Medicwest ambulance Review

The response was excellent the. Parametics and ems was very thoughtful there care was excellent and friendly when I had to call them with really bad chest pain. The took a 6 and 12 lead EKG
Transported me to the hospital on a code 3 lights and sirens
The even mad sure my door was secured and placed my remote to the garage where ask so my friend could get in and watch my loving animals

This company is the worst! I was transported from one ER to another because the first ER was not equipped to handle my emergency. I received a bill saying that my insurance denied the claim, but when I called my insurance they said this company never filed a claim. My insurance company called them directly and made sure they had the right info. I now receive another bill that again states my insurance company has denied the claim. Again I call my insurance company and they again tell me this company has not filed a claim. I am going to contact the state of Nevada to file a formal complaint against them. They need to lose their license to operate in Nevada!

Sent me to collections over a $40 invoice... I was waiting for an insurance settlement and they were aware of the situation.

While I was driving on i-15 had one of their operators lay on his horn and turn on his lights then didnt let me try to pull over instead cut me off then changed lanes and turn off his lights. This was at 440pm just past the 39 off ramp he then went up to off ramp 41 cut over two more lanes to get off again. Tried to call their dispatch to only get a voicemail. Best part is he had no one in the back. License plate was sh084.

This company transported my wife and left in her possession an I. D. that belonged to a previously transported patient. Their first oversight was not giving the I. D. to the earlier patient.
The second mistake was not checking it when leaving it with my wife's possessions. The third major mistake they made was that they lost my wife's house and car keys. Now we have to have new sets made at our expense due to their failure to do their jobs properly. Three mistakes made I know of from my wife's transport. Extremely unprofessional. Avoid them unless there is no other option.

Professional, knowledgeable, and most important "compassion". Thank you for all did to take care of our daughter, especially when we couldn t be with her due to COVID restrictions. "You held her hand!"-you have a heart of gold!

horrible company!!! Their ambulance hit our vehicle, driver refused to identify himself or provide license, registration and insurance. had to get police involved. Accident September 10 - they went not contact and filing a claim was a nightmare. almost a month later and still no contact or attempt to repair out now inoperable vehicle. Customer service is non-existent.

My wife (of 3 days) was experiencing difficulty breathing. After determining she needed to get to the hospital. My Hotel security contacted MedicWest Ambulance Services. They showed up quickly, (along with Las Vegas finest, Clark County Fire and Rescue) provided effective, and professional Stellar Service throughout! (Thank You Elisha M. & Andrew)

This is the worse ambulance service ever! My sister got sick in Las Vegas and when they arrived the paramedics gave us so much attitude. I even saw one attempt to pull my sister's hair. When I reached the hospital, my sister told me that both paramedics were very rude to her and one pulled her hair! When I went to ask the brunette paramedic her name, she asked me if I wanted to see the mess her and her partner had to clean up in the ambulance. Well guess what!! People get sick and they vomit! MedicWest, if your medica, unit 795, can't handle being around sick people, they should find other progression.
