I was a little concerned going to a temporary service facility, but was completely put at ease by the familiar process and helpful service personnel. Mell was my service coordinator and was very helpful and attentive, including a follow up call to make sure everything was running perfectly. Keep up the great work!

Busted my front right tire in a pothole on 101 on ...

Busted my front right tire in a pothole on 101 on Presidents Day. Called Autobahn Motors from the side of the road and they told me to come by at their newly reopened location in Belmont.
It took me a while to get there while driving on the runflat, but I finally made it.

Amazing facility! Love the new ambience, the showroom and the AMG power wall.

The service guys were very nice and helpful, even that they were obviously still learning how the new facility works.
Time went by quickly while they replaced the tire and washed my car.

I had my 40k service done for my 30k GLA 45 AMG to...

I had my 40k service done for my 30k GLA 45 AMG today, cause I do it by year not by miles. The service was good, car was very clean, and I got a loaner car which was nice.

The only problem was that later when picking up my car, I asked them to adjust my tire pressure to 40 psi for all four wheels (cause I like it that way with my tires), the guy did it at the service driveway right away. But after I drove out and double check my tire pressure monitor on highway(tire pressure doesn't show up immediately, it shows up after driving for a couple mins), they are showing 60 psi!!! Good that I live close by, I got home immediately and checked my pressure they were indeed 60 psi...I quickly deflated them to 40 psi with my race gauge.

This is extremely hazardous, my tires says max 51 psi. I feel lucky they didn't blow up and got home safely.

Contrary to recent negative reviews on yelp for Autobahn motors I had the most incredible experience today with Joshua . From the time of my appointment for airbag recall to when the job was completed which was in less than two hours. He walked me through the process, explaining the details etc. Arranging a shuttle to and from my home in San Bruno. His courteous manner and professionalism speaks highly of the caliber of employees at Autobahn.
He went above and beyond doing a through check up of all repairs and parts needed for my GLK. Thanks Joshua for such a hassle free experience. I will definitely buy from Autobahn.

Jeremy Liu was incredible, very responsive, he found a car that meet my requirements, even though it was still on a ship on its way to LA, then kept me informed as it landed in LA and then made its way to Autobahn in Belmont. He knew a ton about the car and getting the various accounts setup, as well as claiming the after purchase rebate for electric car from the state (the dealership had already applied all the at-time-of-purchase rebates). Was the smoothest experience I ever had getting a new car and this is my 4th MBZ, have also had 2 Audi's, 1 Porsche, 1 BMW, 1 Ford, 1 Lexus, 1 Infinity, and 1 Toyota.

I want to give 1/2 A star but only option is for 1. I went and purchased a car from them 3 weeks ago. When I left they told me they would send me my paperwork for the car. 3 weeks later and tons of phone calls to management I still do not have the sale paperwork or the owners manual they promised. Once they have your money customer satisfaction is out the window.

Ernesto assisted us to pick the best GLC car that we've been searching for! He is very patient and helped us ( with all his team ) through the transaction process every step of the way! and they all made sure that we are happy with our car when we leave the dealership! it's always been a pleasurable experience to deal with Mercedes people and this branch (autobahn motors) was one of the best indeed! Highly recommended transaction and everything's a breeze and we are happy with our new vehicle!

Well.. i asked for a key duplicate for my car, and they not only overpriced the key itself.. they also said i needed to leave my car for 3 days( yes, for a duplicate of a KEY ! ) and they said when the key arrived i ll have to pay another 100 and something fee for Programming, and the key for my car comes already programmed from the factory ready to use!! ... i bought just the windshield wipers and the mercedes "mechanic" didn't even know how to do it, left stuff on top of my hood while changing the wipers, without care at all for my paint or my car... i went to another dealer and i got the key WAAAYYY cheaper, and the best service ever.. but nor here..

Service was too expensive and took too long. I was told my car would be ready at 3:30. I arrived at 4:30 and it was not ready to be picked up. The car had not been washed. The pickup staff was unfriendly and unorganized.

The unpleasant surprises started even before I com...

The unpleasant surprises started even before I come and see the CPO vehicle. Since I'm Illinois resident I wanted first of all to be able to flew over to CA just to check the vehicle. On 08/31/16 the sales manager Jacqueline Lincoln did tell me, that they doesn t hold the used cars, but they can hold it for me if I will provide a proof that I m coming (tickets). After discussing the necessary questions with my sales rep Ernesto Gadala I did book a ticket and send him a proof. In about 20 minutes from that I do receive the call from Jacqueline that they have another customer coming in tomorrow (9/01/16) and they will show him the vehicle (I have no problem with that) and if he would like to purchase it they will sell it to this customer. Once again, she told me that after I send the flight details to Ernesto.
I wrote the email to GM and on the next day the other manager called me with apologies saying there was some misunderstanding and that they will hold the car for me.
I came on Saturday (9/3/16) in the morning like we did discuss with Ernesto. Test drove the vehicle, signed the paperwork.( Later when I was trying to register the car in my local Illinois DMV I figured out, that Jagdeep Singh from finance department didn t include a title or even copy of the title with the paperwork folder and that was a real hassle later). This vehicle was being sold as Certified, but I noticed it even got missing cover on the windshield wipers that cover the mechanism from the rain, snow, dirt (later they did find the missing part and installed it).
We did set up the delivery and I specifically asked Ernesto to double check that all necessary items would be delivered with the car (start/stop button, remote control for entertainment system).
Upon delivery I did notice the following:
- 3rd row rear seat back was damaged.
- The whole car was vibrating driving over 60MPH
- ECO function was not working at all
- Missing remote control for the rear entertainment system
- Missing start stop button
- Missing manual
- Cracks on designo driver door cover

- Split screen menu option is missing from Command
- There weren t any 2 new tires put on a car as previously was stated by the sales rep.
My question remains how the car could be certified if there are so many problems? Especially the problem with the seat and vibration since it is a safety issue, not only visual.
On 09/20/16 I did go to DMV in order to register the vehicle. They told me, that the title is missing from the paperwork and suggested to contact the lender. I did call to my bank several times and finally figured out, that the bank still didn t receive the title from the dealership. I took me literarily the whole day to figure out what is happening with the vehicle. When I called and emailed to Ernesto he told me, that first of all I need to send them a form saying that the vehicle was delivered to Illinois and only after that they may send me the copy of the title (extortion?). It shows that they (the dealership) got 30 days AFTER the vehicle is delivered to present this form to California IRS
I did fill the form and overnighted it, because I wanted to expedite the process of registering the car a lot. On the next day the tracking showed, that nobody was there even to accept the envelope!
I demanded then that their business office send the copy of the title to me and then I ll send the form back because it is unacceptable to provide such an experience to the customer who did accept the asking price without negotiation, filled the paperwork promptly, and came from IL as promised on the day and time agreed.
Ok, going forward.
On 9/28/16 they finally shipped the missing parts. And they were delivered 10/6/2016. But to another address and state!
I asked them to reship the package expedited again to my address. They reshipped it standard shipping and was finally delivered to me 10/12/2016. And guess what the remote they send is from the different model and doesn t fit.
No communication from them since then.

1. super expensive. Its cost exceeds the limit of insurance and I have pay some out of pocket. I have a Mercedes E 300 and it only requires to repaint and fix the bumper.
2. fail to conform to the time they promised themselves. They promised to have it repaired in 2 weeks, and it turned out to take a month. They had told me it would be ready by noon the next day. And when I came to pick up the car that day, they told me that it had to take another day.

Good selection and reasonable prices, but overall a very disappointing/sloppy experience: a 1-hour wait for the finance department(for a car I was paying cash for) and very poor car preparation and cleaning. I would expect more from a high-end Mercedes dealership.

I worked with few dealerships before but honestly I never worked with a gentle guy like Joshua. I still didn't pick up my car yet, hopefully everything goes good all they way to the end. was talking to ernesto who sold the car we were talking about right before i came to look at it. then went into his office to look at other cars in the inventory that might interest me then never came back. i felt not taken seriously and wasted my time completely since i had to drive from the city to get here. completely unprofessional. i would like to think that the other sales associates aren t as unprofessional as ernesto, but this was my experience today.

This was my first experience with AutoBahn Motors, in Belmont. I learned of them through searching the net for a particular vehicle I was looking for. I was very apprehensive at first, not knowing anyone at the dealer, or the area. I walked in to the dealer, and I spoke with Eduard B., a very nice, polite gentleman in Sale Department. He was outstanding. No slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. Eduard B. excessed all my expectation. For sure, I can say that it was my most wonderful experience purchasing a new vehicle. No hassles. Just civil, relaxed negotiations. Eduard B. went above and beyond when I had questions about car price details. He was also a wonderful advisor, and he provide me other options. Thank you so much Eduard B. for everything.

Great experience! I had the opportunity to run into the shop quick and have an oil service done on my E350. My normal service writer Johnny Lam was off that day so I was able to meet Nick who took car of me and got me out and on my way in about an hour. Nice job!

I went to the cashier to pay for my repair. Mell came out to the cashier without the paging service. I presume he always keep an eye out on who is coming to pick up the car. He explained to me what services have been performed on my car. He is the best. He followed through his work. He even give me his mobile number if I need to contact him.

I have been customer with Autobaun for 16 years. I saw the Autobaun building erected. I bought my 1st Mercedes with them at year 2000. I have been bringing all my Mercedes to Autobaun for services. They are demolishing the current building now. I am looking forward to visit the new building.

Johnny was an excellent associate to work with. I had to pick up my car at a specific time and he had it done early for me! He went over the do's and don'ts with my new windshield, and I was on my way within minutes of arriving. Although I had to pay more than 10% of the value if my car to get the work done (yikes) and the work does not increase the value of my car, in the end it seems it was worth it to go to the dealer to have my windshield done.

Service was quick, thorough, and attentive. My only reservation is that when I picked up my car the service receipt that I authorized installation of a tracking device for on-site vehicle location. As explained to me after the fact, the device just allows for identifying the car's location while the car is at the dealership. I'm fine with that, but I did not pre-authorize its installation. This should have been highlighted and pointed out when I dropped the car off. Otherwise, I am happy with the service visit.

On 2 occasions (Aug 2019), my car was returned to me not-presentation-ready. These comments are a reflection more about the attention-to-detail & follow-though than the mechanical service performed on my car.

Upon pick-up (from a scheduled service Aug 2019), the fuse-box and other interior compartments were left open. (While a minor point, I was surprised the car was returned to me without anyone noticing it.)

I had to immediately return the next business-day (after a weekend) because the car leaked new oil all over my driveway... and again, when returned to me, tools were left on the driver-side floor-mat, and my ignition start/stop button had not been returned to its proper place. (I eventually found it beneath the driver-seat.)

Note: I was told the oil leak resulted from a seal-failure (incredibly coincidental following a scheduled service & inspection). To Autobahn's credit, I was not charged for the fix.

Absolutely unbelievable. Arrived for a warranty claim (rust showing up on the sides and front of the vehicle. Through the paint, no scatches) on a 2016 Sprinter with 6000 miles left on the warranty.
The service manager and "warranty manager" (who refused to meet with me) said that the rust will not be covered due to cause from "outside influences".
After being laughed to my face for suggesting that they are just trying to wait out my warranty, I left and called the Mercedes 800 number to only be told that I can go to a body shop and have the vehicle fixed at my own expense.

Lets hear it for Autobahn Motors and Mercedes.. really standing beside that bottom line and not the product.

Oh yeah.. and not to mention. Showing up to a 7:40 appointment and it taking 7 hours for the warranty claim while failing to top off any fluids or wash the vehicle (which were claimed on the final invoice)

Had a great experience at Autobahn Motors. I wanted to lease a new GLA 250 4Matic car mainly for my wife. Kenny was my service rep to walk me around and answer all my questions. He offered me a good deal and made sure that I drive my new car home today. Perfect job!
Vikram was the rep to explain me every single details and showed how to use some of the features I didn't know when I stopped by a few days later. Excellent service and very friendly people!!!
The only thing I didn't like when finance person was very pushy to sell me five different types of extra insurance coverage instead of just asking once if I want it or not.

Took the ml in to have an A service, fix the brakes and change the plugs. When I went to pick up the car something was wrong. They apologized up and down, kept the ml for a few more days, gave me a GREAT loaner , and detailed my car. They even did the additional fix for free! Service guys could not have been nicer.

He's very personable, courteous and treats me with respect and dignity. I went to Autobahn for a rear differential oil change on my Mercedes C63S. This was by far the best experience I ve ever had at the service department of a dealership. Johnny Lam was incredibly welcoming and made sure that I was well taken care of. He treated my car as if it was his by making sure the technicians were careful with it. Furthermore, since it was a new car, he even gave me some tips and tricks on the many different features in the car. I ll definitely be going back to Autobahn for my next service.

I purchased a 2017 CLA 250 through the Costco Auto program with Autobahn Motors. Ali Khan was my contact at Autobahn and is a certified Costco Auto Sales guy. He was great, very responsive, and found me my dream car! The sales center is under construction with minimal waiting areas and no vending machine. We were there for a good 3.5 hours so it would have been nice if there was a vending machine. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience!

5 stars all the way around. Ernesto was an amazing business partner to work with. I call him a business partner, because unlike a salesman he actually worked with me. He asked me about what was important to me, showed me multiple options and vehicles to make sure I was getting the right vehicle. Even negotiation was easy. We simply worked together to get to the price I needed. Seriously, ask for Ernesto and tell him Matt Amundson sent you.

Very poor customer service from the service department. It took multiple phone calls and messages to get a service advisor to return my call to schedule an appointment, I was quoted a 3 hour on a Saturday. I brought my car in and was told no never 3 hours but all day, service advisor tried to talk me into rescheduling the appointment and when I explained the inconvenience of that he then sold me a lesser service since he couldn't finish what I wanted in the 3 hours as quoted or in the entire day even apparently! Multiple calls to the service department to check on the status went unanswered and voicemails not returned. I bought my car from this dealership but I have grave doubts about purchasing another here or further services.

Franz was knowledgeable and polite. Although he wanted to sell us a car, he did not pressure us to do so. We ended up leaving on Friday, and doing more research on the price. We then negotiated the final price of the car and extended warranty over the phone on Saturday. Then, we went in to sign the paperwork. It was less stressful that way.

My appt. was 9:00am. Got there at 9:05 due to traffic. Once inside the door I waited nearly 25 minutes before Mell spoke to me. There was a lady in front of me that was having an issue that he was try8ng to help her with. Another man moved my car forward once the lady s car was moved out for service. Mell told me he would be back shortly and another 10+ mins. later he returned. After going over the pending service he directed me to the car loaner counter.
There was no one there for about 5 mins. Finally a man showed up and did the paper work which I signed. A car was brought up and nearly one full hour after arriving I drove out of the facility.
The new facility is attractive but inconveniently arranged compared to the old structure. I need to use a walker so it was somewhat difficult going from the drop off in the back to the cashier to check out. Then to wait for the car seemed like 10 mins. and it was parked along the front wall and I just happened to see my car key in the hand of a young service lady who turned them over to me after verifying they were mine. I then had to work my way out to the car.
It was rather strange to observe so many service persons standing around, walking here and there or sitting at desks seemingly doing something while I stood waiting at my car in the beginning or while waiting for my car.
I have always been pleased with the service and attention previously but was unimpressed this time.
I assume the actual service on the car was done professionally. Although it required a couple of phone calls by me to find out when the car would be ready. Mell told me it would be ready around 4:30 that afternoon and then I received a call that it would not be ready until 11:00 AM the next day.
Finally there were two comments on Invioce I do not understand.
AL4 alignment. What is it?
LAT Customer will have work performed later. What work? I did not say anything like that.
So hopefully the customer service procedures will be tightened up by next year s service.

I just bought a used MBZ elsewhere and needed to take care of an issue. I was very pleased with my first service at Autobahn. Juan D. was very polite to us and very thorough. I was provided a shuttle home and upon return, rec'd. a MBZ chocolate ; ) at the cashier's desk and my bill was less than expected (pleasant surprise, as it was a pricey item involved). Compared to other dealerships I have been dealing with, it was great to have such a smooth experience.

Recently, I began leasing a 2016 SLK300 from Autobahn Motors. Shockingly, within a day of driving the car off the lot, the retractable hardtop stopped
working on my brand new Benz. The hardtop was stuck mid-way and would not close, leaving my car completely open. When I took it into their service
department to have it looked at, they determined that a few parts needed to be replaced, but told me that it would take an unknown amount of time to
repair because the parts needed to be ordered. This car only had 50 miles on it, how is it that the hardtop is already broken? Since they did not have a
loaner car that day, I was forced to take back my car and come back another day when a loaner was available. This was rather inconvenient for me and
required me to take half a day off from work. When I dropped off the car the next day, the lady handling the loaner cars was very rude, yelling at me,
claiming that my name was not in the system. I had only bought the car a few days ago, so maybe that's why?? There was no reason for her to yell at me
for something that I had no control over. Finally, after being SLK-less for over ten days, the car was FINALLY fixed. Considering the fact that I'm
paying a large amount of money each day to lease this car, I'm basically throwing away money each day from having this car sit at Autobahn Motors. I
still can't believe that within the first two weeks of owning this car, I'd only been able to drive it for a few days and even managed to get yelled at
by them for no reason!

Sales staff was great Ali Kahn was very helpful and responsive, Rush is the manager at this location & I emailed him but got no response, I bought Benz C250, October 2016. The main problem was their finance people in particular Carol, do not trust then please! I came in with pre_approved financing through my bank & they are a authorized dealer with my bank so paperwork shouldn't be a problem, no matter what they say I was going with my banks super low rate.i had to fill out my information because the dealership needs to run my credit no matter what, so I had no choice. But this finance Chick ran my credit with BofA without my permission and emailed me the HIGHER rate the next day after she already did it & of course I said NO! NO! & she knew I already had financing, so they have unprofessional people especially Carol working in their finance department, also she lied many times saying she sent the paperwork to my bank (application & the contract) so I called my bank to verify she sent it & they said they haven't received anything so lots of BS going on, I had to email her many times to make sure she was actually sending the form, you have been warned!

I had an excellent sales experience at Autobahn Motors. Vikram and Mike (sales team) were very polite, patient and thorough in showing me options that would fit my needs and explaining all the features of the car I selected so that I could get the most out of my new purchase. Jagdeep was very kind and helpful in the finance aspect. I appreciate their follow-up phone calls and overall attentiveness throughout and even after the purchase of the car. I would definitely recommend getting your next Mercedes vehicle at this dealership!

As a first time customer, I am very impressed with the professionalism and high class service of Autobahn Motors. These guys are experts in Mercedes. My 2012 S550 needed some serious repairs, and my service advisor Anthony J. handled everything perfectly from start to finish. It's now running like a brand new car. I'm glad I chose this place.

If I could give Autobahn Motors less than zero sta...

If I could give Autobahn Motors less than zero stars I would. This dealership has terrible business ethics, a total absence of honorable customer service, and blatant disregard of honest business procedures. I went to Autobahn Motors to get four Mercedes vans for my businesses. The fleet manager told me they only had three vans and told me to come back on Monday to buy them. When I returned on Monday morning, as we agreed, I was very taken aback when I found out that one of the vans I had come to buy was being test driven. I was further shocked and outraged when the fleet manager informed me that the van was going to be sold to the other customer referred by the general manager since he had gotten there before me that morning and it was first come, first served , but they could look for another van from out of state for me. Although at this point it seemed obvious that the dealership was likely selling the van at a higher price to this other customer, I reminded him that I had actually been the first customer since I had come to Autobahn Motors twice last week, chosen the cars, and was prepared to purchase them but was told by him to return Monday to buy them because he couldn t be there on Saturday afternoon. Because it was clear that I had made the deal long before the other customer took a test drive, I stated that the dealership should honor the agreement made previously with me, and the vehicle search that they planned to conduct should be for the other customer. It was apparent that he was not going to honor the deal he had made with me, even though he was the one who postponed the sale and prompted me to instead return on Monday to finalize the deal! Moreover, he communicated with the general manager and together they decided not to honor their dealership s promises to me. Ridiculous. Autobahn Motors has no integrity and I would advise any customer to get everything in writing since their no word has no value.
I took my business to MERCEDES BENZ OF SAN JOSE and was able to get the vehicles I wanted, along with excellent customer service from the manager, William Eugenio. MERCEDES BENZ OF SAN JOSE distinguishes itself as the premier Mercedes dealership in the Bay Area, as opposed to the abysmal management and service at Autobahn Motors.
