I personally suffered from an injury in my shoulder and found no solution to the problem let alone what the issue was until I began my therapy with Nick (one of the physiotherapists). Within 4 sessions I not only knew what the problem was, I was also significantly better. My shoulder is currently at around 80% function with one more session to go. I am so happy with the results. I had gone to specialist and GP on numerous occasions and received cortisone injections to resolve my issue that was triggered even with light lifting. The pain continued even with a cortisone injection, strapping my arms and simply not doing anything which was hard to avoid. The pain came back quickly and it would be either a faint pain, sharp pain or it would simply come back in a week full strength. The physio at mends recommended acupuncture. It worked brilliantly. He was also open and honest about what he could do and couldn t do. Being a first time mum it was important to get this resolved quickly so I could attend to my daughters needs.

Every participant s execution of Pilates exercises is closely monitored and corrected to provide maximum benefit in a safe environment. Instructors are highly skilled, enthusiastic, conscientious and friendly. Excellent value for money.

My husband was given a doctors referral for 5 physio treatments to treat his chronic lower back pain. He visited this practice on ONE occasion - treatment wasn t what he was looking for, so he decided to seek out a different provider. We recently logged into his Medicare account online and to our surprise, we discovered that Mend Physio had charged his medicare account for all 5 visits! These were charged on random dates after the first and ONLY visit he actually attended.
We have reported them Health Services regarding this matter.
