needed my cracked touch screen replaced on my laptop and he did an awesome job!! great customer service and quick repair time. i also like that i was able to check on the status of my repair during the process via qr scan. thanx highly recommend will def be back for any repairs or needs!!

He is the best.I brought my laptop in he did an amazing job, and the price was very reasonable he knows what he was doing . I really appreciated him for fixing my laptop , Overall I will recommend anyone to him I m going back to fix my iPad now. Brian is very funny as well

So I brought my pc by because it had a lot of issu...

So I brought my pc by because it had a lot of issues. Whenever I would play Battlefield 5 my computer would crash and restart and on top of that there was issues with the graphics card. Brian put in a lot of time and effort to figure out what was causing the problems.

Pretty much he ran memory tests which was causing the blue screens and weeded out the bad memory ram. As for the graphics card issue it had to be reseated but he also tightened it more because the old one I had was a lot smaller.

Now my pc runs with no issues no lag, no blue screen and the connectivity is a lot better than what it was before. Thank you Brian for all you do.

Brian is very reliable and very knowledgeable. Though it is not as much a concern to me, he is very reasonable also.
Haven't run across a problem he couldn't handle. Even issues we weren't certain of, he still ended up taking successful corrective action.

Brian is a genius with computers and has saved me when a report was due and I got the "blue screen of death" on my laptop. He really knows his stuff and I highly recommend him if you rely daily on your computer. Or pickup a used computer or printer for a good deal.

Brian is the best!! We needed a new refurbished laptop overnight and he had one, but we wanted Windows 7 on it over Vista. He had Windows 7 installed and ready to go an hour before he opened the store (he let me come pick it up early) and pretty much saved our bacon. Definitely stop by, he has lots of great stuff. Jasper his assistant is very friendly, as well.

these guys are good, very reasonable and will explain step by step, whatever comes up, they keep you updated and help you through the problem. Also very honest too, if they can't figure out, they will say they don't know. They don't just throw you item and expect you to pay for something that "might" fix the problem. Been going here for over 2 years.

I was worried it would take weeks to fix my laptop, and then I came in a Brian checked it out to find it was just my charger. He could have had me send it in for much more instead he was honest. This truly made my day because I need it for school. I will always bring it back there because of his honesty.

On-Site is an asset to the community. Prices are great here for cables/keyboards/speakers etc versus other large retailers and he always works very hard to keep all of his customers up and running. If you need your aging computer tuned up to run like new, Brian will treat you very fairly and not try to sell you something you don't need.

Brian saved me! Like others, I have the blue screen of death. Asus tried to help. I watched vids and walked thru many fixes on DOS, but nothing worked. I really wanted my book that I have been working on for the past 4 years. Saw all the great reviews and called Brian. He fixed my computer ASAP because I'm leaving tomorrow. I have my book, all my files and my computer runs better than it did when I bought it!!

Will be my go to place for computer related issues. I came to Brian with a broken USB flash drive and he was able to recover all of my data from it and transfer it to a new one. He was very friendly and had it done the next day. Saved me a lot of stress getting that data off.

Excellent customer service! He remembered my name every time I came in while he was working on a laptop problem of mine. I am so impressed with his skill and professionalism that I will continue to use his service even though I moved 30 miles away.

This is what customer service used to be in America! Top notch.

I found these guys a little over a year and a half...

I found these guys a little over a year and a half ago when my 84 year old grandmas laptop ended up full of viruses and they were amazing with her when her and my mom brought it in. Since then we have taken my moms laptop in twice and they were awesome, funny, friendly, with very reasonable prices and got them back to us quickly. Thank you so much!!!! I apologize for not giving you the 5 stars I meant to and am glad you replied to my rating so I cloud get it corrected and post my review I thought posted as my phone died.

Brian was Awesome. He installed all my new parts for my PC in record time and it was expertly done. He was very knowledgeable and taught me several things I didn't know about my computer and how to best improve performance for my PC. I would highly recommend anybody coming here, cause I know I will.

As much as it pains me to have to leave a negative...

As much as it pains me to have to leave a negative review because I really didn't want to. Brian was a nice guy and seemed genuine over the phone. But.... I was told over the phone my initial cost for replacing a water cooler for an air cooler and power supply swap would be $120 in labor plus $55 for the air cooler which I probably could have found a better cheaper one in store or online but I wanted to trust and support this Ma & Pa shop so I went with his recommendation and what he had in stock. We arrived to a store that could only be described as a hoarder type environment computers and parts scattered about everywhere with not much of a store space to walk about, including an abundance of small barking dogs which is fine I like pets don't get me wrong... Just wasn't a very professional look and feel if you ask me. We went over again what work I was requesting with no adjustment to agreed upon pricing as we discussed over the phone. Brian took my pc and parts and some of my contact info and said it should be done by end of day and that he'd call me when it was finished. Great. He closes at 7pm and the time is coming up on around 5:45ish with no phone call yet so I call into check on his progress with no mention of update in pricing just that if I arrived between 6:30-7pm it would be ready to pick up. I get there and he invoiced me for a total of $256.07 this might have been OK had he called me prior to just assuming I'd be OK with the additional charges. I can't help but feel like I was nickel and dimed based on maybe what appeared as though I had "Money To Blow" because of maybe the cost of what my pc was to begin with worth about 2k in parts. I could be dead wrong here in my assumption but the whole transaction just felt that way. He said the added cost was due to difficulty and added time it took which is fine but still would have liked to been discussed rather than be surprised when it came time to pay up.

Another thing that bothered me was the lack of attention to detail and workmanship. When I brought this to him the original manufacturer had all the cable management hidden out of sight and just a real great overall look and appeal. For the price I paid I expected a thorough dusting and cleaning of parts, case, and tidy wire management instead I got spaghetti shoved in the power supply mounting slot, I have pictures of dust covered SSD's, and one of my RGB lit fans no longer had its RGB lights connected and working which is what led me to opening the case up when I got home and I ended up fixing this myself but finding the unprofessional wiring and dusty components inside.

Anyway this is turning into a novel and I really just wanted to give an honest review here and I hope you take this criticism to heart and maybe think about what you can work on for your next customer experience and interaction Brian.

I feel like the only way I could feel satisfied with this transaction at this point is to be refunded the $63.57 I was overcharged for because the extra time and effort you said you put in definitely didn't reflect in your end result and craftsmanship. If you are genuinely passionate in what you do and look to gain the trust and respect from your customer base I'd expect to see this credit to my account without me having to do anything else to make it happen. If and when I see this I will recondiser your place of business for future transactions and will spread the word of the experience with my friends and family as though a rocky start but that Brian took care of me in the end and made it right...

I have taken my computer, smartphones, and printer...

I have taken my computer, smartphones, and printer to Brian for a few years now. These guys are consistently professional, honest, patient, and kind while charging very reasonable prices with minimal waiting times for services. It's a place to have your technology needs met with people who are above board. They also share GREAT ideas on how to use additional equipment to save you time!! Even if I lived in another city or county, I would still drive here to have my computer needs taken care. Amazing service, amazing people!!

Most honest people ever. Brian had diagnosed the problem on my computer as a bad "Mother Board". How ever after getting the new board he found out his original diagnosis was wrong. He found the problem and fixed my computer. The thing that impressed me was that he did not charge me for the work. He could have easily charge me for the new motherboard and I would have paid no questions asked. I do not believe you will find any shop that do this
This is a computer that another repair shop gave up on.
If any one ask me about computer repairs I will glad recommend Brian and his partner Jessie

Very fast, efficient, and affordable! Brian and his co-worker have been nothing but kind and (very) generous to me. You can definitely trust them to be honest with you when discussing matters, and doubly so in regards to fixing them! This was the first tech place I'd ever been to; I now bring my machine in whenever there's a problem I can't fix on my own. They do good work!

To On-Site: I almost threw in the towel and would have downgraded to a cheaper laptop had I not found you guys' those months ago. To have it up and running again with no issues is a dream come true. (Also, I appreciate your help in fixing those update issues yesterday). Thank you so much!!
