Best view of the city, but it is not for free! Remember to get a concession discount if you are applicable for this ($5 saved). for $10 extra you can be put in a glass box that extends out of the building. The glass in not completely clear, so you do not get the feeling of being in mid air, and thus may not be worth the extra.

Took a friend from the ugly side of Australia; Sydney, to have a look at the views. 88 Freakin floors, triggered some ear popping fun.

Quite extensive views, spotted my apartment from up there, much to the amusement of my friends.

Eureka Skydeck- The tallest viewing platform in the Southern Hemisphere. Have been here a few times and always great to see the beautiful city of Melbourne from the top. Edge experience is something worth doing as well if the wait times are not too bad. Both day and night views show a different aspect of Melbourne. Definitely recommend if you are in Melbourne city.

The views are great if it is a clear day, totally recommended. But the Edge experience... it was good but you can miss it. Is like 10 minutes and you are not allowed to take cameras or cellphone with you so the only photo taken is by them and of course you have to pay for it. I regret paying for it, it was not that amazing. If you can't decide, don't pay at the entrance of the building, wait till you can watch it from outside and then decide if its worth it.

Eureka Skydeck 88 itself is nice and 5 Stars. But for the edge experience they are lieing to you. You are not allowed to take photogear and mobilephones with you. I understand that you are not allowed to take heavy cams and tripots with you. But a mobile phone or a gopro wouldnt make any damage to the safetyglass. Its just a lie and a joke, they just want to sell the 15 dollar photos to you. If a mobile phone or a gopro would make any serious damage to safetyglass I would never fly in a plane again because they are also using safetyglass. And forsure the standart of this windows is pretty high comparable with a planes windshelds.

Lot of waiting time to go to edge.

Lot of waiting time to go to edge.
The ticket u buy for edge is only to go up the lift and look around.
Have to buy separate tickets for 'the edge'.
They give only one photo(of edge) for $15(buy separately). You can't click ur own pics at edge.
One I saw in Chicago was better.
Unique thing was that the edge could move(slide) in and out of the building.
Overall, it ok.

Good experience if you want to see Melbourne from the highest place in the city. The edge it's worth it as well as it's pretty unique in its genre. However I must admit I had thought I'd have enjoyed the Eureka Skydeck more than I actually had.

I went early in the morning and there were not many people
It was good to see Melbourne at a glance than I thought.
It was a different experience because I was able to go outside as well.
We sell simple sandwiches and soda ice cream.

Eureka Skydeck 88 is the best place if you want to see around Melbourne from great heights and with a decent camera on a clear day you can see as far as you like taking photos around beautiful Melbourne or if you re not scared of heights try a hot air balloon

I've been to the top story of buildings and quite a few countries and to be honest it was a little disappointing. Very dark and not very inviting. would be great if inside reflective what you were seen outside I felt a little bit like I was in a broom cupboard.

One of the highlights of Melbourne. Simply amazing views!! Reasonably priced for what you get. A no rush stroll round the 88th floor. Sit down, take in the view, watch Melbourne unfold. Security checks were polite and very fast, don't be put off by the queue. The top attraction of Melbourne!

The view is amazing before and after sunset but you have to pay for the actual glass box and then pay again for photos since your not allowed to take photos inside the box. The rest of the floor is open for pictures and they have telescopes to look at certain sites around the CBD.
