They expect super human qualities out of their employees. Once an employee finally does get set and has a permanent place at imagine they can get away with almost murder. They're willing to let people say anything they want to say at this place so if your soft skinned you need to stay away from here. Most of them are do as I say(not as I do) kind of people. Seems to be the only kind of people that are actually successful on the lower level there.

If you work in the department called Flexo/digital get out and find a different department or just quit! Both supervisors have no clue how to treat their operators! I never work in a company that supervisors are aloud to yelled, swear, and degrade their workers! The VP of that department won't do anything to help out the workers!!! All they care about is numbers!!!
My load was light as a feather and was in and out in 20 minutes.
These people treat their employees like a number they've had a mass layoff recently and the company morale is not very good.
I was never treated worse as a CDL driver. "Accidents" that were not my fault were blamed on me. They play favorites with the drivers, I would be working while others would be chatting about nothing with managers. The shipping supervisor had me use a company vehicle twice to take him to the bar. Lastly they gave me a terrible raise and then fired me and didn't even give me a chance to explain myself. The fun didn't stop there, they screwed me out of my unemployment insurance which almost left me homeless. I have documentation to back up every one of these allegations. They are not a veteran friendly company, as other vets at the company have lawsuits against them. DO NOT work here!

A couple years ago I purchased a table top labeler from these guys. The machine was doing okay until we started to have issues with some of the parts. We placed an order for spare parts in early February. It is Late May and we have yet to receive them. This is insane!!!
