Dealing with Bruno has been both frustrating and challenging throughout the process. We were referred to Bruno Melillo by a home builder in the summer of 2017 to get preliminary drawings for our project and after coming up with an intital concept that we were not overly happy with, he was insistant that we pay the final balance right away and refused to make any changes once he had our money. He also refused to provide the DWG / CAD files for the project that we paid for even though it was just a,preliminary drawing. My advice would be to draw up a contract for EVERYTHING discussed including edits and working files so you don't get taken advantage of like us.
