I've been on the fence for a few years about treating myself to a Mercedes. Dealing with Justin and Mercedes Heritage Valley tipped me in the right direction. The knowledge and assistance came when needed and when things were out of place, they were quick to Correct. They've been a pleasure to deal with even after the sale.

The recent visit to Mercedes Benz Heritage Valley was below par which is unfortunate as a family member of mine works within the dealership which makes it harder for me to write a non 5 star rating. I had a detail done on my vehicle which was 5* star the interior and exterior were excellent. The other few times that I have been to the dealership after buying my car from there were service related issues and the people I dealt with made me feel unimportant as one of the service advisors told me I have 6 people that i m currently dealing with you re just going to have to wait... Which I felt was rude and not the way the department should be running since I was scheduled for that specific time for my appointment and I have other things that I needed to attend to. I am still waiting for a follow up call in regards to an issue that was supposed to be dealt with a couple of weeks ago. I m fine with waiting for things to be done properly but to not know where I am with this issue bugs me as It makes me feel as though this issue is not urgent. Also, when I try to call the dealership and get transferred to the service department I never get the person that helped me in the first place so then I have to leave a voicemail which is even more of an inconvenience for myself. I feel as though there are too many people involved trying to help one person which leads to miscommunication and not having 100% service as a result of that. The staff I find are extremely friendly and welcoming. However to at least make my experience with the dealership 100% would be to have more of a understanding, helpful approach to ensure a smooth, positive and professional visit to the dealership especially as I will be frequently dealing with the service department in future visits as long as I receive the professionalism and courtesy extended to everyone regardless of the reason for the visit to the dealership. My vehicle is a 2012 which in the years to come I would like to upgrade to a newer model as the sales department still follow up and that makes me feel like a valued customer. Thank you for taking the time and effort to read my review hopefully this will lead to changes in the way things are conducted. K

The experience here was amazing! They truly know how to take care of their customers and really learn about what the customer is looking for a car. Absolutely love the experience here especially with the help from Kevin Ngu and Bobby Ammar thank you so much. I purchased my new GLA suv last weekend and I'm very satisfied with both the vehicle and my experience at the Heritage Valley Mercedes-Benz Kevin Ngu and the team were amazing to work with. We are from out of town so; Kevin made sure our experience was seamless. Very professional, prompt with follow up, and never felt any pressure. I would highly recommend this dealership as well as Kevin for any purchase. The excellent service didn't just stop after we drove off the lot, Kevin has followed up with us even after the sale.

Worst experience ever. Sales person was very rude ...

Worst experience ever. Sales person was very rude n loud.Could hear only him in whole room. Price advertising on car was lower but sales person kept saying different price and kept telling us that car price was lowered already. Not a professional way to deal with your customers. Specifically when sales person says this is not Toyota dealership to their customers. At least be professional.
Would never shop at this dealership.

Recently my Wife is looking into buying a new vehicle to replace her 5 year old daily drive. We been to many different dealership to test drive other car (ie Audi, Lexus, Acura, BMW and Mercedes) MB Heritage Valley by far provided the best service. We decided to pull the trigger with the CLA. There wasn't a new one in the city. So the Sales Manager Calvin order us one from another province. Within 5 days the car arrived. When we take over the car, the walk through was thorough and informative. One of the best buying experience we had.

Brought my GLK in because I had an issue with one ...

Brought my GLK in because I had an issue with one of the key fobs and there was still 2,000 KM left until the warranty expired. They told me that they will order keys for me at no charge. After not hearing from them for 2 months, it turns out that they didn't even record my appointment, let alone order any keys for me. They just wanted me to run over the warranty period so that they could charge me for the service as I was over the warranty period when i came back again to inquire about my "ordered" keys. When I went to dispute their claims of me not even bringing my vehicle in, they refused to do anything about it and made ridiculous excuses. Completely unprofessional.

I will certainly not return and instead take my vehicle to Silverzinc Dealer Service or David Morris.

From stepping onto the lot to leaving with my new Mercedes Benz, the Service a Mercedes Benz Heritage Valley was by far the best experience I've had in purchasing a car.
To be clear, I've had mostly good experiences but this was far and away superior.
Alex K, the salesperson that helped me find the right vehicle was attentive and never once did I feel pressured. Ethan S, the pre-owned manager was attentive when needed.
The completion of the sale which is most often the painful part of the car buying experience was handled efficiently and professionally by Anastasia P. She provided with me a wide array of choices with respect to warranty, protection etc. Never once was i pressured.

The hand-off was done with clarity and patience by Coco. He made sure I was confident with the wide range of features on my E-Class.

Overall, this experience was excellent. I highly recommend Heritage Valley to anyone looking at Mercedes as their vehicle of choice.

Lastly - my car is fantastic!

Walked in and asked for a person from sales. Lady at the front called a sales person named Alex.

After introducing himself, he asks me what is your budget at the same place where I was standing. He didn't even ask me to sit. I told him my budget is around $500 a month, he starlight up said oh we don't have anything around $500 then there is no point in looking. I was so confused. I wasn't sure if he was going to sale me a car or I was here to beg for a car. I inisited and asked him to give me some quotes for a A class or maybe a CLA. Then we sat down and he gave us some quotes and said the same thing again, if your budget is around $500 there is no point in looking. I wasn't sure if I was at a Mercedes-Benz dealership or a used car dealership. How do people like this get a job here who doesn't know anything about customer service or don't know how to treat their customers with respect .

On the positive, I left the place in 5 minutes. Threw his business car and his quote and drove to Mercedes-Benz Edmonton West and spoke to Dharam Taylor. He treated me with respect, we had a nice conversation and even though the deal he offered me was over my budget. I decided to give them my business because of the positive experience and professionalism he showed.

I hope Mercedes-Benz will look into the type of people they hire and maybe should train them better in customer service and sales.

Sale manager came out and for 10 min he try to tell me that he can't do nothing for me and how ignorant I'm, instead try to make a deal with me, very disappointing. I bought my first mercedes from this dealership, back then was great, have made a deal same day, but now i will not buy it from them

I had a fantastic experience with Mercedes Benz Heritage Valley. Firstly, I was in awe of how beautiful this place was, the front desk staffs were really friendly and of course they led me to the right department. We had a tour of the place, more fun than I expected, just for me to be more relaxed and to know where things are. Sales representatives were informative, respectful, and very kind. I did not once feel like I was being pressured into buying anything. Of course anyone can buy a vehicle from anywhere, but for me it s all about the experience and these guys made me feel so comfortable that I wouldn t consider purchasing a Mercedes anywhere else. Thank you for a wonderful experience and I can t wait to purchase my next vehicle in the near future.

Fantastic experience from Lena, the sales rep, and service from Robert the Finance Director! The C43's landed on a Sunday and I called for a test drive the next morning; the sales rep, Lena, had to put a rush on it, as the vehicles hadn't even been inspected, yet, but she made it happen! Lena was fantastic; she didn't try to sell me a vehicle, she was selling me an experience; she really encouraged me to experience what the vehicle could do, and didn't just tell me how this was the car for me, blah blah. Robert, the Finance Director, made the transaction smooth and quick, and really took the time to get to know his customer. On Friday, I drove it away! Top rate team! Ask to speak to both of them!

Although I don't deal with Heritage Mercedes dealership personally, I recently had to access information on my vehicle and literally had to call all the dealerships in Edmonton. Only call back I received was from Florin Oancia, Sales rep at Heritage. He provided me with the best customer service I ever received at any dealership by not only giving me the information I needed but also calling to make sure I received it. I will definitely recommend Heritage for having such a great sales team.

Most was done over the phone and email and when we got there to pick up my car the service was beyond top notch! I recently completed an online, out of province purchase through Heritage Valley MB, and the experience was excellent. Kevin Zinyk and Mike Handous were an absolute pleasure to deal with. We arrived at a great price on a perfect condition CPO vehicle and Kevin sent me lots of detailed pics which made me feel very comfortable with the condition without the need to visit the dealership. The entire process from start to finish, although long (due to 3 weeks in transit) was painless and professional. I can't say enough good things about Kevin, Mike and Heritage Valley. I highly recommend them.

This is the second new vehicle I have purchased from this dealership. I can say both experiences have been more than pleasant. Dealing with sales (Andreas & Ben) and finance were absolutely great, they were on point, answered all concerns and questions and everyone at the dealership were very friendly, ensure you have been looked after and very professional. My experience to date with service is next to none. I have been treated like gold from the time I walk through the door to leaving with my vehicle. In all the years of dealing with dealerships of domestic makes I must say Mercedes has exceeded and surpassed them all by a long shot. I will definitely recommend this dealership and will definitely purchase my next vehicle here again.

Purchased my first Mercedes from here. The experience and customer service has been first class from the day I walked in the door. Alex from sales was great to deal with and supported you from the beginning of the experience to the end without concern. It was also a great experience with the family as well. My boys loved seeing all the cars in the parkade and getting a chance to sit in some pretty classy rides and listen to the beauty of an AMG! Get them while they are young!!! Truly recommend Mercedes and the Heritage Valley Team.

Sales staff are great. I recently bought a C43 from Florin Oancia at Mercedes-Benz Heritage Valley and he was fantastic to deal with. He is a true industry professional who provides the experience you expect from a luxury car dealership. Florin has contagious enthusiasm and an exceptional knowledge of Mercedes-Benz vehicles and the brand what he doesn t know about Mercedes-Benz probably isn t worth knowing! He is friendly, respectful, customer-focused and not pretentious or pushy at all. When I was ready to make my purchase, the dealership made the process easy. Eddy Chang in Finance took care of the paperwork efficiently, explained everything clearly and there were no last-minute surprises.

I am not sold on the service department though, which is why I gave a 4-star rating. I have been to service only a handful of times (I used to go to David Morris) and the first few experiences were good; however, my last experience was not great and they were not very timely in responding to my concerns or resolving the issue. So while sales at the dealership are great, I am not sure I recommend service there.

The whole team was so much supportive during the buying process. Product Specialist for Mercedes-Benz, Khandaker Ahmed is an awesome guy! He treated us like his own family which was a great thing! Sales manager Mike Handous made sure I get the best value for my money. Mike Garner in Finance is a true gentleman. Lacey in the customer service department is the sweetest! To sum it up I will come back and see Khandaker whenever I am back in the market for a new vehicle and I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz Heritage Valley for their outstanding Customer service standards

Save yourself the time. Visit another dealer hell just go see Dodge and get essentially the same product for $10,000 less. Over the past two weeks of booking appointments with Mercedes Benz Heritage Valley, I ve had the worst car buying experience. I asked for a vehicle a size or two up from my Lexus NX, as my partner is moving to Edmonton to join me in the new year. It would be brutal for her to have no personal transport in this frozen tundra. The sales manager I booked with not only wasted my time showing me smaller vehicles, but didn t have the model he recommended for show. Thus I booked an appointment to come in and see the suggested model. I arrive (after a 37min drive) to the booked test drive with the same sales manager, only to sit around and wait + 40min. To add the car was dirty not at all in show condition. After the test drive my appointed sales manager suggested I come in and test a more premium model. The following appointment was then canceled, the sales manager siting he wrote a different date in his calendar. I only found this out because I wrote an e-mail to confirm, no apologies, pompous attitude to follow. I arrive to my re-scheduled test drive annoyed with the service. After good impressions with this more premium model I m of course advised, best to make a down payment these ones really don t last and before a word is out of my mouth we don t offer any discounts on these models . His comments covered by At least when you see another driver with this vehicle you ll know they paid the exact same price as you . My face tightens, I m beyond mildly annoyed either he takes me for a stereotypical idiot or, similar reviews of this dealership are all to real. The maintenance warranty offer falls on deaf ears as I make a deposit holding the agreed price of the vehicle (completely based on the attributes of the car and my upcoming needs).
The next day I receive a call from another sales manager/acting business manager demanding I provide documentation to prove my income, complete a credit check for a finance (I m not interested in), and make an additional $15,000 deposit. I disagree and go into see both the acting business manager and finance manager with the necessary documentation. Here I experience an intense 2 2 hr long interrogation on why I want to buy the car and where my money is coming from. As I previously covered with the original sales manager in general conversation. Seems he failed to pass on any information to his own co-workers. I m also informed that all my documentation and information goes into a seven year file with no offer of a privacy agreement. At my mental limit I question the interrogation, as I am the only black male customer in the building, experiencing this type of scrutiny to buy a Mercedes. This rhetoric by Mercedes Heritage Valley says I m either a young (28yo) black idiot with no money sense, or I don t have money to afford a premium Mercedes vehicle. When I expressed my concerns of racial scrutiny to the acting business manager he laughed in my face. I also question the system of stereotyping customers to the finance manager. He agreed they do indeed judge customers off their own perceptions. Hence my current experience. If that isn t enough after looking at my account both staffers concluded that there was not enough spending in my majority savings institution, thus I would have to provide more documents of my accounts with other financial institutions. In addition to advising the best ways to spend my money in order to purchase this particular vehicle, and appease the dealership.
After complying as best I could, I reached my limit, I had nothing else to say or explain which I hadn t with the original sales manager. I walked out with the financial manager claiming I would get a call tomorrow confirming approval or not. End state a huge waste of time, energy, and resources. Combined with poor service, incompetence, and my first ever dealership display of systemic racism. If you are black, I say drive a little further to literally anybody else.

Koko showed me many of the features that the car has. He was very patient. And Khady was very professional and welcoming to this dealership. It was a very good experience buying this car at Heritage Valley.

I previously owned a '09 C300 and decided on the C...

I previously owned a '09 C300 and decided on the C400 for my new vehicle, I am from Lethbridge and Hyatt in Calgary was willing to work a good deal but didnt have the exact vehicle I wanted... Weber Mercedes did however! I emailed them and within minutes had a reply from a sales associate named Cody, they were able to beat Hyatt's offer. I put a deposit on the car and a week later made the 5 hour drive to Edmonton.

When I arrived the vehicle was in the showroom ready to go, Cody who was very knowledgeable on the product, taking the time to properly go over all the features and accessories. I then met Doug in the finance office, he was extremely nice and was NOT pushy with backend sales at all. Both guys were very easy to talk with and answered any questions I had.

Weber Mercedes exceeded my expectations on this vehicle purchase! I will be back A+

Just drove off with a brand new E53 AMG and the level of attention I received as a client was unbelievable. Justin is by far the most knowledgeable salesman I have ran into. He made sure everything was in line for my visit into the city (coming from Calgary) and was honest the whole way through. Thank you Justin for taking the time to listen to what I needed and go the extra mile. I will definitely be coming back!!
