A to Z industrial estate is a business hub for small scale and large scale industrial companies. It is located near Lower parel station to the west hardly 10 min walk from the station using #GoogleMaps you can take a share cab to which will charge you for RS 10 which is too high for 1 min distance by cab. If coming from Dadar side get down at phonix mall stop and just walk to the opposite side towards worli. If coming from worli naka you may Also again find a share cab which will charge you RS 10. Rest A to Z is a good hub guarded with security and CCTV cameras installed every corner.

I have my office since 1981. Do I need to say anything more. It is a very well maintained Industrial Premises, though over the years many Units have been converted to Offices.

Good connectivity with both central and western railways.

A place where u can do ur small business on huge scale.

Not that clean. Canteen is also not clean and hygienic. Security is also ok not that good. Overall 3 star is enough.

Friends office, good security as per industrial estates...

Disciplined. Proper parking place. Neat and clean maintaining good hygiene norms.

It is an industrial estate, very clean and green, mostly they manufacture playing cards. no smoking allowed inside the estate.

Old structure parking is costly ...even for employees no concession

Need free parking. Illegally charging fees for visitors vehicle. Industrial units are neat and clean.

Have taken adequate steps to protect tenants and visitors during the pandemic. Very well organised and adequate parking with paid parking for visitors.
