i took my car to the dealership and i didn't have an appointment, the advisor was very professional and they were even able to provide me with a loaner even-tho i didn't have an appointment with them. Also the dealership is very clean and all the personal are wearing masks. So if you need your Mercedes to get service this is the best dealership to go to.
