Something shady going on here. My receipt said one amount but my account showed I was charged a higher amount. Called to question it and was told the manager would call me back. Never got a call back. I wonder how many other times they have done this or to how many other customers. Will never go here again.

Really upset with the service today, my mom and I stopped here quickly to grab a Greek salad and we have always loooooved this place. My mom went in by herself, and ordered a Greek Salad and wanted to pay with card. But apparently they have a 10 dollar minimum on card, their was no sign so we didn t realize that was the case and considering it s a pandemic we haven t been using any cash just card.The women was really rude to my mom and kept throwing the bag with the salad around behind the counter and stating that she needed to purchase something else to be over 10 dollars. My mom was saying she really didn t need anything else and asked if she could please make an exception. She just kept on saying no, so my mom said ok I ll get a drink then? And the women then said ok I ll make an exception this time, so my mom was like alright just the salad then to which the women said you have to get the drink . So, we left with nothing. Her job always orders from here and has never been met with this horrible service. I understand the cash limit but it s a pandemic we aren t utilizing cash? And to be met with that kind of service was just really uncalled for. We won t be coming here, and her office will no longer be ordering from here.
I had not been here in awhile primarily because I had not been going out much and they are not on Door Dash or Uber Eats. I had an appointment today so I called in my order and went and picked it up for me and my family. 3 gyros no red onion, extra pitas and yogurt sauce.
As usual the food was amazing the meat cooked to perfection and they by far have thee best gyros I have ever tasted.
We absolutely love Mediterranean Express. Their food is made to order and so delicious. Best Hummus I've ever had. Our favorite dish is Chicken Diana, Fallafels, Chicken Lemon soup and of course Gyros! The prices are also very reasonable.
Owner is extremely rude, needs customer service training. Very disappointed in how they perform service recovery for a loyal customer.
Awful service they kick us out because we were supposed a big party but we were only 6 people... the woman was not nice we will never come back... don't go there they don't appreciate their customers...

Salads are always fresh and proteins always good! I have been going to them for abt 10yrs and when I get on a kick I'm on a kick, ordering like 3x/week for a month, lol and that number dbls when I'm pregnant, had 3 children in the past 10yrs, so do that math. They have made 2 minor errors and fixed them above and beyond the error. Customer service is always good and that counts for a lot. I'm writing a review today because frankly it's about time, but truly I went in today and ordered 2 salads and had some stooopid (lol) requests, basically this and that on the side, but keep this on the other salad and xtra of this because I want this held. They made my salads just as requested (eating some now). This is why I keep going. I have always gotten into a squabble or two, three.... with places I frequent for food (it's bound to happen), and I usually return after a cooling period (maybe a yr, depends on how good the food is). This is one of the places that I have been frequenting the longest and never a squabble, not even a squibble (I have never been slightly upset with them).
I used to just think this place was serviceable, but it has gotten significantly better over the last year and I now very much enjoy their food. Greek salad with grilled chicken souvlaki and their gyros. Very reasonably priced and fast service as well.
ordered a regular gyro without tomatoes. instead i received an eggplant gyro...with tomatoes. staff was rude on the phone when i was placing the order. i will not be ordering from there again.

Love Greek foods! I used to work around the corner from this location, and went back because I LOVED their grilled chicken greek salad. However, it didnt taste like it used to. Not saying it wasn't good but not like I remembered!
