The location is beautiful, that's all. The food is naughty, the drinks are naughty (they can't even bang the tea), the service is naughty. They're quick to charge, the rest sucks. We received 7 days, 4 days, we did not return a day's money. We've lost the door card 50 Tl was asked to charge, other hotels give free. I do not suggest.
Wi fi is very poor at the hotel, the swimming pool is very small. Lot of noise outside due to closeness of bars. Staff are okay. Cleaners are good.
Very lousy place.. I wouldn't go there, not even if they pay me.

Convenient location. The beach near the hotel sand sea fine shallow. The rooms are cleaned every day. The staff is friendly. Wi Fi only at the reception. Food is normal meat only chicken and chicken liver twice a fish was. The bartender pours reluctantly and a little alcohol in cocktails is the only negative of this hotel.
I have made a 4 night 5 day holiday at this hotel. the view from the room was great. a strange odd smell from the bar part of the hotel everywhere. We chose to eat outside because the restaurant is in the same area. drinks le cola le fanta and le beer. especially beer was water. there was no ayran even. We have taken the water from outside because we think the interior of the dispenser is not cleaned regularly. I like the olive oil. The hotel's central location is an advantage. we could go out when we wanted. the room was cleaned but the towels had traces :( The furniture in the rooms is old but this is not a very important thing.

Good location, close to the center, own nice beach. The rooms are good from the 1st to the 4th floors, on the fifth floor are rooms without repair. Fed disgustingly, alcohol in limited quantities.

Well well well, where should I start?
As soon as we arrived we were greeted by a lovely lady on reception, she wears glasses and only does night shifts, her and the location is the only reason I am giving this hotel a 1 start.
One, As soon as we got into our room first thing we noticed is the beds are a twin single even though we booked and confirmed a double bed sea side view room. We didn t get a sea view room and we didn t get a double bed room. Upon raising the issue at the reception we were told they can t do anything and we had to just deal with it.
Two, although we didn t notice until next day but the room door was not locking at all and had to call maintenance the next day and we re presented with the most abrupt and rude receptionist it s as if she didn t care and kept rolling her eyes when I was raising the issue.
Three, the showers didn t have a glass door so every time we showered the toilet would get wet and become dangerously slippery.
Four, towels and bed sheets do not get changed or replaced instead they get folded back for reuse, I tested it my self with one of the towels and noticed the same towel being folded and reused.
Five, their breakfast has no variety and the same limited options every morning. I also had an encounter with one of the canteen staff where in the evening I approached him to get some tea and pay for it, he refused me service and asked me to go get an all inclusive food band, even though I said I would pay for the tea, I then had one of the receptionists come up to me and abruptly tell me three maybe four times that my booking is bed and breakfast only I kept repeating that I asked to pay for the tea until finally she said she would add it to my reservation bill. Never again had I asked for tea there, they charge double what you can get from the high street which is only 2 mins away from the hotel.
Six, they finally fixed the door lock from inside now the door stopped opening from outside and I would have to scan the card upto 6 sometimes 10 times to get the door to open from outside, I asked the receptionist with short hair twice to get the door fixed and it hasn t been fixed since.
Seven, the staff in general are not friendly at all, they do not want you to raise issues with them, considering it s 4* hotel service should be better.
I asked to speak to the manager 3 times to complain, he or she never seem to be available at all. I keep getting told come back tomorrow morning every day.
