Me and my wife were looking into either the GLA250, X3, or GLC300 and I had the opportunity to speak to Chris Barnard at this dealership. He asked us the right probing questions, like what our lifestyle was, the size of the vehicle if it mattered or not, gas mileage, etc and why we were comparing it to the X3. My wife and I are avid campers and our work also requires us to drive something that is less the typical looking AWD vehicle and as someone that used to have a C240 4Matic back in the day, I love the engine and my wife loves the BMW. After speaking to Chris, he informed us of the 8" clearance which would make it easier for us when we were to go off road to camp sites and the amenities of the vehicle that would appease our other needs in a vehicle. He helped us narrow it down to the Crossover Utility Vehicle of the GLA250 as the right one for us that wasn't overly massive like most SUV's and CUV's. We appreciate your guidance, Chris!

I purchased my E550 in 2014 at the previous location under the name of Weber Motors. I was attracted to this dealership from Calgary due to the significant price difference, in this deal it was $10k lower than the same car in Calgary with twice the features. The staff was really easy to work with, sales guy was a pleasure to negotiate with, and ultimately, I received a fantastic deal.

If I ever upgrade to a new Benz, I won't hesitate to look here first. Top shelf dealership.

I have only been disappointed at the service received from this dealership. I loved owning my mercedes, in fact it was my dream car but due lack of courtesy , and professionalism from this dealership, I had to sell my car and switch to Lexus instead! Took my car for service and it was not cleaned properly. After paying $1000 service charge, a customer expects professional cleaning of the car which was never performed. In fact, after speaking with the manager, the manager complained that I have only brought my car 4 times to their dealership! I think regardless of how many times a customer comes to your business, customer's needs should be respected and dealt with in professional manner. Disappointed at the service.

I was shopping around for a new Mercedes and after having to have dealt with the dealers in Calgary I decided to try and see what the dealers in Edmonton had to offer and came across Mercedes Hertiage valley. I worked with Ken Chung and I cannot say enough good things about my experience with ken and the entire staff at MBHV. Ken worked tirelessly with me for over two weeks to put the deal together that worked within my budget. Calvin the manager worked with Ken to get me a great deal, Anastasia (finance manager) was great in explaining the entire finance process and Koko was the man that took me through my new vehicle. Avoid this dealership at all cost. Very, very poor service. Their service department is pathetic and full of excuses. It took them 2 full days to give me a quote, and it took them an hour to write up the quote. Still had to pay over $600.00 just for them looking at the car. The service manager was not interested in my complaint, or assisting at all. Not recommended at all.

"THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER" - I had recently started taking my used Mercedes Benz to a few dealerships in Edmonton and ended up at Weber Motors (Where I purchased the first Mercedes from in 2010). The service in 2010 was good overall but my experience in Feb 2014 was "OVER THE TOP" Excellent. Jack, Brad, Aaron, and Brian were the 4 people that I dealt with. They all communicated very effectively, they treated me very well, and made me feel at home from the very start. They were VERY professional and caring in all of their emails, in person visits, and during the delivery of the vehicle. I really felt that they had my best needs at heart and cared more about making a deal that was good for me then normal pushy sales people who just care about the sale. It truly felt like they wanted what was best for me and they proved it to me throughout the entire process and delivered on every promise. They were very easy to deal with and they were 100% honest about everything and very fourthcoming. They were very easy to approach and got back to me promptly on all of my requests. I purchased a used Audi from Justin from out of town. Justin answered all my questions about the car s condition and service history, providing photos and service records. Carmen did the purchase paperwork efficiently and made sure I understood it all. Both Justin and Carmen were welcoming and friendly when I arrived with my wife at the dealership and they were professional through the whole process. A shop person went through the features of the car in detail and paired my phone with the mmi system. Thank you to all the staff that helped us with the purchase.

I have been to this Mercedes dealership once in the past, but today will be my last. My wife and I came in today with the intentions of purchasing a GLB. We spoke with Landon and inquired about what they currently had on inventory and which package we were interested in. As we sat down to discuss our options, a delivery man walked in with three large bags of McDonalds. Landon informed my wife and I that he would speak to a manager and would be back shortly. After a few minutes of waiting, I looked behind me and low and behold, Landon was standing with the other staff members and decided to eat. My wife and I sat there for another five minutes and he decided to keep us waiting while he continued to eat. We started to get annoyed and walked out, as Landon continued to eat. As we approached our car, he decided to stop eating and come after us. He asked if we were leaving and clearly realized that we were not pleased. He did not apologize, nor did he seem to care about wasting our time. In this economy, someone chose to eat a hamburger instead making a sale. Good luck Landon.

It was lovely walking into Weber Motors after what was, frankly, a disappointing experience at another dealership. Cody and Jack were personable, fun, and understanding salespeople. Everyone in finance was terrific. The cars themselves are dreamy.

To be honest. I would really recommend this Branch, everyone in there is so friendly plus they make sure You are well taken care of. If u ever feel like joining Benz family. Look for ADDISON OR KOKO they get ur job done and make sure ur driving home with a dream car that u have been saving and working hard for. CHEERS.

Manny showed great exceptional service today! I came in wanting information about the 2017 E class. He showed me all the exciting features and let me take it out for a test drive. Manny took a lot of time to explain everything to me even though I wasn t making a decision today. I later left super happy! BUYER BEWARE - we bought a slightly used vehicle here 2 years ago and it was imported from Quebec. The vehicle had extensive rust damage and started to show through on the body. We took the car to back to Heritage last week and the best they would do was give us whole sale price then roll the amount owning into a new lease. After 3 hours of discussions and multiple offers with the sales rep and manager they gave us their "best offer", which was unacceptable. We went to Mercedes Benz West this past weekend and their first and only offer far exceeded Heritage. Mercedes West is far more superior; they are honest, reliable and they know how to treat customers. My wife and I are professionals who both drive Mercedes, needless to say Mercedes West has our business now. We will never buy another vehicle from Heritage and we will forewarn anyone who intends on buying from them. Furthermore, we will be reporting Heritage to AMVIC.

In response to the message below: the fact that we were only given the option to "trade in" the rusted car you sold us was the issue. The appropriate remedy would have been to take the car, assume the $5k owning on the loan and put us in a new vehicle as requested. But I'm happy you didn't and allowed us to suffer the loss. I have since purchased two new vehicles from Mercedes west and haven't looked back.

I had been looking for a new car and visited many different dealerships in Edmonton and did not feel comfortable until I walked into Mercedes Benz at Heritage Valley. I walked in and was immediately offered assistance by Jackie and Mike. I discussed what I was looking for in a vehicle and was shown the GLA and GLC. I then went for a test drive and Jackie was so helpful while driving pointing out things in the vehicle and answering any questions I had. I only dealer with the service department. Always up selling stuff you don't need and refused to do recalls. Just horrible experience overall. It is at a convenient location but for Goodness's sake go to the one on the west end.

They forgot to put my spare back in the trunk when it was their to get the flat fixed which .. So as I got my car back I realized months later it. Wasn't their.

I showed up looking for it as "Betty was at the front desk. She told me they never take any spares out. And re assured me that they didn't have it. And tried brushing me off saying theirs no way we would have it ...

She didn't seem to care that my spare was missing as I asked her to check .

She left me mad and willing to speak to the manager Serge As I spoke to him he kindly replied I'll do my best to see if we have. It. Next Morning sure enough he calls me me with the description of it ..

He was on it right away and found it.

Thanks to Serge I got my spare back as he took the time to check the racks of spare tires and rims ..

I wasn't very impressed over the few other issues I had that I don't feel like listing and going on.

But let's just say Over all I wasn't gonna return to this dealership. But having Serge as being as good as he can and being more than pleasurable to deal with and making clients priority along with being on top of things made me confident of this being my service place . He has won my business back. And I'd definitely recommend Him to my friends as he is great to work with and gets back to you and is very helpful

Very disappointed with Heritage Valley. I tried to purchase a new 2017 GLS450 but the hoops I had to go through and absolutely no communication. I had to produce bank statements for at least 6 months, sign a non export agreement and put a bond down of 10k, which it would be returned when they physically see the vehicle in 6 months with kms on it. Doug said we should hear within a day or two. I advised I'll be away but email me if I can purchase this vehicle or not. I finally gave up and email Peter asking for my deposit back after a week of waiting to hear back. This would've been my third new Mercedes SUV from this company....Loyalty doesn't mean much to them.

The one service advisor , Brittany Walsh, is a rude and racist piece of work. To say the least, my experience in regards to dealing with this advisor is unprecedented. She had the audacity to go above and beyond in worst way possible. Just absolute terrible service.

The experience I had at this dealership with Charn was absolutely thrilling. His service was impeccable and his knowledge about the vehicles all around was very impressive. To get the full experience, Charn made sure I got to see all of the cars they had in stock and resulted in my falling in love with everything I saw.. Definitely will be back to take one home :)

No respect at all. If it allows 0 or negative score, I would give a negative score. The horrible experience let me have no good feelings about Mercedes. They are extremely rude.

When I came to ask for the information about the price of C300, they do not have any patience talking to me. Probably I would like to compare their cars to BMW and Audi. Especially, some managers are not friendly and rude. I just wanted to trade in both Audi and Mercedes to the larger cars, but the sales may consider I am not rich, so a manager told me It is impossible to get a car. OK, his rude words with no figure of speech end the conversation. However, I came to Audi and everything is better than the Mercedes dealer, especially the sales and managers.

In Mercedes, sales are not professional especially when they explain their cars. Actually, I have already known the specs for the car I am interested by viewing YouTube videos. As I ask them but the sales knows nothing. So If you want to know more, plz go to YouTube, not sales. They wasted my time when they were searching the inventory and do calculations in probably 1 hour to provide a quote, I waited for so long and it seems that they don t want to talk to me at all.

Everything I know about Mercedes-Benz is showing no respect and discrimination. Do not come to this dealer if you worth your time.

Amazing buying experience dealt with Kevin in sales he was very friendly and was not pushy what so ever. Then dealt with Carmen in finance and she did amazing job getting me approved and making sure everything was in order, she even switched over my registration for me. And to top it all off Coco showed me the unit and got it all set up for me so it was a smooth transition out of my old car. Love this dealership and the staff.

Had a sub standard experience from this dealership from the get go(Ordered the unit from Weber then on to this establishment). I could go on about several issues but in the end it comes down to poor customer service, very unprofessional for a luxury dealer. I ended up taking my SUV to west end dealership for a service as I couldn't get it in here and needless to say after my experience at the west end I will never bring it back. I haven't dealt with Heritage Valley for over a year so maybe things have changed but without a doubt one of the worst dealerships I've ever purchased from or had to deal with, sales to service. When you spend upwards of a 100k on a vehicle a person expects top notch service and I just never witnessed it here. If you are looking to spend money on a Mercedes I would try the other dealership, I've been going there for over a year and the quality of service and professionalism is night and day compared to what I personally experienced at Weber Motors/Heritage Valley.

Stopped in to see about a GLC 300 I saw online and talked to MJ. Great guy and he was very easy to talk with. He asked us to make sure we were still ok with proceeding with the deal throughout the process. The atmosphere was bright and friendly. After we test drove the vehicle we talk more about the price and other business. Moved along to talk to Steven in finance and he was also great! I have dealt with some finance people and this guy is one of the good guys. We were able to make everything work to where we were comfortable and they took our trade in. I hate to say I loved spending money, but they made the decision easy and I felt like they treated me and my wife very professionally and like good friends.

I highly recommend shopping here for a Mercedes. They are not as expensive as you may think and while you are there take a tour of the basement!!

I purchased a low km GLE AMG 63s Coupe from Ethan Seifeldin recently, and would be remiss if I did not share my experience. I believe that 95% of all business transactions go well, but as consumers we ought to judge true customer service on the the 5% that do not go as smoothly as planned.

I was looking to replace my 2013 Audi Q7 "cottage / hockey beater" for a new SUV and was struck by the AMG Coupe. $140K plus taxes seemed excessive for my daily driver but I found a low km unit at Heritage Valley Mercedes for a good 30% discount.

Ethan and I negotiated a fair deal over the phone sight unseen, and HVMB took care of everything including shipping the vehicle to me in Ontario.

A few weeks later when I took possession of the vehicle, there was a small plastic item broken, a second key missing, and one rim scuffed. While these issues could have been the fault of the shipping company, Ethan was totally understanding and prompt in his replies, assuring me his dealership will take care of everything...... which they did!

HVMB chose to cut into their profits to be fair with their customer.

I love driving my AMG and will definitely give HVMB an opportunity to earn my business in a couple years when I am looking again to replace one of our family vehicles....... in-spite of being 3,000 km away. Ethan and team HV more than met my high expectations!!!

If you want to buy a Mercedes at Heritage Valley buy it from Charles Chan and you will not be disappointed. Also, wonderful dealing with Koko, he is a delivery superstar. Great experience at heritage valley Mercedes. I purchased my first vehicle there in 2015 and recently purchased another vehicle there. Doug helped me with financing in both 2015 and again with my new purchase. Doug is knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help! Great experience with Doug! Manny from internet sales helped me find my vehicle. He was very helpful, and made the purchasing this vehicle a great experience!! This is an addendum to my earlier review 2 months ago. I had to return to Mercedes as I damaged my roof rack and needed to get a new part installed in my vehicle. Doug was incredible helpful again and helped coordinate my service appointment. I was also fortunate to meet Lacey in customer service - she was very pleasant, thoughtful and helpful. She made sure that myself and my daughter were comfortable during our brief wait for the parts to be installed/fixed and did a great job working with the service department to make sure we got out in time. Mercedes heritage is great because of people like Doug and Lacey.

Justin Tham is the best salesperson I've ever dealt with.

Not pleased with the service department. They tried to charge me almost $1,200 for a part that had been replaced before that was under warranty. They did not bother to check my service history. I had to ask them to double check, and they realized it was covered by warranty. This just shows that they don t care about their customers. My service agent s name was Brittany.

It was my first time visiting the dealership. I have nothing but positive experience with Calvin and his team. The team was very professional ( I have been to places that the sales team will not engage with me), he helped with everything and answered all the my questions with great attitude. People always say they have bad experiences at dealerships but not with these guys!! If you are looking for a mercedes, I would highly recommend to go see Calvin Wong at this location.He knows everything inside out and I guarantee you will have a positive experience with them

I will never go to Weber Motors again. It was my life's biggest mistake. Keep on fighting for my rights. I bought CLA 250 ,Sales persons don't have enough knowledge about cars. Don't buy windshield protection or paint protection form them. There are lots of hidden rules in that ,they never told me . They are just busy selling those products and making money with out explaining. Now I am just left with frustration.

There is no such choice for zero stars so what can I do? I had one Mercedes-Benz and the car was awesome (I'm not blaming the car). However, heritage valley location carries the WORST customer service ever in overall German luxury car brand. My hubby and I went to there location for an INVITED private sale and wish to trade in my car (2016 model only drove about 18k kilometers) and finance a new car. The so-called sales manager - Eddy CHANG talked to us and show me the only option he can find. A 3-year-old C300 with 70k kilometers that he "offered" me 7 year's finance with approx. $800 monthly payment. I said no, I don't wanna this one cuz after 7 years, this car worth nothing which means I will spend about 55k for a used car. I told him I wanna a new car or even demo or used, but not with that kilometers. so I pointed out I want that demo one that's on their private sale list. You know what he said? He said to us "THAT'S IMPOSSIBLE for you to get!" You have no idea how disappointed and mad we were back there and still mad till now. We have two luxury cars at home and had a lot of chance to talk to different "sales manager" but this one is that kind of person that I would never have the conversation for. I'm pretty sure if you are going to cash a car, he is going to be super polite to you but finance a car? Forget about that! Yes, we didn't lose our mind that day but there were no words to say after that "impossible". A sales manager is the person who respect their customers and makes the best deal for the customer, even that's impossible, at least you have to give a try! But he refused to try it. And for sure, because of that experience. I gave up my current Mercedes-Benz and got a brand new Audi with high tech. There are not many words I would like to suggest. If you would like to get one car from Mercedes-Benz, AVOID this location, go for anywhere you can find but NOT THIS ONE! Overall, Their cars are good but the salesperson. Heritage valley, your really needs to increase the quality of them and show them how to respect their customers.
