Had a great experience at MB of Buckhead. The staff is very attentive and I was given the opportunity to work with Desmond. Desmond provided great service and helped me weigh out the options when making such a large financial experience. Easily the most comfortable and assuring car buying experience I've had. Desmond is a real professional and I highly recommend him to anyone that comes into MB of Buckhead! I look forward to working with him again in the future.

My grandmother and daughter went to the dealership looking to purchase a Mercedes G550. One might not suspect an 83 year old woman may want such a vehicle, but that s what she wanted as she no longer wanted her H3 Hummer. The salesman didn t even bother to show her any of the vehicles she requested and eventually left her unattended until she eventually just left. Well this same 83 year old woman went down to RBM Mercedes and purchased her vehicle from a sales team that was happy to help her. Never judge a book by its cover.

I worked with Alissa and Chants at Mercedes-Benz of Buckhead and both were awesome! Alissa was very patient with me, answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Chants thoroughly explained all the product features and made sure I was good to go before leaving. The entire process was quick and easy - they provided 5 star service from beginning to end. Would definitely recommend to all my family and friends!

I recently worked with Alvin at Mercedes Benz of Buckhead on the purchase of a new vehicle and the build of another. It was a great experience! He was very courteous and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. They took care of everything and made the process so smooth. Alvin is a super nice guy and I feel like we will be taken care of there. I would recommend him to anyone! Also everyone at this dealership was very friendly!

This place should be marked with a giant Red Cross and the word "contagion" .

I had to wait a long time for no given reason and wasn t even greeted. When you spend this kind of money on a car you don't expect to wait when you have an appointment. The waiting room was full and not well spaced, the staff are not taking Covid precautions, multiple not wearing masks or wearing them improperly - I counted 5, and the customers are sitting around with no masks on too. When I asked them to put them on they said they weren t required and they d taken them off to talk.... presumably to cough too?!

This place is a contagion risk and should be avoided

The lease is almost up on my car and Mercedes will not be on the list for a future vehicle if this is the type of behaviour they allow.

Let me just start off saying that the whole buying experience was second to none. Your dealership although big and busy seems like a very well oiled machine. Ben Wheeler was outstanding in making our purchase happen. I'm not sure if anyone I ever met in the car business could measure up to his attention to us and making everything happen in a timely manner. In investing in technology you have made the paperwork experience unbelievable. Thank you for investing in your business, it shows. Lastly, Lawrence did a great job setting up the personal aspects within the vehicle. Our 350GLE will be our forever car and we are very pleased with it. Thank you so much.

Service was impeccable. Barron walked me through purchasing a car and was very patient and kind. He even gave me chips and fruit because my blood sugar was low.

After the buying process was over, Chants, a products specialist sat with me and went over all of the features of my car and explained how to use them.

I have never experienced a car buying process like this before. Two thumbs up!

ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS experience with the entire Buckhead team. This was the best car buying experience. My sales person Alissa was awesome. Alissa took the time to get to know what i wanted and was very, very knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted. Marie was awesome, walked me through getting setup with Mercedes-Benz me connect(i love this feature). Alissa has made my car buying experience great. I give her and Marie 10 stars if i could, but since that's not an option 5 stars(that really doesn't equate to their going above and beyond their duties) . Thanks Alissa and Marie for taking such great care of me and I'm loving my Coupe!!!!

My wife and I have been looking for three months for a Tahoe. We found a new posting for a used Tahoe at Mercedes-Benz of Buckhead and submitted our contact info. Immediately, Dave Olson was in direct contact with us. With the dealership being in Buckhead and it being a Friday afternoon we were not able to make it up there to look. Dave let us know that the Tahoe was no longer available making our decision easy!

It was 6 PM that night (one hour after the dealership closed) and Dave contacted my wife to let her know the deal fell through and Tahoe was available. He spent extra time on the phone with my wife explaining the situation. We contacted Dave first thing Saturday morning and he carved out time for us to come up. Luckily we were able to secure the Tahoe and with 4 other customers in the showroom ready to buy, Dave acted fast and we were able to get a Tahoe at an AMAZING DEAL! Dave was a true class act from beginning to end, thank you!

As for the detail department, I was a bit dissatisfied as I assumed with it being a high end dealership, they would have high end detailers. The inside of the vehicle was not cleaned at all and was very dirty. The outside was fine but just disappointed on the inside. I suppose they might not treat a used car in the same fashion as a new Mercedes.
