We got our car in March, since then we've had nothing but problems. One part after another in the car started to break, first the electronic throttle control, then the coolant housing, then a pvc pipe and now months later the throttle control is broken and faulting AGAIN after they said it was repaired. We got our car fixed a month ago over the weekend we drove it down from N. Salt Lake to Orem, and before I could pull into my driveway, it broke down a mile away. Have they been helping us? Well sure, after we call and call and call and it seen a like we're a nuisance more than a paying customer. We've had to pay over $1000 in repairs on a car we've had since March. When they help it seems like it's on their time. I don't feel they have our best interest in mind and now that we are trying to get into a different car (when we'd rather just leave the lease as a whole) we have to pay another over $400. When we were sold the car it was done in a rushed manner and pretty unprofessional. It was March and cold and the heater in the car didn't even work on the drive back which should have been the first red flag, but we had already signed the papers. This company and the car they sold us has been nothing but an anxiety ridden 6 month ride. I would say if you're looking for a car that's RELIABLE, ***DO NOT GO HERE*** And this is just a small portion of the ordeal we've had. This is me talking about my experience with this company, I've been so disappointed and just heartbroken me and my family.
