Poorly maintained it seems like from the outside it looks dull

Hotel Not family friendly. I was feeding my child, eh, I know the bench my child sat on to play was moved, the servant, when I told him to stay away from my child who was only 2 years old, I checked in, it took a long time to be complicated and had to use a deposit. The food menu is only a few and the taste is lacking. My tears were all over

Service once staying is great, very friendly team. However, booking the place was a nightmare. Super unfriendly and being transferred 5x until able to make a booking. Might have something to do with me having a voucher for the place, but then again if you dont want to offer decent service to people with a voucher then dont produce them.
Pity also that the back end almost ruins it for the team on site as they were lovely.

The BAD: The hotel itself is located right at a crossroads. The noise levels are horrendous in the day, even 17 floors up and almost as bad at night, basically the 'hum' off the traffic below never stops, just varying levels of intensity.

I stayed in room 2017 - A twin room.

The room is dated and the bathroom smelt horrid at certain times of the day.
The window had a latch on it with the screws falling out.
All of the electrical points bar 1 were located under the table so had to lie on the floor to use the phone if need whilst charging. However, the carpet looked a right state so I would not recommend doing this.
There were little crawlies in the bathroom which I had to kill every day!

The Not So Bad: The staff on the whole were very good and welcoming, though for 1 waitress in the morning, smiling seemed to be the last thing on her mind ?!

I arrived early to book-in and the receptionist told me "to wait for about 1 hour and my room should be ready for me?"
I went for a walk and upon my return I was allowed to book in and go to my room. I was in my room by 10:30am when I should not have booked in until 14:00pm. I was very grateful to them after such a long flight. I could not thank her enough.

The breakfasts were perfectly fine, even for a westerner.

Would I go back? Yes! Though I would would make sure it was not room 2017

The place is comfortable, quiet, clean, the employees are friendly. Just when I take a bath, the outer tub falls out black, falling down, it's dirty.

The hotel is luxurious, the ballroom is large and many. The food is delicious. The dessert is also delicious.

The place is near everywhere but the matter is furnished with the old yee ...

Actually quite often and happy to stay here because for the nice rooms and fairly complete facilities, the price is relatively cheap.
Tapiii ... Last time here yesterday was disappointing.

Come at 12, the room is not ready. Asked back at 2. OK, that's natural.

2 o'clock back, the room was still not ready. Asked to wait. Until 3 o'clock, the room is not ready either
When asked when it is ready, the answer is just "yes, mother, we are still checking the room first" without being clear about what to check, how long will it take. Just leave the guest alone in the lobby should be for a welcome drink or something as a compliment.

Oh yes, the toilet flush in the room was broken. Reported at 10 am, just made it in the afternoon. Fortunately, using a suite room, there are 2 toilets. If a regular room has only 1 bathroom, how do you try it? Tell me to hold pee until late afternoon?

Where the FO is not polite. How could I be called my husband's "aunt" so I wasn't but annoyed too.
Okay, my face is the face of the maid. But the greeting "aunt" is not common for FO right? Please fix the SOP for FO

Comfortable, breakfast with an orderly Covid protocol. Even though the food is limited, the service is still good.

Nice and comfortable hotel. The bathroom uses a bathtub, hot water flows smoothly. Food varies from breakfast to lunch. For the staff of MBA Cristine imoet, thank you for the service provided during the meal

My family entrusts a wedding here because of the place strategies, close to anywhere, services and facilities are already very top again

Old 4 stars hotel with strategic location. The certificate is outdated and in its current condition I think its not up to the standard. The room is old and plug location is not convenient, parking is minimum and there's this musky old smell through out the building. Breakfast was good tho. I got free upgrade but my opinion is as objective as it is.

The place is quite comfortable, the service is also friendly & polite. Just a bit complicated to enter the hotel because it is close to the T-junction. A card is required to go upstairs. So in addition to guests & hotel clerk can not ride. The advice is hopefully there are rooms that squat toilets.

Overall it's okay, it's just that I asked for one big bed, in fact I was given 2 small beds which were joined together. So it's less comfortable sleeping. Other than that, really good

Very poor,, old dirt, I do not recommend,, that I have reservations for 4 days and 1 first did check out!!!

A pretty good hotel in the middle of the city ... the breakfast menu is quite varied and tasty

Short stay in this hotel.. this is a comfortable hotel, with bathtub and good service but remember you have to put some deposit money to stay. This hotel is located near transjakarta station and close to the jakarta highway, so a good choice to avoid the traffic in slipi. But for me the breakfast not so good and the variety of food is not so much.. well overall its still one of the best hotel in Jakarta

Strategic location of the hotel, spacious rooms, clean, large parking area, but who is very regretted TDK there is a blower for smoking room
