This place is terrible. Booked my appointment and showed up 30 minutes early. Well they said oh no your appointment isn t for 5 days. Well I would have never booked on that particular day. I had to write sub plans take the afternoon off and they could care less. Not I m sorry let me see what I can do just rude people! If I wasn t forced to go to this location I would never go back!
I have been here before excellent service. Called to day to make an appointment said they had not gotten the fax from the doctor. Called the doctor where I was told I'm not the first person to call saying they hadn't gotten there fax it's a common problem. Now I have to go to them to make the appointment even though I have the order in my hand that I would show them the day of the appointment. I'm disabled and it's not easy getting places this is SO UNNESSASARY.....Who in this day and age doesn't have a working fax machine espicallly a business that depends on it or staff capable of making an appointment over the phone anymore...
We have been there two times for ultrasound prescribed by our PCP for Stomach Pain. Both the times, the report never sent back to the doctor. First time, after 3 tries over the call and to send it via FAX, we collected the reports by our own and gave it to doctor. Second time its being almost two months, we followed up 2 times already but still reports aren't sent back to doctor yet. Two star is only for the execution of appointment on time, everything else is ZERO stars. Will never go back there again ... very upset.
I was so impressed with the level of customer service at this place! They went out of their way to make sure that we were getting the right exams, the first time,1 so we wouldn't have to return a second time and expose ourselves to more radiation.
Felt as if i was being chastised for being early. Then punished by having to wait over 45 minutes past my appointment time. Some in pain and 71 years old shouldnt have to wait like that. Staff need training in human kindness.
This is the worst place I have ever been too. If you need assistance in getting or getting off the table you need to bring in your own person to help you. They won't provide a patient assistance. This place is beyond ghetto
Referred for an ultrasound. My appt was exactly on time and quick; I was done in 20mins. Would definitely recommend
For the last 3 weeks I have been nicely calling them every couple of days to get a print out of my son X-ray report so that I can bring it when my son sees the specialist and they never call me back to give me the status on there so called computer is down . Seriously if there computer is down for 3 weeks how do they run business? When I told the receptionist I will give them a review on yelp she begged me not to do that. Haha ... too late. You should do your job so you can get better reviews. I m just speaking on behalf of the receptionist. Technicians are nice and does there job.
This place is so gross inside, I felt like I was going to get sick walking in door. Staff is clueless and I will never go back.
