Very professional service. I noticed a difference in customer service as this is my third time getting results from the place, keep up the great work!
They requested my OSHC card and didn't charge me anything. I understand they would charge my insurance straight away. They didn't explain me they were going charge me anything. Surprisingly I received $300 tax invoice at my home. Very disappointing. They didn't clarify anything and now I need to pay this bill that is not cheap.

We have someone THEY scheduled for a blood collection requiring fasting at 7am, the guy came at 8:30 am and when asked to wait and scan and fill our qr online visitor covid form while we finish showering other resident made a rude remark saying he have no time to wait!
Maybe next time come on time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I called to book an apppointment and was told there was no need I could just walk in. Got there the following day only to be told my test can't be done there I have to go a different location and in addition they charged me for the test. I had taken one day off from work to do this test. Waste of time
Worst experience ever found. My parents were flying on 6th August and I got their COVID test done on Monday 3rd August at 12:30pm at Med lab Auburn drive thru . Till Wednesday evening 7pm I have not heard anything and ring them to find out but the receptionist was not ready to listen the urgency I tried my best to explain that if we don t get the report my parents going to miss the flight and I have paid huge amount for the charter flight. I also requested her if she can assure that we will get result by tomorrow (Thursday ) midday.
Nothing work out hence need to rush to find the alternative way went to Westmead hospital and explained them the situation the staff at Westmead hospital were really cooperative got the test done 7:45pm and assured me that I will get the result within 8 to 10 hours which does happen next day morning I received the result and my parents flew.
Most important:
For the test at Med lab auburn I have got the referral letter from Dr Bulbulia ( Advance Clinic , Auburn ) but got the message at 11am Thursday saying the rest request by Dr Song Lee for my Mom . I was surprised to see a different Doctor name.My Dads report message has not arrived yet. Around 7:30pm when I was at airport to drop my parents I Received a call from Bondi COVID test clinic saying my Dads result been sent to them which as surprising. They asked me if we been to Bondi for the test which we never did.
My suggestion to the COVID test team at Med lab Auburn (drive thru )please don t mess up the result . You all are in a Most essential Field where we trust you and hope for the positive outcome from you all. Just imagine what could be the consequence if any genuine COVID symptoms had the same experience which my parents had and got the positive result. He /she must travel different place in search of the result and must infect others.

I had a test staff who took sample was good and i paid on the day with my key card and afterwards started receiving letters from medlab to pay for the test, i took screenshots of payments even have invoice they gave me but despite several attempts to try rectify problem no one pays attention. Yes on top of everything the lady who answer phonesis worst experience ever she divert calls to answering machine without acknowledging the caller
You can get tested for COVID-19 here. I saw the line when I went by in March and it was long.
The test itself went well! They made an error in the invoice but after a phone call and email they corrected it recognizing their mistake! Not a bad place to go!

Disappointed with their invoices people's service. Called them 3 times to make sure send the blood test invoices via email and they didn't do it.

But I'm very disappointed with the quality of the accounts team. They make all wrong names, address and don't respond to emails. End up calling them multiple times for getting the receipts.
I was about to get a job here. The employers were actually really nice. They told me that I was the better typist of all the people who work there. All of a sudden, I get a message saying that I wasn't "skilled enough", and that two other participants got my spot. Huh? Really? How deceitful.
Don't use med lab at the moment unless you check their wait times on covid test. I got a test on Thursday, it's now Monday.....and I have had to isolate from my 8 month old breast feed, teething baby this whole time. When I called to find out the updated waiting time so I could continue to organise our lives around this much longer than other privider wait times a lady didn't let me speak at all and yelled at me like i was some sort of sub human then hung up. Check wait times!
I am expecting a personal apology for the weird yelling encounter, and still for my result. Hang in there baby.

Had blood tests done there. They LOST my blood and couldn t even find my name on their system. After asking for a refund, they said they found my results (???). I said I wanted a refund anyway, not the results, and they said that they would come back to me. Spent 2 weeks calling them, without a proper solution.
It s the worse pathology lab in the entire world.

Went to their covid testing site at Riverwood. 1 car every 10-15 minutes. The queueing system is non-existent, and they move at snails pace.

Behavior of the Medlab pathologist at Minto Mall Madical centre in NSW is ALWAYS multiple academic award winning PATHETIC! Find it very difficult to understand how she managed to keep her job, may be because there is no consequence and she's been there for a long time. She should be ashamed of herself for her appalling behavior! Every time we see her she never fails us with her poor attitude. I hope that the SENIOR MANAGEMENT is looking at all the reviews, a massive restructure is imperative to improve your reputations from rating of only 2, it comes back to you not to your people, clearly your direction is reflected in their service.

Unprofessional service I was there for the blood test. I called them to confirm what type of blood test I needed to do and they asked me to come on Friday day morning. When I arrived, they told me Sorry, we can t do this type blood test and btw you need to pay $90 for the test so arrogant.

Could not even fax my results through to my GP after 13 phone calls, and chasing them for two days!! STILL not fixed.
Was told two different bits of information/instructions when I was trying to submit a specimen sample, and sat in my car for 40 minutes waiting for them to figure out the procedure!!!

The supervisor MARIA SAKAR at Auburn Head Office is a rude, incompetent, unprofessional and a fool who has no customer service experience or skills to handle customer problems and complaints. When I phoned and was telling her the situation and how angry I was at the incompetence, she simply hung up on me. I don't see how she is fit to hold her job there.
PEOPLE SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS OF THIS INCAPABLE LAB AND USE THE OTHERS!! No-one should go through not being able to get the results and being run around for three days and counting, they're all confused and no one truely knows what they are doing. Disgusting.

I got severe thrombophlebitis after the collector took my blood without any gloves & proper cleaning.

Extremely incompetent. Forgot to test for one of the immunisations and I had to go visit and give blood twice. It was such as hassle especially if you have a really busy schdual. Don't go here, try find another pathology lab
