They've left a voicemail stating I owe a debt I for sure am not associated with. I've contacted my bank and my credit score to prove this. I have not received any sort of written documentation from them to prove that the debt is mine, and they started straight to phone calls without any sort of warning, or physical documentation. If you receive a phone call from them, it is a scam. Please contact who you need to, and provide a cease and desist letter. Know your rights. Don't reveal any information to them. They shouldn't be calling you, leaving voicemails, or asking for sensitive information over the phone, and they should be sending you paper documentation to prove your debt. Absolute scam.

Had no issues with them. Made my payments as I said I would. Rarely got calls bothering me and got confirmation numbers for each transaction. CS was very friendly to me as well. So for ME, I cant complain.

I'm assuming that the people who are giving positive reviews are all a part of this scam. Loving the people that say it is a great place to work. The calls don't stop over bogus "debt."

SCAM. Sent me a mail saying that I owed a ridiculous amount of money to a Citizen's bank. Don't know this bank, never banked with them neither do I owe them. Scam agency, why are they still in business?

I recieve calls from them daily and when I call back, they don't pick up. They're constantlt teeling ek I have an unpaid debt which I dont even have.

Will harass you daily with new phone numbers even when asked to stop calling.

They call my phone non-stop daily and I have reported them over and over, they have called my phone 13 times today (AND IT IS ONLY 12:42PM) and it seems like everyday it's more and more. And when they can't get through they call back-to-back-to-back. I've had to put in a Spam blocker and they still call consistently Non-Stop. This is harassment when this isn't even my debt and I am about to go off on somebody oh, if I could post screenshots of all of the calls here I would extremely unprofessional disgusting money-hungry leeches!!!!!!!!

Attempts to collect on a debt that was resolved well over a year ago through another company and doesn't even show up on any credit report, definitely just a scam, do not send them anything.

This company is HORRIBLE, sent me a bill that was inaccurate I called and left several messages after no response I reached out to the original creditor who fixed the issue said they would contact mercantile and have them reissue a new statement so I can pay it Mercantile never contacted me instead they reported to all 3 credit bureaus that I was in collections. I immediately PAID the ACCOUNT in FULL when I got this information but they refuse to OWN their part and FIX MY CREDIT which dropped 65 POINTS THANKS!!!!!

The worst and I mean the worst collection agency that ever existed. Heres a short story for you I made a payment to this collection agency in exchange I asked for a receipt to show that I paid. I sent my payment and they told me they will mail in a receipt as soon as they got. 2 weeks got still no receipt. I called by they said were mailing out it. And 2weeks go by still nothing. I made this payment in the beginning of July and I'm just now getting my. Receipt this place has the worst service ever. If possible please stay away from this place. If you value your time.
