Amazing view not only of the city, but also the horizon. Sunset there would only be more romantic and inspiring if the place wasn't too crowded. Nevertheless is a formidable place to contemplate the city, horizon, sunset, either day and night.

Alright I may be a little bias here because the only time I've been here is after "running" up those stairs so I was flooded with endorphins but what a bloody amazing view!!!! I didn't get to explore too much but it was absolutely spectacular up there and I loved all the little viewfinder thingies showing you all the landmarks. I'll definitely make the trip back sometime when I'm in more of a casual setting!

Well worth it! Incredible views and the lift ride up is fast. Best time to go is for sunset but be sure to go early as it is also the busiest time (the entire floor becomes packed).

If buying online (it's cheaper) be sure to do so at least 30 mins in advance. This is because the online platform is not linked with the front seat and they will have no sympathy for you and ask you to wait at the back of the line.

Ask for Tim, only one who will make an effort help you if you run into issues.

Amazing place and views. Definetly worth the visit.

Depending on the time you go there can be a lot of reflections which ruins photos. They have bright marquee lights on the floor which cause more reflective distractions in photos than necessary.

The Edge was a cool experience but the photos they take for you were of bad quality. Not sharp, high iso (grain/noise) and over priced for the quality.

Beautiful view but Melbourne for me is more beautiful from the bottom! Beautiful city! Edge breathtaking, I did not understand that a box came out outside, I thought it was like that of Chicago ...

Different but great experience! We survived The Edge (at an additional cost) but it would of been good to be be pre warned about the sound effects that go along with it (especially given we had young children).

Great place . Just wished to get there as I love buildings. Also is is the second highest building in the southern hemisphere. Just go there if you get some time. You can get a coupon for the same from Melbourne airport. It is just awesome to look at it from different scenes. And it's golden colour just gets people attracted.

The tower is very nice. The view is very nice. But who wants to take photos, it should not do in the dark, as the windows reflect the light inside to the. There is also a small platform outside, but from here you can only see one side and there is a grid in the way. The Edgewalk I have a little different presented. It is here in a small room with too many others inside the fogged windows. Although a very nice view and exciting but for $ 12 extra, it's not really worth it. Because you can not shoot photos in there because you can not take anything into it. (Which is natural because of the glass) you can be photographed by the team. The picture costs but then again extra. Souvenir shop is also good.

Worth a visit once, but don't bother with the Edge - there's very little thrill involved, and for the price you might just be able to afford something from the little shop up here.

Definitely come to look at the view though, but the view does tend to suffer for longer term observation as it's actually just too high!

The staff are reasonably friendly but it gets insanely busy, so I can understand they're a little "on edge" (pun intended).

I lived in Melbourne on and off for over a year and kept meaning to visit the Skytower. I eventually got brought myself on a clear sunny day and wondered why I waited so long.
You got a 360 degree view of the city. All the major landmarks are marked out so you know what you are looking at. The elevator up is super quick and you have a small cafe attached if you want some nibbles. The best time to go is late afternoon so you can do twilight and get a view at night if stay long enough. You can stay as long as you want which is pretty cool. You can even go outside at a certain point although watch it out it's windy out there.
If you stay in Melbs or have a week for sightseeing it's worth checking out.

Panoramic tower located in the city center. Very beautiful and exciting view. Interesting from the tourist point of view but in addition to the panoramic view and a bar / souvenir, it has no other alternatives. Nice for the family. For those with courage, you can take a walk in the void ...

Been the highest point you can get to in the city, and higher than the Rialto Towers. That Edge thing and the exterior area was closed off because of the wind warning. Was a little disappointed, but many people weren t allowed up from the bottom after the winds intensified further. Could you imagine? They d be spewing.

Also good for parking at night. $10 past 6 pm and stayed in the city for about 3 hours. Obviously preferable than parking on the street and a short walk to the promenade along the river. I got a park next to the elevator, so I perceived it to be a good experience if looking for a park at night.

Gorgeous place. With beautiful views of the city. Floor, however, 88. You can go to the open observation deck and listen to how the wind howls. Well, try to make a couple of photos with shaking hands. And if you are not afraid of heights, then you have the opportunity to be in a glass cube, in which even the floor is glass-transparent. It moves out of the wall and you are parity in the air. Also here at the height you can sit in a cafe. Well, the choice of magnets in the souvenir shop, was successful, and as it turned out, one of the cheapest and quality ones.

You have to pay separately if you want to go to that glass cube and don't take your own pictures . There's also an outdoor space where you can really see . In the morning there was peaceful
