I appreciate the customer service team via online chat/center manager Brian Ackman, I was informed that they do complimentary car washes during certain times in a timely manner to my inquiry. When I arrived they accepted my car and sat me in the waiting lobby, after waiting several minutes a gentleman tells me that my car cannot be service because it is "too low, it will hit the 'machine'", i simply replied okay. After getting back in my vehicle I drove around the shop to the car wash center where I noticed that the gentleman had lied to me as there is no such "machine" or hook up machine, their car wash is a self drive wash that does not require any under carriage hook up (the same car wash system/equipment that is at Mercedes Benz of Alexandria, where I have gotten my car wash plenty of times before). I cannot help but to feel that I have been profiled for my appearance, car type and type of service request. A simple "we cannot do that at this time" would have sufficed rather than what seems to be a bold lie.
