Traditional cuisine that evokes memories and a comfortable atmosphere, unfortunately the staff found on the way to the room and meeting place don't smile and rarely say hello. On the other hand, the elevator is still an old model and incidentally the bathroom floor design that was occupied at that time did not allow the floor to dry out immediately (stagnant water) after taking a shower.

Comfortable, clean, the breakfast is so bad, the bathroom has a hairdryer

For a 4-star hotel it's didnt hold up to its reputation, its really outdated and even the lobby is really smelly! Even the staff was a jerk per say. A 4-star hotel asking for a deposit it was new experience for me. Beware for everybody that using gojek here you need to pay (it's cheap but its really inconvenience) for every single entrance . Oh yes, if you are expecting for coffee it will be extra charged.

It is just my 2nd day staying here for the review but it had been a good stay so far. The people working there made a huge difference. All of them smile and greet sincerely. The facilities are typical but my meals at the poolside resto had been really good. It is a surprise, having experienced other hotel food in Jakarta. The location is not in the bustle of central Jakarta but it is near enough to get to central for business within 30mins. I picked it cos it is near to my clients' offices and a good location to find food.

Service is okay, cleanliness and beauty are also okay, the location of the hotel is quite okay

Classic hotel, fun, unfortunately the water faucet in the bathroom has a lot that is not good ... (leak)

Rooms are quite spacious

Con:
The ac panel didn't work so it couldn't regulate the air temperature.

Personal taste:
The king mattress in the superior room is a combination of 2 120 single beds so it's a bit annoying in the middle.
Standard breakfast choices and standard taste too

Good only the old hotel, the swimming pool is good for children
