This place is great. Always clean and a very helpful staff. I even had questions on day on what was in the yogurt and they busted out a detailed book and went over everything with me. A little over the top but greatly appreciated the service. Very well priced.
40% of the machines had no yogurt, the hot fudge was warm chocolate syrup and no hot caramel. They didn't even have napkins, they offered facial tissue! This store in my opinion has gone down hill over the last year or so. Where is the owner???
Place is definitely missing some flavors but there's still plenty of good flavors. All of the toppings were available and everything was clean and organized. Would be a 5 star if more flavors were available.
I really hate to be that kind of customer , however my family went in after a couple of months not going and could not believe the condition of the store. In addition to many flavors not being avaliable the visual of the toppings were not very pleasing. The plastic containers with toppings were more than half empty. Also the other toppings in the metal containers did not look sanitary or presentable. Things appear to be very run down, we will not be returning.
Lake Shore Menchies was dirty. All of the toppings were empty, counters had spills. Young man waiting on people was seated at one of the guest tables, had a hoodie on with the hood up, was not straightening or cleaning. He did not greet anyone or say thank you.
Self-serve frozen yogurt with a variety of toppings and flavored syrups. Two yogurt flavors were "empty" (refilled when staff informed) and some fruit toppings were also empty during my visit. Seating available inside and outside. Spoons can be used to sample the flavors. Friendly staff.
Super friendly and helpful staff. I wish I could remember her name, but she was great. Sugar free option was awesome as i'm diabetic. I'll def be back.
First timer here. I went into the location in Lake Shore Plaza with my three children plus one I babysit. I asked the man there, his name was Frank, how this all works and he was super helpful and friendly! The children were given toys, they were able to draw on the chalk board, and even got to see how the frozen yogurt was made! Not to mention, everything was delicious! Will definitely be going back, especially if the rest of the staff is as welcoming as Frank!
I normally love to go here but tonight made me so angry! I went to lakeshore to get my normal frozen yogurt cup; red velvet, granola, strawberries, and marshmallow. However when I arrived the young man working had put a handwritten sign up saying they were closing early. I got inside and it was already closed for the most part at 745. No red velvet and no strawberries. I threw my cup out and left so disappointed. Clearly the kid wanted to leave and cleaned up things early, ruining my experience. Horrible employee if you ask me.
Great group of workers. Always kind and the red head honestly makes the place so lively. She deserves a raise. Also, faith is really good with my little brothers when I bring them in.
