Simply put, DO NOT give your business to Mercedes-Benz Manhattan. During a day and age when consumers have as many options as they can imagine, there is no need for anyone to experience the level of service that I did from the sales team there. Specifically, Harald Alder is by far the worst salesperson that I've encountered in all my years of buying cars.

There's too much detail to go into but let's sum up Harald's behavior as being deceitful, misleading and unknowledgeable. To add insult, he continues to ignore my calls and texts when I reach out to resolve the issue that I'm having with the purchase of my vehicle.

Again, do not give them your business. I wish someone had given me that warning before my nightmare with them began.
