I was denied Harvoni with a biopsy score of 2. Tom Golding if your Family member would be cured now living a normal life. My name is Edward Fulps, you told my boss and friend Norman Waters that a 2 is a 2 no matter what scale. When its time for a liver transplant (3 or 4 times the price) what will your excuse be then? You are killing people in the name of a $. Sleep well.

Just found out they don't cover vaccines. Vaccines are preventative maintenance, I don't understand why they wouldn't cover vaccines. I consider this ridiculous. I will be speaking to my employer about going with a different insurance provider.

I just tried to get a script filled with this card for the first time and was denied due to it not having a member ID # on it and the pharmacy wasn't able to contact anyone. Not even an automated service. Glade it wasn't an emergency as I would be dead right now.

Called to reset pw. The CSR was rude and would tell me she couldn't help with a specific question I asked. So then I asked what number I call for help, or for a transfer. She said, I can't transfer, I can help you with that.

What?!

And no, she didn't really help.

Met my out of pocket maximum through my insurance. Medtrax doesn't have the updated file 2 weeks later and is still trying to charge me for medications. I asked how I could get a refund if I just paid for them. They don't know who gives the refund (them or the pharmacy), thus they won't accept responsibility. The Affordable Care Act is a great thing when your insurance uses it properly. However, this Pharmacy Benefits Manager seems to be looking for ways to scheme people out of their money, particularly sick people who have higher health care costs.
