Went there to purchase a machine as the Wimbledon supplier didn't have it in stock. Was put on the phone to a Guildford supplier who only wanted to up sell. Ended up more confused than I needed to be and purchases elsewhere.

Easyish to find, friendly staff. Training was good and well prepared. Lunch was good.

Its all fine till it comes to repairs and accepting the guarantee. I don,t think the company have ever replace or repair anything under the guarantee ( apart myself there is 6 more of my mates saying the same ) When my pump let me down in 4 months they said "you didn't use it properly" also unreasonable charges for something that can be done in 5 min. ex. change of water pump 5 min work...... they charge 30 min. NOT FARE!!!

Quality machines but ....... they aren't fare when customers comes back for something wrong
