The tower is not as tall as those in Tokyo or Shanghai, but it is worth the climb for the impressive views of Melbourne and the Yarra River, which is larger than it appears (the center is small).

The sky-deck (88 floors) on the Eureka Tower in the city of Melbourne was my first invocation to rise at the elevated skyscraper. There was a lot of joy to say, I was happy that in such a way that in the English cinema like high rug of rows, it was exactly the same in front of the eyes. Well, once again, to return to China again, before going ahead expectations were to see the remaining 8-10 Asian city such as view. Going to the city of Guwangju at night, I did not go out with so much enthusiasm, I passed the hotel this night, the next day the guide came out and took me out. The road ghat is very clean, in some cases Singapore (like Singapore, because I have seen the most clean city and road ghat I have seen). I can not understand whether the other angle is coming to the country, Alcohol is not eating on the flight: / or do you forget to eat again? So

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food on the 89th floor was delicious. Was there for a sunrise photography event with Nikon and Digidirect which was great. Also loved the loo with a view

A must go to place if you are in Melbourne. The view of sea side is just breath taking, you can see the never ending sea there and ships.
You can easily spend 1 hour sitting and watching this beautiful city.
The architectural beauty of this city is just awesome.

I will also advice you to visit there half hour before the sunset, so that you can enjoy the view with sunlight as well as once the city has all lights up after sunset.

The ascent and descent are impressive. Prepare your phone in advance to film the numbers that are scrolling otherwise you miss the first 20 floors .. the additional attraction EDGE..not essential..and know that you must make your arrival there without having the time to discover the panorama before. negotiation is possible if not too busy.

Ok

Great views at the highest observation deck in the Southern Hemisphere (according to the brochure). The views are fantastic, the price while not cheap seemed reasonable (I had a coupon I picked up at the Melboure tourist office that got me an extra 10 percent off)-it is about 6$ dollars cheaper than Sydney observation deck and this tower is higher and has better views than the one in Sydney. Like most observation towers usually the best time to go is about 30 minutes before sunset so you see daytime, sunset and nighttime views. A great place to visit for excellent views.

Excellent vantage point of the city. At a modest cost ($ 25 per person) it is possible to climb the currently highest tower in the city to see Melbourne from above. It is possible, adding 22 dollars if I am not mistaken, to go on a transparent balustrade.

Gold or no gold, it's an experience of a lovely time.
As you enter, there is a brochure on the left which shows the important points that you can view from up there.
Security check is a mandatory.
The sun rays on the city of Melbourne, the setting sun and the darkness that engulfs the place in silence unfolding a city to be reborn with glimmering beautiful lights under the soft light of the sky.
I am glad, I did not resist this intimidating chance to stand up there to see the vast expanse of Melbourne city by daylight and night light alone.
Opportunity may not come all the time to us.
I hope none of you will resist an opportunity to see the places from up there, those you visited by foot.
It felt like an active miniature model of a city rewinding the memories in which, you stood in the centre admiring it.
As you return, there's a small display unit from where you could buy something's for keepsake.
A word of caution for those who have fear of heights. Either go in a group and stay away from the glass windows. Keep out - another option.
Note: There is a Post Box there. Carry a letter or card to be posted there .

Really loved it. Was much better then I thought it would be but it has some fantastic views of the city. We went during the day but would love to go back around sunset to have another look.

It is a teeny bit expensive at $22 per adult, but it is quite the view. I intend to go one day in the afternoon and stay long enough to watch the sunset. Going out into the sliding room with the glass floor is extra but that really doesn't interest me. It is a wonderful view.

Not as expected . Paid extra for the edge had to leave all loose belongings on the shelves . Was not allowed to take photos as well at the edge

The Skydeck wasn't too difficult to find, its just the road parallel to the river walkway by Crown Casino. The outside has lots of signs so it can't be hard to miss.
There are a couple of lines to pick from when you enter, I went to the voucher one since I had a Klook voucher but I'm guessing it doesn't matter too much if it's not that busy.
It was easy to get in and go up to the 88th floor. The views go all the way around Melbourne. I quite liked the little telescopes scattered around the windows pointed at landmarks around the city. I also liked the outdoor area which required going through a set of 2 interlocking doors, which is a bit of an experience.
They had a few other interesting things at the top like a VR simulator and the edge, a glass box protruding from the side of the building. They incur extra costs which you could make at the ticketing area or at the top.
It was a nice place to watch over the city. I went during sunset so I watched the sun go down and the city lights turning on. I did go a bit early since I forget to check sunset time so I had to wait at the top for a bit. The free Wifi came in handy here.

It's a Skydeck. Looks over Melbourne.

It's a Skydeck. Looks over Melbourne.

Oddly small. Some of the better views are hidden behind people having cups of tea, so you need to push by all the sour looks and over sized baby movers to see Melbourne.

Lifts were quick. No unwanted fanfare (looking at you Willis Tower and Empire States Building), just pay and go up. Cheaper than most sky decks but wouldn't reccomend if its busy as there is limited space.

There is food and an over sized photobooth. You can pay extra to go outside and get buffeted by the wind. Staff were nice. Gift shop fine.

Usual mix of people up there. Locals, tourists and baby prams. If you want a high look go up the tower. There is enough to do on Melbournes streets that if you miss this you wont miss much.

Observation deck fully recommended. The view is great, even though it is sometimes blocked by the crowds.

The Edge experience is not worth the money at all. You are not allowed to take pictures in there yourself, but have to buy pictures for $15 which is just a rip off. Also had to wait 45mins before I could go in.

Security like an airport, nice view from the top but costs $25, the Edge was pretty good for $12 but can't take your own photos and it costs $25 for them to take a photo of you. A nice cafe or bar up there would be nice.

Maybe if you are staying in Melbourne for a while, maybe you can have a look. Honestly not much special for the glass box, if you just come for travel a few day, I wouldn't waste time to go there.

It's always the same with these skydecks. On the ground, they seem too expensive and not worth the hassle, but after some hesitation we end up going because we feel like we should. We wait in line for the elevator, follow the crowd out at the top, and find ourselves surrounded by city views. It's enthralling to stand at the window and be so high up, and to get a different perspective on the city. Is it worth it? Yes, it always is.

The flights were a great way to have a great Vista with friends. My Buddy and I had the Whiskey Flight and our wives did a Bottle of Wine and a few cocktails at Eureka 89 which is one flight below the Skydeck.
