with my previous cat too.. I wouldn't write comments on first or second occurrence ..

Alex was my service administrator. He made sure I was taken in on time. I guess this time of year they're really really busy and they were unable to give out loaner cars. But at least they got the job done. I appreciate him being okay with Mickey mixing him up with another service ad man because they're both so handsome. They even have one in their looks like Thor has baby brother - long Hair hottie...I forget his name I don't want you rushing in trying to tackle him...but they took their time analyzing my car and got it all together it was very sick. They gave me a good price at a fair deal and great service I must say... Keep up the good work guys this is my second visit the second visit was less costly than the first. . I guess it depends on the service you're getting I'm looking out for the specials cuz I'm going to come back I need my oil changed

I m so blessed to have found the most perfect car dealership to buy from! Everyone from the second my mother and I walked in the door were so sweet! I spent all afternoon negotiating a price for a vehicle. Every issue, price offer went through Steve Ziegler used car manager. Finally, a deal was reached numbers were agreed on. I completed a credit application. I was notified by my credit service that their was activity on my file. Soon after, my salesman informed me I had been approved, I then made the appointment to pick up the car. I was very excited to receive the text below.

I will get with Steve the guy that has been working your deal . You should be good to go Tabitha will schedule the appointment I then received the confirmation of the numbers and went to clean out my car. I came home to the following text.

I am really sorry I just came back from washing my truck and the manager told me the car is sold. I am sorry believe me I wanted to sell you the car but someone walked in to buy the car from another salesman and they sold the car. The reason being is because customer commit to buying the car and don t show up all the time. To make it fair to everyone they don t hold the cars for anyone.

I get it. However, you ran my credit, you sent me the numbers, I set up an appointment. Fair to everyone?
Not fair to me.

Mr. Ziegler while I am upset with you, my disappointment that I feel for my salesman, the young woman who worked so hard to get me into your shop is just as great. Your decision hurt the three of us. The way that I was raised was, your word was your bond. It is everything. What I have learned about you is your word means nothing. Your actions effect Mercedes of Georgetown, what you did was wrong.

Do not even try to deny any of this as I have every text, including the copies of the numbers agreed upon. You should have called me yourself, but I have learned that people who are deceptive are also not very brave.

Fair to everyone ?

RESPONSE TO OWNERS RESPONSE:
I responded to you directly, as I did not want to post my personal thoughts. For the record I purchased from Covert Automotive a Mercedes ML 350, 2013 one owner vehicle. I took the car today to Mercedes of Austin your sister dealership. They asked why I did not take it to Georgetown and I shared my story. I also shared my story with Covert Automotive, Facebook friends, and all online groups I belong to, Yelp.
It is one thing to lose a car, it s another thing to be used to sell the car to a higher bidder who was notified by a competing salesman. Having my credit negatively affected, by running it for no reason.
When you have a change in management, perhaps, I ll reconsider future service on my vehicle. In the meantime I ll just continue to tell my story. Take care and thank you for your response.

We live in Houston and drove all the way to Georgetown to buy my G 550. Cannot express enough the professionalism that Steve - Manager, Anthony - Salesman and Regis - Finance how they treated us and were so easygoing too! They made sure we were comfortable and offered us water, snacks, etc...as soon as we walked in the door. We showed pics of our dogs to each other and were truly comfortable and impressed!!! We were hugging as we left. Go to Mercedes of Georgetown to get your next Mercedes and a better deal than Houston!

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with a sales team member Carlos. Buying a high end car requires polished and experienced sales staff not a sales member that argues and makes you feel your in the wrong. The follow-up was good but the final close negotiations was horrible and I went with Mercedes of Austin instead. Even after I told Carlos with Georgetown Mercedes about why I went with the Austin group he continued to argue and not listen as to why I didn't buy with him.... Listening is the greatest tool in a sales person tool box...

I hope the management here will heed these words of advise. Teach your staff that the buyer is always right and diplomacy goes a long way in closing a deal. Regardless who was right or wrong the customer will always have choices and will go with another option if they are not felt to be important and respected.

Was looking for a car for my 32nd Birthday and was torn between a Wrangler and a Mercedes (apples and oranges right). Eric Jordan came out to meet my mother and I in the hot sun was was extremely patient with my indecisiveness. All around great professional. Later met Reggis who was extremely professional and patient with me as well. Walked out with a BRAND NEW GLA and a huge smile knowing I received a great deal and wasn't pressured by pushy car salesman! Eric and Reggis are THE BEST!

If I wouldn t of found a car that day I definitely would of waited until they received something that caught my eye just to buy from Mercedes Benz at Georgetown. Customer service was great ! Hicham Zaim was my salesman and he did his thing , really informative on my options and the pros of driving and buying from Mercedes ! I had gone to the one in Austin hours before and everyone was pretty much rude and not helpful at all. I also had questions days after I got my car and he didn t mind texting back on my questions !
