The person that I spoke with was very dry and unprofessional. I had a judgment filed against me by this firm. I was asked to fax a statement before she could talk to me about the judgement. I faxed it but she claimed that she never got it and I don't know anymore now than I did when I started.
They are horrible people. My husband had a debt from 2012 that his ex-wife said she paid, but she didn't. The first thing I knew about this debt was when they garnished our bank account for EVERY CENT WE HAD. My husband gets paid weekly, and there went the grocery money, bill money, everything. I had to scramble to make arrangements with the companies, and had to borrow money from my mother for groceries. We do not have a lot of money (I am a teacher, and he drives a truck), so this was devastating. When I called, the person I talked to said I should have made payment arrangements. How could I make payment arrangement on a debt I didn't even know we had? These people are ridicules, and they don't care about anything but money.
Being sued for $250 dollars. I paid it off and Allen told me my case was closed,now all of a sudden I get a notice in the mail talking about a trail date.
This company proves that our country continues to grow like a cancer. They take advantage of people who work hard and have a steady income.
Never visited. Have been harassed by them. Sued by them. If they get on you may as well borrow some money pay them. They don't stop.
We all know how overprice medical care is and how it is due to prima donna doctors demanding big salaries, which in turn cause high hospital care cost. That leads to a majority of working America having hospital bills. This law firm represents Hospitals that you owe bills to. That tells you enough about what kind of losers they are. People remember, you can NOT be put in jail for debt whatsoever. Don't let these people scare you into paying. Lawyers/Collectors don't care to lie. They'll say whatever to get you to pay up because THEY get paid too if you do.

Called multiple times before anyone would ever get back to me about my case. The person I did talk to was extremely rude and had an attitude the whole time. They act like they have no idea whats going on half the time
These people aren't even worth half of a star. I was rudely spoken to and was mislead when i made a payment with the impression the release would be sent the next business day to the court house. The following day- I called the court house and confirmed it was not received and the civil clerk provided me with her fax number and also informed me the law firm would be at their court house the following day that one of the reps could bring the form. I called the Law firm to follow-up and was once again rudely spoken to by Melissa who told me that it would have to be mailed out. I proceeded to tell her that we spoke yesterday and YOU informed me the release would go out today & I know your firm will be at the court house tomorrow so in 3 days my check will be garnished 25% when I just paid over $600 when I should have just waited and not put myself in a financial bind because that is over $300 they will deduct at a possible 21 day turnaround. ****** AVOID these people at all cost. If you owe a doctor bill, you can literally pay $5 monthly and not be turned over. TALK ABOUT POOR WORK ETHICS AND U THE WORST UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE YOU WILL EVER MEET
They will rob you around tax time! Missed a few payments and they took EVERYTHING out of my bank account now I have no money for food or anything.. that was my tuition money for summer school..thanks a lot.. how dare you wipe someone clean like that! I can t imagine how you all can sit in an office and take poor people money! Crooks!
I had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with Mendelson Law Firm 3 times. Each time I was treated with the upmost respect. My first experience i simply paid off what I owed in full it was like $200 for a medical bill I forgot about. My 2nd time I was paying off a medical debt that was over $3,000.00. I had the legal assistant named Melissa and she was very nice. I became unemployed for awhile and was unable to keep up with the $100 every two week payment I had set up so this makes the 3rd time I've dealt with them. This time I had the legal assistant named Tara and let me tell you she is beyond sweet! Tara was just down to earth, professional, and genuinely cared. Tara needs a raise because she is awesome!

They are trying to get 2900 bucks out of me, had my driver license revoked over a accident that I know nothing about. Can even do a full back ground check on me and ATV to prove it wasn't mine, but they won't do it.

Literally lie straight to your face in court and then the robbery begins of charging you interest daily and then when you try an reason with them, they just make up new rules as they go and completely disregard written court documents. If I could rate no stars I would. At the age of 25 (single parent two children) I m facing Garnishment from a minimum wage job for a car wreck I didn t even cause. Somehow these people settled with the big dummy car insurance that hit me head on in 2015(while pregnant) and are suing me for 8,000 dollars needless to say I don t even make that in a months timing.
I call and call once my job gave me paperwork about this matter and still haven t talked to anyone. This is just saddening.
They have an absolutely rude clerk by the name of Melissa that works there. She doesn't know to address or talk to people. She really needs a couple of classes in customer service and manners!! I'm not one to leave negative comments, but the service received was absolutely ridiculous!!!

I set up a payment plan to get my license back. They sent my paperwork to get my license back to me very quickly,no problems so far except I mailed in my payment for the month of August, July 30 and it's not showing up in their accounts and it has not shown up as being taken out of my account yet. I don't want to lose my license again after all the money and time put into it. But, everything else so far has been ok, I am just so thankful to be driving legally again. 8 days should have plenty of time to get from Knoxville to Memphis, the check has been lost somewhere. I wish to God that we could pay bills for a license online instead of mailing it on.
I spoke with mr Allen Prouser over the phone we agreed to me paying $60 a month missed a few payments..called to explain my situation..all of sudden he says we agreed to $80 ..I ve been sending $60 for the longest now all of a sudden it goes up crooks..then there not understanding when it comes to peoples personal life we have kids and other bills ..

This firm represents greed and corruption. They are part of the problem in America where average citizens are being victimized by the elite hospital establishment and taken down financially. Has anyone ever gotten a statement from them showing your balance? I ve been paying them $150 every month for almost 2 years on a credit debt of about $3k. I have yet to receive a statement showing my balance then when you ask they don t send it just a paper saying they received your payment. Also doesn t this suppose to show on your credit report? I haven t seen anything on there about this
Agreed to a settlement with them over 15 years ago. And paid them off. Well they never recieved the payment so now they are getting a 2nd payment

Sends demand letters about bogus claims and requiring that you contact them, but then you can not talk to them. No one is ever available and they do not return calls.

They said they called me back. Which is a lie I did not have any miss calls from strange numbers. Then they proceeded to deny my payment. This law firm is a joke.
Garnished every dime out of our checking account in the middle of this pandemic. I called and they could ve cared less with what that did to our family. I never borrowed a dime from them but they bought this account from a credit card company for pennies on the dollar! Greedy, evil, cold hearted people!
