It's a nice hotel but some things are just weird:
* The mirror in the bathroom isn't over the sink, so it's uncomfortable to shave (for example).
* The windows are covered by a metal grate that's blocking the view.
* The towel hanging hooks are inside the toilet area, not in the shower area.
* The sink is big, but the tap is really low, so it's hard not to touch the sink or the tap while washing hands.

However, the staff is super nice and helpful, all speak English, and the included snack/breakfast buffet on floor 25 is a great thing if you just need a quick breakfast - pastry, cheese, bread rolls, cereal, juice, doughnuts, cold cuts, and fruit, all available to sit down and eat, or quickly grab a bite, from 7am to 10pm.

The location is good, just a few minutes walk from Poblenou.

The air conditioning is *excellent*, and the bed is big and comfortable.

Everything was very clean.

We went to the spa (massage plus "Spa circuit" 119) the massage and attention of 10 but the circuit .. only, jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish and some jets, that is not worth much, more things are in any gym.

Staff caring always attentive and attentive. The room with sea view was fabulous. Services worthy of the best 5 stars. We can not wait to come back!

A top hotel with breathtaking views from the rooms and the sky bar. Excellent breakfast at the top of the comfort rooms. If you book this category, you can enjoy snacks and drinks for free all day on the 25th floor

i had a quick relax overnight at Melia Level. It was a pleasure. Fabio at the Level Reception gave a great welcome and good bye and Mary at the SPA gave me a fantastic therapeutical massage. The complete staff was very friendly and the breakfast in the 24.th floor was adorable with view. will come back.
