They say they want to HELP your credit but they RUIN your credit. RUN FAR AWAY! I repeat. Run!! Literally on the way HOME the car felt like the transmission was going out and it wasn t mechanically functioning. They will not work with you no matter how bad your situation gets. They don t tell you how much the car costs until YOU SIGN THE PAPERS TO PURCHASE!! Several things went wrong with the car in the first month and they didn t offer to fix when clearly, they knew about it. I was leasing the car for the price of a brand new car. This one having 200,000 miles and being a 2004. I ve never had such a bad experience with any other company. I should have stuck with my gut feeling when entering the pathetic office they like to call a dealership. The employees are way too nice. Like, make you feel uncomfortable nice. It s completely fake and I could see right through it. It honestly seems like such a scam there. They say they will take you to their lot of cars. Which is a few blocks from the office and has an option of maybe 7 or 8 extremely run down, ghetto looking cars. It looked like a junkyard. I was in need of a car ASAP, but I should have looked the other way. I ended up paying 4,000 on a car that wasn t even worth that much to begin with and still owed 9,000 on it. I got so sick of it that I decided to return my car and now have a repossession on my credit. They didn t fix my credit. They ruined it. Also, they don t report to credit agencies when you make payments. They report to them when you DON T make payments. So, my question is, how in any way does that help your credit? The answer is, it doesn t. Pathetic excuse for a company.

I was ready to buy a 2001 Toyota Corolla from them. I was dealing with Sam. Good guy and good customer service. Sam told me it's $250 a month and 2 years financing.
That's $6,000 dollars! I talked to other dealers, checked the blue book value and the Toyota Corolla is worth $2,500 to $3,000 dollars.
I understand that the company wants to make a profit. But they are ripping off the people that have bad credit and those same people just want a good vehicle at a reasonable price.
It would be better if Menlove just charged $1,000 dollars more but not double the cost. I can tell the owners are in it more for the money than wanting to help the people with bad or no credit.

I just bought a Nissan Maxima today from Menlove Auto and the whole experience was quick, fun and rewarding. I didn't think I would get approved when I sent in my online application cause my credit is far from good but to my surprise I got a quick response from Chett saying I was approved and I just needed to come in and check out the cars. I went in still thinking I might get turned away since some auto companies will say anything to get u come in even if it means they have to lie and say ur already ur approved when u arent.... If you want to be laughed at and hung up on, and fully taken advantage of because you have brown skin and broken English then by all means go to this dealership. There lack of intergrity and honesty is very low. They charge double the autos value and get you into a payment that is double what you want to afford. Axel you need to learn people skills because when you laugh and argue with a customer then that really shows what a discounted jerk you really are.

I have purchased a car from the MenLove Dealership when it was a full size dealership had no issues was great experience, then my son bought a car from there rent to own store on redwood rd no issues, then my daughter went to purchase one on August 15, 2015 and on the very first day just a few hours after driving off with it they shut the GPS unit off after hours for no reason, and for the first week she had constant Problems. I her mother called in and requested they tow it back to there dealer when my daughter got stranded due to the GPS again, they did and said they fixed it and the very next day again more issues and now they WONT do a damn thing to make it right, my daughter had to pay this time to have it towed to there store. ALL I WILL SAY IS YOU DONT STAND BEHIND YOUR PRODUCT, AND YOU DONT TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMER...DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER.....

Menlove took care of my family they got us a great family car we can afford.I feel like they are looking out for a the little guys. Now days that's hard to find. Sam was awesome! The staff is so friendly. And I didn't feel bad for bringing our daughter with us.they have a room for kids to watch movies and hang out.
We got our car in March, since then we've had nothing but problems. One part after another in the car started to break, first the electronic throttle control, then the coolant housing, then a pvc pipe and now months later the throttle control is broken and faulting AGAIN after they said it was repaired. We got our car fixed a month ago over the weekend we drove it down from N. Salt Lake to Orem, and before I could pull into my driveway, it broke down a mile away. Have they been helping us? Well sure, after we call and call and call and it seen a like we're a nuisance more than a paying customer. We've had to pay over $1000 in repairs on a car we've had since March. When they help it seems like it's on their time. I don't feel they have our best interest in mind and now that we are trying to get into a different car (when we'd rather just leave the lease as a whole) we have to pay another over $400. When we were sold the car it was done in a rushed manner and pretty unprofessional. It was March and cold and the heater in the car didn't even work on the drive back which should have been the first red flag, but we had already signed the papers. This company and the car they sold us has been nothing but an anxiety ridden 6 month ride. I would say if you're looking for a car that's RELIABLE, ***DO NOT GO HERE*** And this is just a small portion of the ordeal we've had. This is me talking about my experience with this company, I've been so disappointed and just heartbroken me and my family.
I brought a 2008 Chrysler town and country from menlove I have been paying every month for almost a year never late still paying on it, the is the worst car I have ever had everything stopped working within 3 months such as the seats stopped reclining, and numerous of electrical things which isn t covered under warranty I pay $400.00 a month plus I asked if they can work with me on one payment because school has started and of course they will not please save your money and self do not waste your money at this place that only is interested in money and not there customers

They lie about cars value. They lie about they payments, the pay of time, the whole nine yards. And gods forbid something goes wrong with the car. They will do anything and everything to avoid being held accountable, even going as far as to threaten to tow the car because payments have been paid but they never got confirmation from online payments.
Just avoid this place, your better off saving your money and going to almost ANY where else save for New deal used cars.
They also change their website domain once to many negative reviews pile up. Look up Menlove Toyota, one of their previous dealership names.

I needed a car ASAP! During October it was pretty cool so I wasn t worried about my AC but in the lease agreement they said I will be able to bring my car back and they ll fix it. Now it s SUMMER and the heat is deadly!! I took it back to Menlove and their mechanic did an AWESOME job. I have a 3rd row SUV, the back vents weren t even blowing. All vents work and AC is super cold. Got it fixed a week ago so I know for sure they did an awesome job! It s scary to lease a car knowing that you could possibly be screwed over and taken advantaged of...ive been and seen it all. But Menlove stuck to their promise. Now me and my babies are riding cool 24/7. THANKFUL! And will definitely recommend them to anyone who s having a difficult time leasing a car at other lots. Big thanks to Lori, Chet, the mechanic and everyone else in the building.
***ITS' A SCAM*** They don't tell you that the car your buying will end up costing twice as much as it's worth in the end. AND they'll also tell you the your payments are being reported to credit agencies..... They never report anything.
