Assisted by getting a taxi to the airport maturely nuwun so that the smooth journey back to Jogja

The room very clean and comfy, all staff very helpful and friendly, the FO, bellboy, concierge, and restaurant staff also always serve us with big smile, they have a nice and strategic location, close to mall and popular market tanah abang, this is my first time to stay in this hotel, but with all awesome experience i will be back for sure next time, and dont skip their breakfast time, they served full buffet, you can find exactly everything you wish for breakfast all tasty and delicious

The gym's although not too big but it's not crowded on weekends.
The interior design is old but the facilities given there is adequate to four star hotel in big city.

hotel is quite old , but breakfast was good, room was clean ... but for gadget minded dont forget to bring extra connector they only got 1 cable to get charged any of ur gadget so be prepared !

Suitable for 4 star hotels even though the building is already long enough, the breakfast menu is pretty good.

Easy access. Near the toll exit, in front there is a busway stop. The hotel room is good even though the hotel is quite old. Cleanliness is maintained and of course the covid protocol is implemented very well here.

It is quite comfortable even though the junior suite feels like a 'senior' hotel.
The hotel staff is friendly, will help you as best as possible, for a night or two stay, I think that's enough.

We got smoking room. Eventho we request for non smoking. The whole floor smell so bad. The aircon didnt work. Called the FO, they sent engineer but still it didnt work. Cant you imagine , you in a room with bad smell and broken aircon? Yet its suite room. I complained twice they offered me other suite room but OMG when i went to check the room, its smell so even worse. Like in a bar. I asked for free upgrad but they said i cant. Fyi we booked 5 rooms that night, due to my bestfriend wedding day the next morning. And we gotta prepare all in our room. So i dont understand why they cant give free upgrade for us. The room with no aircon. The FO even said "you sure it doesnt work? Cause we had no complain at all about that room" huh?? Why dont you come here and check it by yourself?

Old hotel. The bathroom smells bad. Ask to change but he said the other room is full.

Parking for cars is quite adequate
Unfortunately parking for motorbikes is not in a good position.

The ballroom is also big, the instructions are clear.
