Can't recommend Kate enough! Kind, perfectly communicative, and STRONG! She really listens to what you need. Walked out feeling like a new person. Not to mention, the COVID precautions in place made me feel safe to completely relax.

An excellent experience that's not overly expensive

Mari did an excellent job on my pregnant body. She definitely took her time and asked about my comfort level along the way. I would totally recommend for a prenatal massage.

Visited this place 2 years ago and had a great experience. Decided to go again with my wife and traveled from UES/Second visit was a complete disappointment for both of us. We had the same person back to back and we both felt she had limited interest to work that day with no true effort. Melt will probably be a victim of their early success and I m afraid we will never visit again

A confident, strong massage that left me feeling relaxed and energized. The environment is quiet, tasteful and all the people exude warmth and clients, therapists and desk people all seemed happy to be there. An added pleasure was The Den, a lovely little room to be alone on after a massage, offering music, meditation, tea and more.

BOOKED AN APPOINTMENT CALLED TO LEAVE MY CC INFO TO SECURE MY APPOINTMENT ON SUNDAY ONLY TO FIND OUT MY APPOINTMENT WAS GIVEN TO SOMEONE ELSE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN I CALLED MYSELF TWICE TO LEAVE THE CC INFO. WASNT EVEN OFFERED ANOTHER OPTION TO KEEP MY BUSINESS. TERRIBLE.

Such an amazing massage experience. I had first been here for a postnatal massage which melt excels in. However, I've continued to be a patron over 2 years now because of the relaxing and really deep tissue massages. I'm sure everyone is great here, but I have experience with Pamela and Nicole and they're amazing. I come back extremely relaxed every time.

SUCH a great place. I'm a serious athlete (well, I was when I was 18....which was LONG ago), and they do a great job of massaging and stretching out all my issues (of which there are many). Professional.... no robes, no finger bowls, no Turkish toothless carp or calm chamomile tea. Melt rocks.

The Melt classes kick my ass. I consider myself pretty in shape but the classes are the perfect balance of challenge meets kindness. The teachers encourage and instruct but they're never obnoxious or over demanding. I leave giving everything I've physically got and I always feel like a million bucks after I walk out that door. Or like 15 mins after walking out that door. The owners always have smiles on their faces and the vibe is relaxing and chill. I've gotten some massages there too. They know what they're doing. They will even explain stretches and exercises for you to self treat at home. I don't go nearly as much as I could with it being in my neighborhood but there's no excuse. Place is solid.

We're in the midst of a pandemic. And I was super thrilled to find a massage place open in my neighbourhood, especially after months of crouching over my laptop in my ill-equipped makeshift office at home. I am someone who, prior to the lockdown, got weekly massages during my lunch break. So you can imagine my happiness at finding a new replacement near my current "office".

Little did I know, this was going to be the best experience I'd had in ages.

It was easy to set up an appointment and get myself sorted, the place was clean, offered lots of hand sanitiser, they took my temperature, etc. My massage therapist, Krystal, was INCREDIBLE. We had a conversation about my areas of concern, and she was able to work on those, and surrounding knots easily. While previously I had gone to a massage place on the regular, this was a completely different (and much better) experience that left me feeling, relaxed, relieved and rested. That night, when I got home, I finally had the first decent night's sleep in a very very long time.

Oh, they also have venmo codes up on the wall for your LMT - don't forget to tip well. Definitely worth every penny.

Best massage I have ever had. I highly recommend Cynthia for a prenatal massage! She is amazing. She really listened to what my problem areas were and was also very intuitive. She has the perfect mix of being strong yet gentle.

Ok, so do not come here expecting a conventional Swedish massage. The massage therapists are skilled, but it is more of a Thai style massage. The tables are really wide, and there is a whole in them for your face, not a conventional face cradle. The massage therapist uses her entire body and weight, at times standing on your legs/back. The massage therapist may also incorporate hot stone/oil and stretches. Overall, it is a great experience that consumes your entire focus. Come open minded and ready to relax!

Had one of the best massages I ve ever had from Danielle yesterday! She really listened to my concerns and I left feeling so much better than when I came in. I will absolutely be back! I do think there is some room for improvement with the booking system and new client visitors forms, but it didn t take away from my fantastic massage.

I come here every few months and I'm never disappointed. The therapists are all so knowledgeable and also provide a relaxing experience. I've had a different therapist every time and each is better than the last. Highly recommend.

I've come to melt a number of times for massages. Each one was wonderful.

I'm a professional dancer, fitness instructor and yoga instructor. When I say that I want a deep tissue massage, I want a deep tissue massage. Melt is one of the few and far between bodywork businesses that actually deliver a good and consistent deep tissue massage. Can't recommend Melt enough!

I have been to many spas in the past to get a massage but Ynez was by far the best masseuse I ve even been to! She is very knowledgeable and hit all the right spots. She exceeded all my expectations and I will absolutely be returning. Melt was very clean and smelled amazing! I had a phenomenal experience!

Kip! That's all really. I came in with so much prolonged tension and left feeling like a different woman. He is very professional and has the touch. He even showed me how I can do self care between sessions to help relieve my knots.

Writing this review 1 year late. Cynthia was THAT good. Best prenatal massage I ve ever had. She told me I wasn t sleeping, she was 100% right & recommended some pillows for me to buy. Improved the quality of my pregnancy sleep by 1000%!! I m so grateful for her!!
