My husband was given a doctors referral for 5 phys...

My husband was given a doctors referral for 5 physio treatments to treat his chronic lower back pain. He visited this practice on ONE occasion - treatment wasn t what he was looking for, so he decided to seek out a different provider. We recently logged into his Medicare account online and to our surprise, we discovered that Mend Physio had charged his medicare account for all 5 visits! These were charged on random dates after the first and ONLY visit he actually attended.
We have reported them Health Services regarding this matter.
