I have been a customer of MB Manhattan for just about 12 years now and have never had a bad experience. Over the course of the entire 12 years I have dealt exlusively with Patricia von Karkoch and I cannot say enough positive things about my experiences with her and how attentive she is to the total experience. She s always accessible, she never leaves things to chance or leaves you waiting a response and she really goes above and beyond to make sure that you always receive the best service and overall experience, most importantly, Patricia is dedicated to ensuring you receive exactly what you want and really works hard for you to make that happen.

Scott Malise and Robert Nowomiejski were both great to work with. My wife and I were both made to feel comfortable from the moment we walked into the dealership. They understood our needs and wants and were able to workout a deal that was perfect for us, without us feeling pressured or anxious. It was a seamless decision and we are so happy we met them!

We received a call back notice for our 2016 C300 so I took it in to be checked. I got an appointment right away and my service advisor was Patrick Pires. He got right to the point when I met with him, but without being brusque. He promised the car that same afternoon and delivered on time. I had a few questions about the technology on the car and Patrick explained everything in a clear manner. The service department washed and vacuumed the car. Overall I was very pleased with the experience.

I cannot explain fully how happy I am with Mercedes service for my first Mercedes Benz. They treat you like a VIP from the moment you arrive, are completely organized in an effort to get you in and out quick but also to give you a level of service you really don't find in the car industry. I never have to wait, they explain items carefully and just treat you at such a high level that you have to be impressed.

My advisor is by far the best of the best and it's really appreciated.

Sheik, Nicole and Nick were absolutely amazing in making our 2nd Mercedes Lease, enjoyable and informative. Sheik and Nicole did a great job in reaching out to me in regards to my car lease coming to an end, and advising me on my options. Nick was delightful in explaining the precautionary options we would be able to add to our deal. Ultimately, i was given great service by good people, and will certainly be back for our next car.

My Name is Jodi Melendez and I have been going to Mercedes Benz located at 770 11th Ave since 2016 when I bought my first car, a black passion smart car. I love my car so much and absolutely loved my experience when buying it. I have gone back to get my tires fixed and get diagnostics done and every time, I go to the best Service Advisor I know, Patrick Pires. Patrick always takes care of me with a smile and gets the job done. I know that I can always count on him to be there for me when I call last minute that I'm coming in with a flat or even when I just call him up with a question. I am a young woman who doesn't know much about cars and I know some places usually take advantage of people like me but I don't feel that way at all. I know Patrick always keeps it real with me. This is the by far the best service I have ever received on anything and for that I'm truly appreciative. Thank you Patrick and thank you Mercedes Benz of Manhattan for always making my experience stress free and easy going. :)

I was visiting NYC from PA with my girlfriend and we hit a bad pothole to result in a lacerated tire at 3pm on a Saturday!!! I was lucky enough to get my car back to the dealership before 5pm (when they close) but Katie the service advisor really looked out for us and even managed to arrange an "emergency loaner vehicle" for us !!!! Lifesaver! I used to come here all the time when I lived in manhattan, but these guys really show exemplary service and accomodation!!

I'm very thankful to this place for making some great offers. I am selling my Mercedes on car liquidation these days and as soon as I get the money for it I'll come for a visit.

I just recently had my MB vehicle serviced at Manhattan Mercedes and my experience was one worth posting a review. I was greeted by service advisor Jorge Ramos and he could not have been more attentive to my concerns. He advised me all will be taken care of and explained the process to a level of pure professionalism. He kept me informed of the details on the process until completion. I picked up my vehicle that was very clean and all items taken care of to my total satisfaction. Keep up the great work Jorge!

Parts are the worst department in this fancy place. Unprofessional, disorganized and takes 3-4 employees per 1 customer and it still super slow. I am always waiting for my parts 30-40 min. Super slow. Please do something about this.

Couldn't be more pleased with our experience here. The M-B brand rises above the rest, supported by top-notch specialists from Sales (Justin Cornelian), to Product (Gregory Gazzola) to Finance (Alex Mashkin). We walked away with a new car in less than a week, with all hurdles and hardships removed. Excited to be part of the M-B Manhattan family.

It is the only Mercedes dealership in the country that is factory-owned by Mercedes-Benz U.S.A. The sales team is among the most technically adept and professional I ve encountered. Standing out is John Hart. John is a seasoned pro who looks to the long game to create a durable, professional relationship that will result in his clients' repeated business over years to come. He s honest, helpful, he returns your calls and answers all your questions. He makes sure you have everything necessary to be comfortable and confident with your acquisition and that your overall experience meets your best expectations right out of the gate. This will be my first Mercedes, but I ll definitely look to John when I buy my next one.

Everybody I met at this dealership is extremely professional. I just bought a 2016 Honda Fit and I love it! My sales person, Brian S. was very knowledgeable and helpful. Reece in the documents department made the paperwork process smooth and painless. Richard voluntarily stepped in when I was in the parking lot, trying to figure out how to attach an accessory I just bought and put in a request for me to get an additional part I needed. Nick followed up on an accessory purchase I made, had it installed (which was not expected but very much appreciated). I can't say enough good things about my experience with this dealership. They are awesome to work with and take customer satisfaction very seriously.

Sharing after my 2nd experience getting service at Benz of Manhattan: both times I had to come in last second because of runflats during inclimate weather.
I was always promptly greeted: the location is super well staffed and convenient.
-The end to end experience was impressively smooth. Like amazon prime I had my car same (or next day when I dropped it off at night)
-All my interactions were straightforward. I barely ever had a wait time and was treated amicably.
Meaning I was made sure I m comfortable while I was freaking out about my flat :)
Long story short, seamless great experience.

The most courteous staff, best selection of vehicles anywhere, and beautiful facility. They make buying a car (especially for women) a pleasure. Like their vehicles -they take the experience to the next level. Highly recommend this dealership over any others in the area. If you want to be treated with the utmost respect, attention, and speed Mercedes Benz Manhattan is the ONLY place to go. I first brought my SL (that I bought in Paramus) in for service. They were fast, reasonable and drove my car to my parking garage when the work was completed. When I was interested in buying a G-wagon they picked-me up at my office for a test drive at 11am my only free half hour. When my Mom ordered a new C-Class they delivered it to her home on Long Island and showed her the features on her own garage in the pouring rain! They will do whatever you need to help even picking up my car For service AND bringing it back to my office! Can t say enough about their end-to-end service, from sales to repairs. Definitely the ONLY place to go for me and everyone I know.

Services are generally well-performed.

Services are generally well-performed.
However, when I called for for my sales rep, some other sales person answered the call. , He just blatantly told me "she is not here"
He did not even ask for my name and the reason I was calling about.and no question of leaving a message.
A few of sales persons are not well educated or not well-mannered to work at your dealership,
Though I hate to say so.

I felt as though I was at a fast food store and being asked "Next, what do you want?"

Also, My sales rep does not call me back when I left messages to call me back.
There were more than a few such cases.

Each time I ended up calling again and asked for a call back but no luck.
I realize she is preoccupied with potential customers.
However, I do not think she does not have a few minutes to respond during the course of working hours.
I truly thought once a purchase deal has been completed, I am no longer as important as current
clients. I understand the continuous need for another potential deal.

I understand the point since I work as an Executive Director at a investment bank.
But, I always call back any missed phone call, even after work because I never know
the reasons: It might require immediate attention, especially any overseas calls.

Besides all of the above problems, your dealer ship is a particularly
nice dealership.

If I could give negative number I would. The worst car buying experience I ever had. Even though we agreed on the price, the manager, Nicholas Traina, loaded my final bill with document fees and a fee for the GAS in my brand new car. When I asked him about it he basically said take it or leave it. The sales person, George Rudovic, did not even spend 1 minute to show me the features of the brand new car. I had to call him back and ask him how to switch gears. I am still waiting for the link to a youtube video he said he would send me. If it wasn't for the convenience to pick up the car from Manhattan I would have left without saying goodbye. Very Disappointed!!

The sale department is some kind OK. Mechanics department doesn t quite care about my car. Just when they change a tire for me, the air condition was tuned to max cool which I don t figure out any logic clue why they do that. What is most terrible I met here is that they pasted a Manhattan badge on to the back of my brand new car without asking in advance. I gave two stars because the beginning of sell process is fine. For the following parts, I would give -5.

PS after few times deal with the mechanics there, again they don t work like pro and often wanna make their opposite ideas happen. Communicating with them makes me tired.

Last week in mid Oct, my car was sent for body shop repairing a dent and mechanics to adjust the body balance. There was a door edge bumper on the driver side and when my was back it was gone.

Simply put, DO NOT give your business to Mercedes-Benz Manhattan. During a day and age when consumers have as many options as they can imagine, there is no need for anyone to experience the level of service that I did from the sales team there. Specifically, Harald Alder is by far the worst salesperson that I've encountered in all my years of buying cars.

There's too much detail to go into but let's sum up Harald's behavior as being deceitful, misleading and unknowledgeable. To add insult, he continues to ignore my calls and texts when I reach out to resolve the issue that I'm having with the purchase of my vehicle.

Again, do not give them your business. I wish someone had given me that warning before my nightmare with them began.

The service and professionalism at Mercedes Benz Manhattan is equally as good as any place that can be found in Germany.
I have owned four different Mercedes models, and my current car, an S600, was brought here many times. In fact, I also took the 3 other Mercedes cars that I used to drive, to Mercedes Benz Manhattan for servicing. When it comes to caring for the condition of your Mercedes, there is no challenge that is too big or too small for them to correct.
There are many other Mercedes Dealerships throughout the U.S.A., and around the globe, but MB Manhattan is one of the reasons New York City has always been called the greatest city in the world.

Very excellent experience here. I brought in my amg and don t have any complaints. The service advisor I used was named Patrick and he was very helpful as well as respectful. I m a younger adult so people don t always look at me normal but he treats me like every customer should be treated. I m very pleased each time I bring my car in and would recommend going to him if you have to bring your vehicle in for servicing!!

I have gone through 3 different service advisors since I bought my S63 AMG from this dealer 2 years ago. In each instance I did not feel comfortable leaving my car in their hands and would find a new one who promised to be better. Then I found out that Patrick Pires was returning to MBM and instantly connected with him. He made me feel extremely comfortable and was not pushy in having me do repairs that were unnecessary. He had me instantly in a loaner and provided me the best service imaginable. I recommend anybody who cares about their vehicle to ask for Patrick when servicing their car as he will do the right thing by you.

I was expecting a traditional experience when i came into Manhattan benz, but no, competent the opposite, Angelo, knew exactly what i needed. I felt like i knew someone for a really long time, i came in he told me exactly what i needed, didn t feel pressured or anything of that sort! I really recommend ANYONE to visit manhattan Benz and ask for Angelo Sanchez! You will not be DISAPPOINTED!

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend M-B Manhattan's Collision Center. They send your vehicle out to New Jersey to perform the repairs, and their technicians mistreat your car. My vehicle was returned to me with oily bootprints all over the rear carpeting and seat, and the exterior wasn't washed. And, make no mistake, a "corporate" Mercedes body shop doesn't mean you'll get better craftsmanship, either. The door dings they repaired for almost $1,000 are still visible at an angle. Definitely not the way you want to showcase your craftsmanship and customer service, especially when you're dealing with a $100k+ S-Klasse.

I had an amazing experience at Mercedes Benz in Manhatten. I had gone to the Paramus and a Englewood locations and really didn t receive the service I thought I would. Joey Melillo was truly amazing. He presented me with several cars, knew all the different options, and personally delivered my car to my home in N.J. Joey did not leave until I knew all of the features to my car, made sure my blue tooth and navigation were set up properly, and confirmed I was happy with the car. This is my second Mercedes that I have purchased with Joey. I will be a life long customer and plan on referring family and friends to Joey on a regular basis.

Excellent experience! Greg Gazzola went above and beyond to ensure that I had the car of my dreams. The process from start to finish was seamless and I was treated very well. They spent the time to make sure that I was satisfied and they went over every aspect of the car and app setup. This is my 7th purchase from MB-MANHATTAN. There's a reason why I keep coming back. Also, my past experiences with the service department were great.

Service at all levels. Sales management and sales
Associates go out of their way to accommodate the customers every need. Price is great and all customers are treated like VIPs..

The service department is efficient and competent They go out of their way to service your vehicles
Quickly and on time. The waiting area is the best I ve seen. I would recommend Manhattan Mercedes without reservation.

I wanted to take the time to let you know about Felicity Callas. She has been nothing but helpful ,Courteous very respectful to me and trust me I know I can be a handful. I recently bought in my ML550 which needed servicing of which she helped me out very much. She advised me about the maintenance plan Mercedes offered of which I took .She followed up with me which was a good thing. Not many service reps do so . She know how am when it comes to this vehicle. You have an exceptional worker there. Keep up the good work.

I just purchased my first Mercedes Benz and I would just like to thank Elaine Velez for making my experience a 10/10. She was professional, courteous and patient. I am extremely fastidious and she was gracious and respectful every step of the way. My Mercedes was custom built and it was delivered on time during these uncertain times. The dealership was very clean and all the team members were eager to help. I really have to thank Elaine Velez again for escorting my mom ( she didn t speak English) to the parking area to retrieve her vehicle when I left in my new car. Would give 0 stars if possible. Worst experience ever trying to buy a car !! Complete waist of my time. I wanted to buy a SUV there (GLS). Went over to check it out and see what they had in stock. Well they did not have much available with the colors I wanted. After checking around the salesman told me that there was one that could work for me. Decided on it and call the next day to put a deposit on it. Didn t want to finance with them since I can get a better rate from the credit union. So they ask me for 6 months bank statements and social with other info. Witch I provided right away. They said that Mercedes needed to check because it was like me buying the car in cash. Don t see what would be the problem to buy the car cash anyway. Unless there are not squeezing more money out from their loan. And that on a $80K car !

After a couple of day, I got the message that all was ok and sign the purchase agreement. That s when a couple of hours later one of the manager call me cursing me out and calling me a lier. That I was going to export the car. That I lied about my job because I have a company and on and on and on. That I was not getting the car after all the waisting time and process I went thru.

Do not do business with this dealership! They are not professional at all and do not respect you.

Complete waist of time and effort just to get cursed at from the management. What a shame.
