I am so happy with the results. I had gone to specialist and GP on numerous occasions and received cortisone injections to resolve my issue that was triggered even with light lifting. The pain continued even with a cortisone injection, strapping my arms and simply not doing anything which was hard to avoid. The pain came back quickly and it would be either a faint pain, sharp pain or it would simply come back in a week full strength. The physio at mends recommended acupuncture. It worked brilliantly. He was also open and honest about what he could do and couldn t do. Being a first time mum it was important to get this resolved quickly so I could attend to my daughters needs.
