I like Mercato because they work with local businesses in NYC such as Myers of Keswick, which carries products from the UK including the famous Cornish pasties and steak & kidney pies. Anyway, the service was great and on time! Highly recommend it!
I love shopping online for high quality local food items. Everything I have ordered has been outstanding. Wish the online shopping site would be more in sync with what the local store is advertising as available on their site - hopefully that is in the works, as it would be nice to not have to place two separate orders just to get everything that is available and/or is on special. website is great as it is fast and easy. if any product if unavailable, the stores actually contact you for your preference of replacement. delivery fees are also affordable. choose any day and time and you good.
It s fantastic to be able to have fine quality foods delivered. It s been difficult to get locally sourced quality products since the COVID pandemic. Mercato has outstanding small businesses. Other delivery services don t have anything near the quality that the shops Mercato has. Excellent as far as I m concerned!
Very easy to use web site, food came at the right time and high quality, and pricing and fees are fair. Really glad I'm able to get a certain store delivered from mercato that otherwise I wouldn't be able to. Everything went smoothly both times I used them.
We recently placed an order for curbside pickup at our local food co-op through Mercato. The order entry process on the Mercato site was straightforward and easy to use. Once our order was placed we were able to make changes to the order with a phone call no closer than 24 hours before pickup day/time. Customer service was prompt, very courteous, and efficient. If items were out of stock, customer service made excellent substitution suggestions in real time with a quick phone call. Pickup was made as scheduled with no delays. It was definitely a great experience in customer service. We would use Mercato again.
I am a regular customer of Mercato Delivery Services. I love those people, They are quite professional and timely. Moreover, their customer service is quite prompt. If you get any issues, they will fix them very immediately.
I have worked with other delivery services, but Mercato seemed to be cost-effective to me. Also they have easy online ordering system.
I love using Mercato, it gives me access to delicious organic food from my favorite co-op. They work with more local businesses that you can t find on mainstream websites. It has been a lifeline during these times and I will continue to use them in the future!
I recently tried out Mercato for my meat deliveries. I love them so much, I will be using this regularly. The meat came sealed and in a reusable green tote bag!
First time ordering from this store. I ordered 23 items, and prior to the delivery, they sent me an email stating that 5 items are out of stocks. But they only delivered 6 items. Where are some of them? I called their hotline and the agent told me to have a refund. Well, how about offer me a good service. Worst service and never will I order from this store again. I better stick to Amazon fresh.
