2x a scheduled appointment in hospital in 1 week. Up to 2x more than 30 minutes later only with my child (with a broken knee) than the agreed time. For the second appointment we were even called a day in advance if we could come later because that would be better. In the end we were well rewarded for thinking along ... more than 30 minutes later than the agreed time.
In the same week also had an appointment at the ZGT in Hengelo. At the ZGT we were properly assisted at the agreed time.

bad treatment of patients, for example that happened to me with a broken shoulder blade and send four broken ribs home despite many times that I could not move my arm. nevertheless look further. later at another hospital it was found that there was a heart defect with me, mst was simply pushed aside as being nothing wrong. this week I had an accident at work, the treatment was reasonable, but people forgot that there had to be a bandage, after hours of waiting for a bandage, I approached a staff member and yes, after fifteen minutes, someone came up with the wrong explanation, antibiotics are written out and after the pharmacy are sent to the pharmacy next day no prescription is called second time no prescription let the pharmacy call and I myself called the pharmacy was told something else than I got so if it is possible, don't go to mst in enschede but to another hospital at enschede in the neighborhood never experienced such a mess, and that for a hospital

Everything great. OP on shoulder. 11.00 clock there, 17.30 home. Had coffee with bread, doctor talked afterwards. Friendly staff . Full points.

Top hospital, perfect staff. Extremely well helped and will still be well helped. I do not agree with the negative reviews of some people.

Wonderful and well-designed hospital. The patient will feel relax when they are in this atmosphere. I wasn't here for a doctor so can't tell the quality of the medical side, but I believe the interior design can already express many things!

I am a bit shocked by all the bad reviews I have to drive almost 4 hours today to go to a specialist. In this hospital .and 4 hours back I really hope I have better experience here. learned. But I still scare you. But I assume that it will be all right.

My experiences are very good with this hospital. Nice and nice nurses who do their job lovingly. nothing is too much .lag for a day recording and you will be pampered with coffee etc.
even after coming home you will be called the next morning with whether I have slept well and were still questions. so no . just awesome .

I gave birth to my daughter there 26 years ago !! Would very much like to move there! Have a heart problem, is there a cardiologist team, so that you can be operated there? ? I often need control! Grotjes uit Hamburg

Very friendly and cheerfully assisted by all staff in the woman child department. Extra compliments for the nursing staff who are always willing to assist. From entry to the end of the day, permanently assisted by 1 person who has assisted us all day, also on trips to other departments. Really great. The transfer between different teams is also going well since people were really aware of the past. Nothing but compliments!

The hospital is very nice but coming by car is a big disaster you keep searching worthless do just like in Hengelo put it on the highway (I will not go here again)

Great hospital, adequate doctors and staff. Food fine, luxury single room included. Parking a bit on the expensive side, but if you have to stay in the hospital for a longer period of time, you can get a day ticket of 6 euros at the reception, then it is fine again. Probably commercial garage not from the hospital.

Stay as extremely correct, friendly and positive experience. Neurology department, friendly and compassionate after surgery. Certainly made a positive contribution to my recovery.

Great hospital if you want to get rid of your own risk of 385 euros very quickly (1 minute). The medical mafia is doing good business in this country.

Worst hospital ever .. doctors give little information ... 3 x surgery which could have been done in one x ...

I have been in various departments and thus had to deal with this. Very friendly, caring and knowledgeable staff available in every department. If knowledge was insufficient at that time, we quickly contacted, for example, a doctor or another direct colleague, so that the care could still be provided in the right way.

Because of the persistent and worsening pain, hospitalized again. Again the same experience in different departments. They listened very well and attentively and then responded well. The department also listened carefully to what I said and this was also taken very seriously. In this way they gave me the feeling that they were doing everything they could to help me and I believe 100% that they have done this.

In short, my experience with the MST in Enschede is very positive. Very caring, kind, and knowledgeable healthcare personnel. The 5 stars are, despite I also read negative reviews, completely appropriate.
