Has anyone ever gotten a statement from them showi...

Has anyone ever gotten a statement from them showing your balance? I ve been paying them $150 every month for almost 2 years on a credit debt of about $3k. I have yet to receive a statement showing my balance then when you ask they don t send it just a paper saying they received your payment. Also doesn t this suppose to show on your credit report? I haven t seen anything on there about this
