I found they help a lot before you get an assignment but after your on the job it is like out of sight out of mind. It was very hard to reach someone in the office, perpetual voice system, not a live person.

Yet another "recruiting" mill that uses software and spams candidates/employers while doing zero vetting themselves.

This place is terrible! A recruiters job is to get you in touch with other companies. These people hounded me to work for them! I had 3 people practically begging me to work for them however that is not what I came for. I got a call 2 days later from the sales manager asking is I had time to think it over. Ah how about to tell me if the company I wanted to go to work for considered my application. So i called the account manager Nancy and asked if she heard anything back from the company I chose to apply with. After telling me no i asked for the emails to be forwarded to me and she then hung up on me! Never got any sort of communication from them via email what so ever! These people are trash! Very unprofessional and unkept work environment. I should have left the second I walked in. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM!

I would give this zero stars. I tried reaching somebody to inquire when to pick up my paycheck. Was answered rudely. "Check your email" Do not wish to work for a very unprofessional consultancy service like this. And...... i was missing time on my paycheck as well. Did not bother even fighting over it. I strongly don't recommend this business.

Fake names and no manners whatsoever. Very rude recruiters with horrible accents which makes communication near impossible.

This is a great company to work with. They are fast and efficient at getting you hired for the right companies. They also provide coaching to help you make yourself more marketable. They assist with editing your resume and also guide you throughout your career to help you stay on track and adjusted at your job.

The consultants at Agetia are completely unprofessional. They hound you consistently via email and send harassing messages to your cellphone when you don't get back to them.

If I could give this place no stars I would. These people are a bunch of unethical, LIARS. Do not trust them. They will waste your time! They will tell you that you are getting a job and then have their employee relations manager tell you that you aren t good enough for the position! This agency is a joke and I will never utilize their false services again. They will lie to you like you are NOTHING. Do not use these people! You are WAY too good for them.

This is an Awesome Staffing Agency. My recruiter Nancy was amazing and very understanding. This agency alone was great because they make sure throughout being a temp that you are updated on everything with the company. My recruiter always checked on me and made sure I was doing good. It was great because I loss my mom and my grandma throughout being a temp and they were very understanding and 7 months later I m hired on with a Amazing Company. I currently work for this agency, the workers I've worked with so far has been awesome an very helpful. Their always available if I need anything or have any questions and they also check in with me at least once a week to see how things are going

I've worked in large companies and this maybe the smallest, but it is my favorite. The company provides a good, competitive salary and benefits, and a great learning experience. I have learned more from working here than I have learned working in large corporations. The recruiting staff you work with are very experienced and knowledgeable about their clients and industries.

Being new out of university, I was not sure I could break in quickly to an IT position. Thanks to the top rate recruiters at Ageatia, I was able to land my perfect job. They told me they were partners with me in matching me to a position, and I feel they are more consultant than recruiter. Run, don't walk, to them for a life changing and life affirming position.

Scammers they call from India asking for your SSN, they have no physical address in the USA, be aware.

Great experience. They prepare you for your interview, they provided you with all the information to assist you in getting a position. Policies and procedures are explained in dept and in detail.

This company is a good place to work with. I worked with their client Caterpillar for 2 years back to 2012 -2014. Always easy to work with and help to find good opportunities. Their recruiter helped my friends to find jobs
at Caterpillar as well. Overall, it was a very pleased experience.

I have been working with them for 2 years now. The staff is great. They stay in touch with me on my assignment to make sure everything was going great. My pay was always on time. I would recommend this company for all.

Somehow found my contact info and started spamming me with random $12/hour jobs. I currently work in an entirely different field making nearly quadruple that, so I'm not sure how or why they're contacting me.

These are the people that give recruiters a bad name, I should know I am a Corp Recruiter. I have received numerous emails from this resume mill for $16 per hr sales jobs, I am not a sales person, have no interest in sales, and would not leave my house for $16 per hour. Resume mills are a blight on the recruiting industry and thrive on giving desperate people false hope of employment. Recruiters do not find people jobs, we find people to match the job requisitions, employment agents find people jobs for a fee, and resume mills such as this, sling emails, call, and have you come in to meet quotas.

This staffing agency is an amazing to work for. I had such a pleasant experience for the 3 month contract I signed with them. Cheryl is super awesome, very attentive to questions/concerns you may have. She was able to help me every step of the way. Was even able to easliy extend my contract to help out the employer. Would definitely recommend to friends & family.

I received an email from Jack Nick saying he reviewed my resume and picked the best job that fit my skillet. The next day I received a follow up call. First of all, I could not understand a word that was said through "Jack Nick's" accent and mumbling so I told him I would review the email and get back to him. Upon further review of the position, it was completely obvious that the only match for me was a simple keyword search he must have done without even looking at my resume to see if my skills were a match and if he did, that is even worse. The job had absolutely nothing to do with my industry or technologies. I'm tired of recruiters acting like telemarketers and just spamming anyone and anything going that the one out of a thousand emails they sent will land. These people should not have jobs with their incompetence and are destroying which was mostly a reputable and useful industry. Now anything with a single word matching lands me multiple emails and calls telling me they are all direct to the same client for the same job like this company.

Pros

The company is seeking employees who are looking to work for a company long term. I started with Ageatia Global right out of college 5 1/2 years ago and have been here ever since. Upper management has truly set a culture where if you come in and are willing to work hard and listen to your mentors, you will see success. Not only that, but you'll gain friends in the process.

Cons

Things don't always come easy. There are plenty of obstacles along the way. If you're not willing to stick it out when things get tough, it's probably not the right fit.

Ageatia , Is a Great place to work, they are very easy to work with, always made sure I was comfortable with where I was Placed . Checked on my progress and addressed any question I had promptly. Very Professional, and Quick with Placing you for employment. My experience with Ageatia was 1st class and I would recommend anyone I know to them. Thanks for everything.
