Called this place for a lockout on the same block as this place. The man whom I spoke to on the phone came within 45 minutes of me getting locked out, which was pretty good for a Saturday night, and was able to unlock the door in a total of 3 seconds, which was fantastic. But he charged me exorbitantly for something that took no more effort than swiping a credit card through an ATM. I get that time is valuable, but it would have been cheaper to get a hotel and wait the next day for my landlord to return to NYC and let me in. This was straight up highway robbery.
