A very luxurious hotel, four star even though the building is a little old school. But the service is still excellent. But unfortunately yesterday the new year event at this hotel was not too lively and spectacular even though the guests who were staying were quite crowded

The rooms are spacious, clean, friendly service. The food is pretty good, the variations are pretty much, there is a coffee machine too (can order capucino)

An unpleasant experience with this hotel especially for meeting rooms. Bad staff service, slow work, need to remind more than 2x to do their duties. Sheet upholstery chairs and tables are often dirty, meeting rooms are sometimes not cleaned.
This hotel is only suitable for those who are patient and for those who are learning patience.

The air conditioner in the room is not cold at all, just like a fan, even the technician has tried to "fix it" but still it is not cold and makes you unable to sleep because it is hot, very uncomfortable

The trash can in front of the lift is also not paid attention until the smell fills outside the lift

A very strategic hotel in Jakarta located close to Wisma 77 Slipi which is the center of Traveloka headquater. This hotels offers everything you need. I often come here to use the swimming pool, the sauna, and the gym.
