This is what I would call an experience on top of the world. The views are spectacular and if you wait until sunset, you are not going to be disappointed. The edge experience it's OK. What I didn't like is they would charge for your photo and the pics are not great quality. As a bonus, you can experience the high winds and the altitude when you step in the open balcony. Don't worry, it's perfectly safe!

Melbourne likes to be sold as the tallest skyscraper in the Southern Hemisphere, even though Q1 is higher in Cold Coast.
Nonetheless, the 88th floor observation deck gives you a great view of Melbourne. Once a year there is a staircase up here. But rather take the elevator.

Awesome views - but the so called optional extra - The Edge expirence - is not worth it - especially when compared to other towers around the world as all it is - is a glass box. (e.g. same purchase can get you absailing outside on other towers).

Beautiful 360 view of Melbourne from 88th floor. Schedule your visit in time for sunset and transition into night time scenery.

Was initially spooked going into the edge experience ( glass floor that extends out of the tower for 7 minutes) but the glass isn't crystal clear and has partitions so wasn't as scary as I expected. No phones or film equipment allowed for the edge experience though because they wanna make extra buck ($15) for the photo they'll take for you. One hard copy and one digital copy watermarked with the eureka skydeck logo.

Overall a worthwhile experience while in Melbourne, way better than a bus tour. Viewing floor has places for convinience. Souvenirs and snack shop available so you can spend as much time enjoying the experience. A few sitting arrangements available while viewing.

Super speed lift like 80 floors in under a minute . Great view of Melb at day as far as the eye can see. Night time dreadful and waste of money can hardly see anything but inside reflection in glass windows. Lights inside to bright . Staff across the board seem like young out of schoolers with no public association skills no enthusiasm to for the job or interaction with customers. When quiet the staff down time play in their phones when one could be wiping all the fingerprints off the dirty inside windows. I have taken 3 lots of people there and always experienced the same poor service . Terrible cafe service , same for photo booth attendant and The edge attendant rude as could possibly be. Security at bottom very loose with there bag checks and beeps just letting everyone go through with out double checking . Entry price $20 pretty cheap . Not a very big space when full of school kids running around . No fresh air. The outside cage area is stunning great view and feels real .

Great place with good views. Good place to end a city tour and see all the places you visited from a birds eye view. Once you goto the top you can stay as long as you like so it's best to go before the sunset and watch the the sun go down over the hills.

The view is quiet nice but it's impossible to take pictures because the glass is mirrored and darkened.
DON'T pay extra for THE EDGE! The windows are also darkened so you can't see through clearly. You are not allowed to take a camera or phone with you to take pictures of your feed in the air. They are taking pictures of you but on them you can't see the see-through bottom so they are more than boring! Wouldn't do it again and wouldn't recommend it for other visitors of melbourne.

Absolutely breathtaking, may be a bit scary for people with fears of heights but you get used to it. You should definitely try the edge; which is an amazing experience even if it is a bit over priced.

Great views of city and places all around Melbourne. Everything about the eureka sky deck is fabulous. A great family friendly experience. Would give five stars if you could take photos yourself in the edge for free but you have to pay. Can be quite busy but most of the time it is not busy. Highly recommend to anyone.

Experienced great 360 views of Melbourne. However the lines of sights were obscured by reflections back inside and so that was dissatisfying. The Edge Experience was a bit disappointing too since there was so much mist and reflections inside the box that I could not see much beneath my feet.

They don't miss an opportunity to charge you extra. A little to pricey. Nice views facing east, north and south. Similar views can be gained from different rooftop bars across the city or nearby Dandenong ranges.
The edge experience is an extra charge for a few minutes of suspense. Highlight was the operators sense of humour.
