Been here multiple times with different issues. Mechanic is always up front with costs and rates are very reasonable. As a woman I feel like getting ripped off is par for the course, but not here. Another patron in waiting room actually raved about Terry and has brought all her cars here for years, which totally sealed the deal for me! I will go out of my way to bring my car to Meineke.

They took care of me quickly but took my dealership emergency phone numbers sticker off my car and my radio stations won t stay programmed since they did my oil change and fixed the part that was causing my oil leak. If I could have used my regular location I would have.

Best car shop to take ur car to in houston. I have taken my wife's car and my truck there on multiple occasions and he has done great work. Also he will give it to you straight and not over charge or give you the run around. What a stand up guy will never take my cars anywhere else!!!!!!
My experience was great. They gave me cold water,a great price,and genuine customer service and great conversation. The wilds are great and every part are brand new which is good. Definitely will come back to do more custom work on my exhaust. 10/10 will recommend.

I brought my 85 truck In and the gentleman put on a full exhaust system. He really knows what he is doing.
Went in for an oil change he told me he found a leak and wouldn't do the change til it was fixed. Shopped around other guys didn't even catch the leak. Definitely knowledgeable and not messing around he stays busy but does it right so don't mind the wait.
They always take care of us. They do a great job for a reasonable price in a timely fashion.
These guys, especially Bryan, are incredible. Personable, honest and very knowledgeable. I had a brake job that was quoted at 477.00 at firestone. They did the same work for 248.00. I am thoroughly impressed with their work.
I went in for a brake check. There was only one older man working there. He told me his mechanic was running late, so I waited in the tiny lobby for about half an hour. The mechanic didn't show up so the man ended up taking my car in to check it. I explained the screeching sound my car was making while driving and while braking. After his check up, he explained that even his brand new truck made the same sound and that it had to do with humidity. He told me to get on the high way and get up to speed and hit the breaks to get rid of the "moisture" to make the sound go away. He explained that my brakes still were at 45% and there was no reason to replace them.
I took it somewhere else for a second opinion. My brakes were almost entirely worn out.
I guess the man just didn't want to do the work himself since his worker wasn't showing up so he dangerously sent me back out on the road.
Never again.
Absolutely the worst service and upper management. Do not trust this place with any of your vehicle needs. They caused damage to a classic car of mine and never admitted or pointed out the chips they caused in my custom paint. Rather then own up to it Christian (area manager) blamed it on the actual paint job from 6 years ago. Which keep in mind was done by a professional at a very high cost. My issue was never resolved. Just do yourself and your vehicle a favor drive right by this place and fine a new auto or muffler shop. Simply not worth the headache.
This shop can be the best shop or the worst shop. It all depends on who the manager is. In the past I've received service that was exceptional. On other occasions, they seem completely incompetent. It's never been the mechanics, it's always been who runs the desk.
Manager was knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted. Would recommend.

This is the only muffler place I know of. I have never had a bad experience there! Always well taken care of and the pricing is far less than you see searching the internet! And they went way out of their way to be helpful and polite! I highly recommend this very friendly and professional team!
Very friendly people! However their waiting area consisted of 3 chairs crammed in from of the receptionist counter in their narrow little room. I had to move my feet to let people by. Both the front door and door to the garage were swinging open, causing a breeze. It was a nice day for January, but if it had been a few degrees cooler I would've been sitting there shivering.
Walked in without an appointment and was helped right away. Explained to the technician that I was rear ended that morning and my exhaust got bent a bit & came off of the hanger. He put it up on the rack to get a better look and pulled out his torch, heated the pipe, used his pry Barton get it back in place. He paid close attention to detail insuring that both pipes matched. Outstanding service and I definitely recommend this location for any of your exhaust needs.

They welded my catalytic converter which some one tried to steal on a sorry amount of time when another shop had it for hours only to find out they hadn't done anything to it.
If I could add more stars I would. Great customer service, polite and courteous mechanics. Took me and my son in right away, even offered to do a rain check if they didn't get to our vehicle. Veterans Day gift a man can receive from his local mechanic.

GREAT PLACE TO GET EXAUST ITEMS DONE/INSTALLED. THE MANAGER OF THE 1960 Jones location is very good at what he does. Priced right and welded 360 on pipe always. No chop job here.

This is not the place to stop and get work done. Not professional, rude and they did not know what they were doing. It took three guys and a stand to put my muffler and tip on my vehicle. I was so disappointed. :(

I liked nothing. I was asked for a quote to take off my downpipe and was charged $100 just to remove 2 nuts that I could've done myself heck I could've used my $100 to buy an impact wrench and do it myself way overcharged and the terry dude needs to retire man

Came in for an exhaust tip on my F250. Was treated nicely, service was fast and the welds were of quality. There was a lady in for an oil change ahead of me and her services were completed in 15 minutes! My exhaust tip took another 15 minutes! Awesome job. Much better than my visit there a few years ago.
Came here to get an x-pipe installed. Gentleman here was extremely nice especially after my exhaust ruined his blades. Cut my resonator and installed my x-pipe with 45 minutes.
These guys did some exhaust work on a project car of mine. They know exactly what they were doing, hung the exhaust high and tight, plenty of clearance all around. Very nice welds. Ill be honest, this buidling doesnt look like much, but they did fine work.
Why do you say that you are open sundays from 10am to 4pm when NOBODY IS HERE ???!!!!! IT IS 12 PM AND THE STORE IS CLOSED THANKYOU FOR LETTING ME DRIVE 20 MILES FOR NOTHING !! & way too OVERPRICED I went there 2 days later to cut a part out of my exhaust system, (max. a 30min labor job, no more) & they wanted 180$ for it, when i started negotiate the price they were like "you are wasting my time". I found the same day a mechanic who would do it for only 20$. Absolutly the worst place, do yourself a favor & save your time and money & stop by any other car care center or muffler shop.
I had a friend weld on a muffler for me, and it broke off when i hit a big water puddle going down I-59. So I went to Meineke and got a new muffler welded on. The guy did a great quick job at a reasonable price.
Rolled in here 10 minutes before closing. He had already cleaned his shop and was starting to shut down. Needed a muffler swap, and he didn t even hesitate. Most shops would ve asked you to come back in the morning. Not this place. Thanks for being a different shop!!!
